Efekt mechanické korekce a aktivního cvičení v terapii deformity pátého prstu na noze - Tailor's bunion. / Effectiveness of mechanical correction and active exercises of fifth finger deformity therapy - Tailor's bunion.

Vokatá, Lucie January 2019 (has links)
Title: Effect of mechanical correction and active exercise in the treatment of deformity of the fifth toe - Tailor's bunion Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to identify the effect of mechanical correction and active physiotherapeutic intervention in the treatment of deformity Tailor's bunion. Methods: This is a quantitative-qualitative experimental study involving 10 probands aged 19 to 25 with flexible Tailor's bunion deformity, 6 out of 10 probands had bilateral deformity and the remaining probands unilateral deformity. In this thesis, passive intervention in the form of mechanical axial correction of V. MTP joint by strapping tape was used and active intervention in the form of selected active exercise aimed at evaluating (identifying) the effect on selected foot parameters. The participants were randomly divided into two groups of five. Group 1 was subjected to active therapeutic intervention and Group 2 was subjected to passive therapeutic intervention for 4 weeks. Before and after the therapeutic intervention, the probands were examined clinically, followed by a postural stability test in static standing on the tensometric plate RS Footscan ® Balance and pressure distribution testing of individual foot segments while walking on a Footscan Gait plate. At the end of the examination we did...

Měření zátěžových sil na plosce nohy v bruslařské botě pro lední hokej a jejich kazuistický význam / Measurement of loading forces on sole of the foot in ice-hockey skates and their casuistic mean

Šťastný, Petr January 2011 (has links)
Title: The measurement of loading forces acting on sole of the foot in ice-hockey skates and their casuistic signification Abstract This thesis describe a new construction of measuring device, which is able to detect the loading forces acting on the skates during ice-hockey. This device was calibrated and validated for detection of loading force vector, bending force vector and point of force action on the skate blade. For some cases was described a casuistic mean of measurement by new measuring device "measuring skates" and former device Footscan Insole®. The measurement of loading forces during ice-hockey may be used in practise of skating technique, predictive or protective biomechanics. Future use is also research of discomfort in ice-hockey boots or sportsengeneering. Aim of a study: Aim of a study is projected, calibrated and validated a measuring device able to detect interraction in system foot-skates-surface. After validation is neccessary to prove the practical benefit of this device. This device should make possible to find out the origin of discomfort during ice-hockey skates use. Methods: After a critical review the prototype of measuring skate was constructed. The measuring skate was calibrated a nd validated. In contend of pilot study was done the experiment to proof the casuistic mean of...

Vliv kinestetických počitků na kvalitu řízení vzpřímeného stoje a rovnováhové schopnosti u osob se zrakovým postižením / The effect of kinesthetic sensation on the postural control and balance abilities of individuals with visaul impairments

Richterová, Markéta January 2011 (has links)
Thesis title: The effect of kinesthetic sensation on the postural control and balance abilities of individuals with visual impairments Objectives: Compose through the literature study appropriete balance programe for the individuals with visual impairments and measure its effect on their postural control and balance abilities. Methods: Ten visually impaired subjects, one subject with visual and vestibular impairment and one healthy subject took part in this study. Movement intervention was held once a week for eleven weeks, consisting of balance and coordination training, exercises for decreasing muscle imbalances and increasing body awareness and relaxation ability. The Footscan system was used for measuring the effect of movement intervention on the on the postural control and balance abilities of individuals with visual impairments. The testing was done before the beginning and after the finishing of all classes of movement intervention and the results of the pretest and posttest were compared with each other. Results: The movement intervention led to the improvement of postural control and balance abilities at five subjects from the total of nine subjects, who underwent pre and post testing. From the total of forty-eight carried out tests, the subjects noted improvement in twenty-two tests,...

Změny úrovně rovnováhy po přípravě na in-linech / Changes in level of balance after in-line preparation

Filipová, Iveta January 2019 (has links)
Title: Changes in level of balance after in-line preparation Objective: The aim of this thesis is to observe the changes in balancing abilities of students of FTVS after two month of in-line preparation. Methods: This thesis is quantitative scientific research, a quasi experiment and several methods were used in it. The method of literary research and the analysis of professional documents for processing the theoretical part of the thesis. Next, in the practical part, active observation, questioning and laboratory testing using the Footscan pressure plate. Results: By doing laboratory tests on the Footscan device, it was found that the level of balancing abilities of the students changed after two months of in-line preparation. Their balance improved. According to the established hypotheses, it was found that two out of four designated tests have statistical significance. Thanks to this thesis, we can say that in-line skating is an appropriate physical activity for improving not only fitness, but other motor abilities as well. Keywords: In-line skating, fitness skating, in-line skating course, sports training, postural stability, balance, balancing ability, Footscan.
