Spondylodiscitis - chirurgické léčení / Spondylodiscitis - Surgical Treatment

Včelák, Josef January 2015 (has links)
Introduction: (Experimental part). Hypothesis evaluates the quasi-static risk of transpedicular fixation failure in the spinal cadaver with anterior column defect due to the fixation extension and defines the risk of transpedicular fixation failure due to screw convergence in cyclic loading. (Clinical part). Hypothesis evaluates the risk of isolated dorsal approach to ventral lumbar spondylodiscitis due to clinic and radiopraphic results and the risk of anterior radical debridement due to using titanium implant in the site of bone infection. Methods: (Experimental part). Four anatomically preparated spinal cadavers with anterior spinal column defect transpediculary instrumented were quasi-statically tested on MTS 858,2 Mini-Bionix. Concept of cyclic loading part were based on ASTM standard F1717. (Clinical part). The group A consisting of 23 patients was treated only by dorsal transmuscular approach and the second group B consisting of 8 patients was treated by two-stage postero- anterior surgery in lumbar spondylodiscitis. Results: (Experimental part). There were progress in all assessed parametres with considerable asymmetry direction in extension to flexion and duction in spinal column loading with anterior defect during quasi-static loading. The rod deformation decrease with extent of...

Jazykový obraz Chodů / Linguistic Picture of Chods

Strenková, Johana January 2021 (has links)
The aim of this work is to compile the linguistic picture of Chods, that is how the word is fixed in the language and the conceptual system of a native speaker. For this purpose, canonical literature has been chosen that thematizes Chods, furthermore some Chod newspapers, corpus syn2013pub and Jindřich's song-books and a few collections of Chod fairytales and legends representing folk literature. This thesis has also drawn upon systemic data, i. e. dictionaries wherein the word Chod can be found in order to record the denotations of this word. Next, the thesis explored the etymology of the word Chod and its synonyms, which also helps to clarify the objective of this work. All the data have been analysed and the connotations, collocations and also attittude towards the dennotation have been gathered that have been featured in more sources to compile the linguistic picture of Chods. Among the most frequent collocations and connotations confirmed in more than one source are Chodsko, border service, privileges and duties of Chods, Kozina and Lomikar, the uprising, Újezd, rebels, defenders against the Germans, nacionalism, freedom, a traditional costume, dialect, music, bagpipes, pies, Chod festival, ceramics, farmers, a banner, a dog, stubborness, repulsion, pride, distinctiveness, togetherness, hard...

Deformační a napěťová analýza dolní čelisti s fixátorem / Stress-Strain Analysis of Mandible with Fixator

Semerák, Jaroslav January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with fixation of the lower jaw fractures using commercially produced fixators. The topic was researched on the basis of the available literature. The thesis also indicates basic anatomy of the surveyed area and nowadays the most commonly used materials. Subsequently, the stress-strain analysis of the lower jaw with the applied angular stable fixation plate was performed. The solution was performed for the lower jaw with a fracture in the area of the condyle with different types of fixation plates made of CP-Ti Grade 4. In addition, the strain analysis of the healed lower jaw with the fixators after the defect in the area of chin and angle was performed. The mechanical interaction analysis of the lower jaw with defect and applied fixation plate was solved by using computational modeling with variational approach, in use of the finite element method in Ansys Workbench 18.1. The thesis also describes in detail the creation of a computational model of the system and the subsequent solution.

Strukturální logiky transformující městské nábřeží v Bratislavě objasnění dynamiky rozhodování o městském rozvoji / Logics transforming the urban waterfront in Bratislava unravelling the decision-making dynamics behind urban development

Machala, Branislav January 2019 (has links)
Extended Abstract This thesis addresses the globalizing urban waterfront in Bratislava. It aims to unravel the key logics driving the decision-making processes behind waterfront re- development in the Slovak capital. I investigate the infiltration of the capitalist logics into a transforming institutional environment unfolding from the post-socialist transition. This is being done through a distinction between the capitalist and the territorial logics of power (Jessop, 1999; Harvey, 2005). Across the globe, waterfront re-development has become the urban response to inner-city decline, and the increasing inter-urban competitiveness in today's neoliberal capitalism. The origins of waterfront transformations are here framed as an urban manifestation of geographically uneven logics of capital put into motion by the crisis of Atlantic Fordism (Smith, 1990; Jessop, 2000). The capital switching into the build-up environment (Harvey, 1978; 2005), is temporarily fixed on urban waterfronts through decisions made on multiple scales (Brenner, 2001). Various types of 'extraverted' strategies such as the Ecosystem approach (Laidley, 2007), a construction of megaprojects & an organisation of mega-events (Orueta & Fainstein 2009), or localization of transnational circulations of stararchitects (Alaily-Mattar et.al. 2018),...

Zhodnocení stability osteosyntézy po sagitální osteotomii větve dolní čelisti / Evaluation of the stability of osteosynthesis of mandibular ramus sagittal split osteotomy

Nieblerová, Jiřina January 2012 (has links)
Orthognatic surgery deals with congenital and acquired dentoalveolar or skeletal deformities of the face. An unfavourable downward rotation of a mandible and posterior vertical maxillary excess cause an anterior open bite, which is characterized by excessive anterior facial height in the lower third, a gap between the incisors in maximal occlusion and a large mandibular angle. Osteotomy (mainly Le Fort I osteotomy or bilateral sagittal split osteotomy of the mandibular ramus - BSSO), ostectomy or distraction osteogenesis are performed to correct the orthognatic deformities. Osteosynthetic materials based on titanium or bioresorbable materials are used in the form of miniplates with monocortical screws, or bicortical screws are utilized to fix the bony fragments. Stability of the new jaws position is the main criterion for success. Relapse causes a loss of occlusion and consequently functional and aesthetic disorders. Relapse consists of skeletal and dental factors. Skeletal relapse is usually divided into early and long-term relapse. BSSO with counter-clockwise (CCW) rotation of the occlusal plane alone was traditionally considered to be the least stable treatment method. Some authors suggest the use of two miniplates on each side of the osteotomy, but we have not found scientific proof of the...

Možnosti použití hodnotové analýzy při výběru poskytovatele hypotečního úvěru / Possibilities of value analysis utilization by selection of mortgage lender

Pískatá, Petra January 2014 (has links)
The aim of this master’s thesis is to find the best type of mortgage loan for several kinds of borrowers. The first part describes personal housing financing, use of loans, use of mortgages in general. At the end of this theoretical part the value analysis is explained as a tool for mortgage lender (or the type of mortgage loan) selection and the way of reaching this goal is defined. Second part is a practical example of how to make decision and find the best choice. It selects the most important criteria and real cash flow is simulated to asset the price of each possibility. Using the discrimination method and efficiency rate the possibilities are ranked. Results are commented on and recommendations are set to every type of client. In conclusion, general method for selection before getting a mortgage is proposed.
