The project designs engineering documentation of a mountain sport hotel for temporary accommodation for 55 people including firstly those with limited ability of movement and secondly a housekeeper flat with one room and a kitchenette plus sanitary facilities. The building is situated in a sky resort of the Krkonoše boarder village Dolní Malá Úpa in National Park KrNaP.The three-storey building is typical for its tin ridge roof, gable fronted and shed dormers, wooden facade, and a slope location with longitudinal parallel ground plan with level lines. Accommodation is projected on the second and third flours. On the first floor there are hotel premises like a restaurant with a kitchen, a sport requisites rental, storerooms, an office, a gym and a rehab with its own background. Construction system of the first floor is masonry whereas the second and third floors are designed as assembled wooden houses.

This thesis solves design and project of construction of training and education centre, contains library, classrooms and administratice facilities. The building is set into a former allotment gardens on outskirt of Brno. The project reclaimed this land. The shape of the bulding is created by two connected curves, it reminds wide open letter "U". There are two buildings connected with glass vestibule, the object is partially sunk below ground. South side of the building consists of a double transparent facade, which contributes to energy savings, the northern facade is clad with wooden battens. Underground constructions are made of concrete, pillars and horizotal structures are made of laminated wood. Green roof is transferred underground on the west and east side of building. In the interior alternates exposed concrete and laminated wood.

The administration building is designed as a barrier-free standalone new building in the cadastral area of Púchov – city. The designed building has 8 storeys, from which the 1. Floor consists of pantry area, restaurant, club, printing and sales space with their own entrance, 2. Floor, 3. Floor, 4. Floor, 5. Floor, 6. Floor serves as the office space, 7. Floor as the lift service space. In the 1. Sublevel there are composed lay-by and parking areas in number of 23, substation and technical building back-up. The building is settled in the private parcels 49/37, 49/38, 49/68, it is connected to the local road „Námestie slobody“ from the south-west side. Except the building, there is a service road, lay-by and parking areas for the motor vehicles in number of 52, lay-by area for cyclers and green vegetation in the mentioned parcels. The construction of the property is dealt with a monolithic reinofrced concrete skeleton with brick filling, it is covered with flat single roof and it is grounded on the reinforced concrete foundation slab. In the neighbourhood there is a church, residential house-buildings, shops, services, the old riverbed of „Váh“ and a cycle-way. With the height of nearly 30m it will have a status of the city centre dominating feature, after the completion it will create architectural surroundings in the city „Púchov“. By its development, it is expected the increase of work facilities in the mentioned area and improvement of the social services.

The building will be made from POROTHERM blocks with ventilated facade with the mineral heat insulation. The ceilings will be made of reinforced concrete. One part of the building has lean-to roof and second part has flat roof with vegetation on the top of it. The project emphasizes layout, static, fire safety, acoustic, energy savings and user safety solutions. The building has two floors, of which the second one is receding. On the first floor there are two consulting rooms with shared waiting room, operating room, x-ray, laboratory, post-op care and technical background. On the second floor there are facilities for employees, such as dressing room, daytime room, kitchen and office. The master’s thesis project is developed for the implementation of a new building for the elderly and persons with reduced mobility - Senior Park. The building is divided into several parts: the main building with facilities and separate wooden houses for the accommodation. The main building is a single-storey structure with a vegetative roof. The houses are designed with gable roof, without a basement. There is an emphasis on utmost privacy of individuals along with the care and closeness to nature. I embedded the main building partially into the ground so as to offset the difference in land and thus facilitate the movement after the plot and also served as a park for the inhabitants.

In my diploma thesis I designed a new office building in Brno. The building will function as a business incubator, so it will provide space for developing companies for favorable lease terms. While projecting the building I took into consideration future changes in dispositions. Part of the building has a basement and it has one underground and four aboveground floors. The building is designed as monolithic ferroconcrete unit and it has reinforcing perimeter walls with unit core. The ceiling is made of monolithic ferroconcrete panels. The building has flat rooftops, ventilated facade and is based on piles.
