Architectural study offers solution of space of the Roman baths and sauna world in object next to the previously designed building of Aquacenter in Brno - Hády. Location of aquacenter is based on architectural search study Aquacenter - "The Water Temple" Brno (on development areas which are set by ÚPmB). Wellness facilities are today an important part of the water parks. The designed spaces of Roman baths and sauna world offers visitors the use of modifications of Roman baths and Finnish saunas, as well as other supporting treatments such as various massages, herbal baths, massage whirlpools, etc. It is not just a place to relax or to the curative stay, but there is also included a social function as a private spas (for business meetings), caldarium, possibly tepidarium, a rest rooms and relaxation bar. The form of a building, which is based on the form of the previously designed building of aquacentre, is a block with inclined SE, SW and NE wall (inclination of walls is 20 degrees from the vertical). In the center part of a layout is rest room and bar, along which sides are atriums. Around them are then arranged an individual operating units into single wings. The overall layout is also trying to build on the traditional content and linking space of Roman baths, abide the Finnish concept of the sauna and join both together in related wings. While the traffic of balneotherapy is as a "dirty" separated by hall, the wing with massages and less traditional saunas and spas (such as Sweden, Japan, etc.) together with the water baths wing are separated from the central area by corridor. Accommodation is dedicated the space of the second floor, which does not occupy the whole floor space as a first floor and is arranged in a T-shape. The basement which is partly sunk into the ground is located covered parking and service facilities.

The diploma thesis solves the construction technology project of sports complex. The aim of the thesis is rational proposal of construction and resources. The thesis contains plant building site, technological instruction, budget, time schedule, control and trial plan, design and assessment of lifting mechanism and machinery used over construction, contract for work and safety report. Part of the thesis is specialization in sports surfaces.

In my work, I dealt with the development of building technology project for multi-functional building in Olomouc Tabulový Vrch. The goal is to select and develop appropriate design of the building in terms of financial, time and technical requirements based on the technical documentation provided by the designer. Building technology project includes a study of implementation of main technological stages, object, time and financial plan, drawings site equipment, site equipment technical report, technical regulations, inspection and test plan, financial budget for the construction of the technological steps, the schedule, the draft report and not machine prescription number for safety in the implementation of reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton including security risks.

This master´s thesis solves the constructive - technological project of pavilion of mountain hotel. It is an extension of pool hall. The master´s thesis includes: nail shoring walls, jet grouting, excavation, reinforced concrete base pan. There are technological solutions, especially prescription nail walls and jet grouting. Solution also contains the site facilities, the schedule, the situation with the solution structure of transport routes, itemized budget, proposed mechanical assembly, safety and health at work.

The subject of my thesis is the construction and technological project of the new private clinics in Slavkov near Brno in South Moravia. The main goal of my work is a study of implementation of major technological stages of building. These technological steps will cover the main building. This study will be established timetable. Furthermore, the project will be processed construction site, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, with the budget bill of quantities for the main building structure. Technological specification and control plan is prepared for the realization of construction scaffolding, flat roofs and implementation envelope. Re-entering the occupational health and safety plan for the aforementioned works.

The subject of this thesis is the construction and technological project of warehouse and production facility - Nihošovice . The thesis is mainly focused on the study of the main technological parts and technological specifications for the implementation of the mounted frame, which solves loadbearing system of the building. For the technological specifications is processed control plan , health and safety . The thesis project consists of building equipment, technical reports , time and financial plan of the SO A1 , the proposal of machines and mechanisms, coordinating site plan and block plan of traffic routes , plan for securing material resources , time and financial plan object .

This master’s thesis contains selected parts of construction-technological project of completion for a manufacturing hall in Drnovice. Based on the documentation used, the focus is aimed mainly at the technological report for the project and its coordination with broader relations of transport routes. Beside these topics, we discuss time and financial plans of the construction, equipment on the construction site, a proposal of main building machinery and mechanisms and the time plan of the main construction project. Furthermore, we provide a technological instructions, control trial plan for installation of a metal construction and façade panels casing, together with a comparison of industrial floors.

Subject of this master´s thesis is project planning and management of construction of Apartment building in Brno. This thesis involves engineering report, block plan and block plan drawing, time schedulings, project of site equipment, design of machine formation, technological regulation of eartworks and nailig wall, test plan of eartworks and nailig wall, work safety for rough structure and budget of rough structure.

The subject of the thesis is the solution of technological preparation of new building construction Futurama Business Park - the object C. In this thesis, is solved by the implementation of earthwork, foundation structures and reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton. Establishment of the building will be made on the concrete foundation slab. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete frame with perimeter steel columns and glass façade. The work also includes a timetable and financial plan (budget) building, technological regulations, technical report of building equipment, mechanical design assembly, inspection and test plan, design of site facilities, safety plan, impact of technological stage on the environment.

This master’s thesis deals with construction of the gross building of new building of learning complex FEKT VUT in Brno. It contains the design of earthworks, underground setting piles, monolithic structures and isolation of the building for further construction. Construction and technological project includes technical report, time and financial plan of construction, study of the implementation of major technological stages of site preparation, budget of facilities, technological regulation to solved stages, inspection and test plan of monolithic structures, health and safety plan and energy label of objects.
