The analysis of the selected company is accomplished based on theoretical analysis in this diploma thesis. It is a medium-sized company offering services in the field of HVAC, refrigeration, air conditioning systems and extinguishing systems. The company has not accomplished analyses and strategic planning so far. Visions and targets of the company is particularized based on analysis of company. Concept of marketing strategy come from these visions and targets. This thesis should be the fundament for implementation of this strategic planning.

Subject of this final thesis is the upper gross production technology of apartment building in Olomouc – Klášterní Hradisko. This work contain technical reports, site family house, device of construction site, technological provisions, overal results, timetable, machine set design, monitoring and test plan, occupational safety.

This work deals with the planning of industrial hall with administrative placement execution in the complex Moravostav, Modřice. The hall is founded on bored piles. This building is made of reinforced concrete structure with prefabricated deals. The facade is consisted of sheeting panels, roof deck is made from steel trapezoidal sheets. The thesis describes the procedures and other necessary connection with construction to accelerate the actual implementation of the construction site. The aim of this work is to develop selected parts of building technology project within the scope of the annex to the master‘s thesis.

[pt] Sistemas de Medição de Desempenho (SMD) são amplamente estudados por meio de trabalhos teóricos e práticos. No âmbito de trabalhos práticos, é identificado na literatura uma carência de estudos empíricos que englobem a etapa de implementação. Já os estudos que abordam tal etapa relatam diversas barreiras, o que corrobora com a necessidade de considerar a etapa piloto antes da implementação completa. Essa dissertação de mestrado tem como objetivo: propor um framework conceitual com diretrizes para o redesenho de SMD já existentes comtemplando formalmente uma etapa piloto e realizar o redesenho de um SMD através da utilização de um estudo empírico utilizando o framework conceitual proposto. Além redesenhar o processo e avaliar as barreiras enfrentadas em sua implantação, a dissertação fornece uma avaliação da forma com que a etapa piloto introduzida conseguiu mitigar os riscos mapeados na literatura. / [en] Performance Measurement Systems (PMS) are extensively studied through theoretical and practical work. In the scope of practical work, a lack of empirical studies concerning the implementation stage is identified in the literature. The studies that approach this stage report several barriers, which corroborates with the need to consider the pilot stage before full implementation. This dissertation aims to: propose a conceptual framework with guidelines for the redesign of existing PMS by formally contemplating a pilot phase and carry out the redesign of an PMS through the use of an empirical study using the proposed conceptual framework. In addition to redesigning the process and evaluating the barriers faced in its implementation, the dissertation provides an evaluation of the way in which the pilot stage introduced managed to mitigate the risks mapped in the literature.

El elevado impacto sobre el Medio Ambiente del sector de la producción de frío ha impulsado el uso y desarrollo de métodos de refrigeración cada vez más eficientes desde el punto de vista energético. Dentro de estos métodos se encuentran los sistemas de producción de frío por compresión en doble etapa, que se desarrollaron en el siglo XIX, y que por ahora, son utilizados principalmente en aplicaciones de media y baja temperatura de evaporación, especialmente dentro del sector de la refrigeración comercial. Dichos sistemas corresponden a una solución eficiente desde el punto de vista energético, ya que permiten la obtención de frío con valores de COP y capacidades frigoríficas superiores a las obtenidas con los sistemas de compresión simple. En la presente tesis doctoral se ha acometido un estudio experimental en profundidad de los sistemas de compresión en doble etapa basados en compresores de tipo 'compound', para lo cual se ha desarrollado una instalación propia de tipo industrial y se han analizado, a partir de los datos obtenidos, los efectos del desrecalentamiento entre etapas mediante el sistema de inyección directa de líquido y del subenfriamiento de líquido utilizando el sistema de subcooler. El análisis se fundamenta en el estudio experimental de la planta funcionando con los sistemas intermedios antes mencionados en comparación con el funcionamiento del ciclo sin utilizar ningún sistema intermedio. El refrigerante empleado ha sido el HFC-404A en el rango de temperaturas de evaporación de -36 a -20ºC y en el de condensación de 30 a 47ºC. The dissertation thesis Last Paintings deals with the issue of the last works of the authors at the end of the work. This question represents a complexly unexplored topic in the field of Czech art history. Last paintings are often so different from the previous work. So they may in specific cases give rise to a discussion: Have we include them or better give them to brackets in the artist's work as an excess and not too much deal with? Rather the second alternative is happening. In a wide range of possible focus, the work focuses on last works of modern and contemporary art history. Because such a group or category of art within the Czech art history has not yet been considered, it focus on Czech authorship. The selected iconic world's last works are presented for comparison at the end in a quick overview. Given the topic of the departure of a man from this world, tis work outlines the cultural anthropological bases, their symbolism, it reflects the iconography of last paintings. It offers options for categories, which appear to be diversified, permeating, and beeing rather as auxiliary matter.
