Vargas Estrada, Francisco Martín, Vasquez Quispe, Katherine Milagros, Zea Peña, Renzo Marcel 15 November 2019 (has links)
Palabras clave: Psicología Positiva; esperanza; actitud laboral; Perú; Bienestar Subjetivo / In a sample of economically active Peruvian Internet users (n = 615), the Snyder Dispositional Hope Scale and the Diener Subjective Wellbeing Scale were used to determine the association between both variables, as well as the association between hope and various demographic and attitudinal variables . It was found that Hope (defined as the belief that one can achieve goals and is able to devise ways to achieve them) is positively related to subjective well-being. Likewise, it was found that people with a full degree of education, those who have a stable job, have longer work experience, work in NGOs and / or private companies, and have a more positive attitude towards the organization in which they work have greater level of hope compared to people with incomplete instruction, the unemployed, those with shorter work experience, employees of state-owned companies and those who have a negative attitude towards the company in which they work.
