L’intégration des étrangers présents sur le sol français constitue l’un des enjeux les plus importants de l’ère contemporaine. L’objet de la présente étude est ainsi de s’intéresser à la manière par laquelle le droit transcrit la politique d’intégration. L’ouvrage se divise en deux parties consacrées à l’analyse des leviers juridiques intéressant l’intégration de l’étranger. La première partie met en lumière des facteurs qui, sans être directement issus d’une politique spécifique destinée à intégrer les étrangers, concourent à cet objectif. La seconde partie est consacrée aux facteurs juridiques dédiés à l’intégration des étrangers. La reconnaissance de l’étranger en tant que bénéficiaire de droits fondamentaux et la garantie indirecte d’un droit au séjour ont réduit l’écart entre le statut de l’étranger et celui du national. Cependant, si le dernier titre a révélé la mise en place d’un service public de l’intégration, il a dans le même temps mis en exergue la collusion entre les politiques d’immigration et d’intégration. L’intégration se transforme progressivement en une injonction pour l’étranger en vue de précariser sa situation, dans une logique contraire aux objectifs affichés. / The integration of foreigners on the French territory is one of the most important problems in the contemporary era. The theme of the present study is to deal with how the law transcribes the integration policy. The present work is divided into two parts dedicated to the analysis of the legal levers regarding the integration of foreigners. The first part highlights factors which do not arise directly from a specific policy intended to integrate foreigners but contribute to this aim anyway. The second part deals with the legal factors which are dedicated to the integration of foreigners. Both the recognition of the foreigner as protected by the fundamental rights and the indirect guarantee of the right of residence by the law ,reduced the gap between the status of the foreigner and the national’s one. However, if the last title revealed the setting up of a public service of integration, it , highlighted at the same time , the collusion between immigration and integration policies The integration is gradually transformed into an order for the foreigner so as to make his situation precarious, contrary to the stated objectives.

In my diploma thesis I am dealing with the problematics of reading comprehension by children with a different mother tongue (immigrant children) at the elementary school. I point out the importance of visualization in the learning process and various forms of graphic text visualizations which help the children to comprehend and adopt the syllabus. I specifically concentrate on texts in the subjects Science and History which are demanding for immigrant children, mainly because of a high number of special words and information. In the theoretical part I give brief information about the education of immigrant children at Czech schools, their problems in the Czech language, reading comprehension, the visualization and the possibilities of graphic visualizations. In the practical part I decided to use a qualitative survey, namely the method of the case study. I use the method of participant observation and in-depth interviews with the teacher and the student who I create for the special worksheets based on principle of graphic visualization and I monitor and examine their progress in adopting the vocabulary and discussed syllabus. Degree work, year 2008, University of South Bohemia in Ceské Budejovice, Faculty of economics, Department of management, degree work leader doc. Ing. Ružena KRNINSKÁ, CSc. The aim of the degree work was to chart the labour market in Ceské Budejovice district in relation to foreign countries and to specify the influences on the development of legal employment of foreigners in Ceské Budejovice district, who had been granted a work permit in last 5 years, and the impact on unemployment in Ceské Budejovice district. It also charts the influence of EU entry and its impact on the outflow of workers from the labour market in Ceské Budejovice district. The main aim is to analyze the examined region and the labour market with regard to professions demanded by the employers. It is about how this affects the legal employment of the foreigners. A comparison of Ceské Budejovice employment agency{\crq}s statistics from the years 2003 {--} 2007 and the surveys, done via questionnaire enquiries, at employers (companies) in Ceské Budejovice who employ foreigners or have the intention to employ foreigners, was made. For purpose of cross-border employing of citizens of the Czech Republic via the employees of the employment agency in Ceské Budejovice arranged a contact with an employee of the given agency Arbeitsmarketservice Freistadt, where we talked about questions concerning the way of employing people from abroad, especially the Czech Republic. Further on an analysis of the questionnaire enquiries and the statistical data assigned by the employment agency was made. The results of the questionnaire enquiries were passed on to the employment agency in Ceské Budejovice for further possible use.

[pt] Segundo as gramáticas tradicionais, o que caracteriza, fundamentalmente, os pronomes demonstrativos é a sua função dêitica: indicam a posição dos seres, coisas e noções no espaço ou tempo em relação às três pessoas do discurso (primeira pessoa: este/a, isto; segunda pessoa: esse/a, isso; terceira pessoa: aquele/a, aquilo). Além da função dêitica, também são mencionadas a função anafórica e a catafórica que, respectivamente, fazem referência a algo já mencionado e ao que será citado no discurso. Essas classificações, no entanto, não dão conta de outros empregos desses pronomes no discurso oral e escrito. Considerando, pois, a multifuncionalidade dos pronomes demonstrativos, esta pesquisa se propõe a descrever e analisar os seus variados usos e valores semântico-pragmáticos. Assim, os pressupostos teóricos que fundamentam esta pesquisa são os da Gramática Funcional do Discurso, modelo proposto por Hengeveld (2004), que considera a língua em uso, os participantes, o propósito comunicativo e o conteúdo discursivo. Os dados apresentados constatam que o emprego dos demonstrativos se manifesta com extrema riqueza na língua, indicando uma tendência de reconfiguração das funções básicas desses pronomes. As evidências apontam para um processo de subjetividade de ordem semântico-pragmático no uso dos demonstrativos. / [en] According to the traditional grammars, what characterizes the demonstrative pronouns is its deictic function: they indicate the position of beings and notions in space or time in relation to the three persons of the speech (1st and 2nd person: this and 3rd person, that). Besides the deictic function, the grammars also mention anaphoric and cataforic function that, respectively, refer to something already mentioned and to what will be said in the speech. These ratings, however, do not account for other ways of these pronouns in oral and written discourse. Considering, therefore, the multifunctionality of the demonstrative pronouns, this research aims to describe and analyze their varied uses and semantic-pragmatic values. Thus, the theoretical assumptions underlying this research are those of Functional Discourse Grammar, a model proposed by Hengeveld (2004), which considers the language in use, the participants, the communicative purpose and the discursive content. The presented data underlines that the use of statements manifests extreme richness in the language, indicating a tendency to rewrite the basic functions of these pronouns. The evidences point to a semantic-pragmatic process of subjectivity in the use of demonstrative pronouns.

Neste estudo, analisou-se o tratamento dado à morfologia verbal do português em três tipos de obras de referência - um estudo de lingüística teórica; nove gramáticas de português, e os verbetes de terminações verbais de um dicionário -, na tentativa de: tornar a descrição mattosiana mais clara para a manipulação didática; verificar em que medida as gramáticas se beneficiam dessa análise; estabelecer possíveis razões para a defectividade em português, e atribuir uma classificação para os verbos com alternância vocálica, baseada no levantamento quantitativo desses verbos. Assim, a morfologia verbal foi examinada em três textos de Câmara Jr. (1975; 1972; 1970); duas gramáticas de português voltadas para falantes de português como língua materna (Bechara, 1999; Cunha; Cintra, 1985) e em sete gramáticas voltadas para falantes de português como língua estrangeira (Hutchinson; Lloyd, 2002; Perini, 2002; Masip, 2000; Abreu; Murteira, 1998; Gärtner 1998; Teyssier, 1984; Vázquez Cuesta; Mendes da Luz, 1980). Os resultados da pesquisa mostram que a descrição mattosiana está no bojo de exposição da morfologia das duas primeiras gramáticas, mas poderia ser mais explorada na exposição didática. O levantamento dos verbos defectivos em Bechara (1999); Cunha; Cintra (1985) permitiu verificar relação entre a defectividade verbal e uma possível alternância vocálica nos verbos de terceira conjugação. Apesar da descrição pouco econômica, o estabelecimento de verbetes de Houaiss; Villar (2001a; 2001b) favoreceu o levantamento quantitativo dos verbos com alternância vocálica, fazendo ver que o fenômeno ocorre na maioria dos verbos com vogais radicais /e/ e /o/ das três conjugações. / In this study, the treatment given to the verb Portuguese morphology was analyzed in three types of reference books - theoretical linguistic study; nine grammar books in Portuguese and the dictionary entries of verb endings -, in the attempt of: making clearer Joaquim Mattoso Câmara Jr. description for didactic usage; of verifying to what extent the grammar books take advantage of this analysis; of establishing possible reasons for the defectiveness in Portuguese and of classifying the verbs with vowel variation based on these verbs\' quantitative survey. This way the verb morphology was examined in three Câmara Jr. texts (1975; 1972; 1970); two Portuguese grammar books directed to Portuguese learners viewing this language as a mother-tongue (1975; 1972; 1970); and in seven grammar books directed to Portuguese learners viewing it as a foreign language. (1975; 1972; 1970). The results of this study reveal that Joaquim Mattoso Câmara Jr. description is in the core of the morphology exposure in the two former grammar books, but that it also could be better exploited in the didactic usage. The defective verbs survey in Bechara (1999, 1975); Cunha; Cintra (1985) made it possible to verify the relation between the verb defectiveness and a probable vowel variation in the third inflection verbs. Despite a brief description, the entries\'s setting found in Houaiss; Villar (2001a; 2001b) made it possible the quantitative survey of verbs with vowel variation showing that the phenomenon takes place in most part of verbs with root vowels /e/ and /o/ in the three inflections.

Analisamos, na linha do tempo e com base na teoria das Representações Sociais, a frequência com que a doméstica é representada, a forma pela qual é mostrada nos contextos em que se inscreve, como se configura a relação entre patroa e empregada e como esses textos são oferecidos à leitura do outro, o estrangeiro, em diferentes períodos de nossa história. Concluímos que, nos materiais didáticos (MDs) analisados, as representações das domésticas não são frequentes, predominando nos textos verbais dialogados, e surgindo em situações de interação fortemente assimétricas entre empregada e patroa no ambiente da casa, construídas com recurso ao componente linguístico e ao imagético(ilustrações e foto). Nas representações das empregadas domésticas, observam-se não só traços que as articulam com suas origens na escravidão mas também breves registros da importância de seu trabalho na organização familiar / This study deals with the representation of the maid's figure in verbal and non - verbal texts of textbooks elaborated for the teaching of Brazilian Portuguese to Foreigners (PBE), published in Brazil in the 20th and 21st centuries, aiming to teach our language and culture to foreigners. We have chronologically analyzed, according to the theory of Social Representations, how frequently maids are represented, the way they are depicted in the contexts assigned to them, how the relationships between employer and employee is woven, and how these texts are offered to the reading of others, namely foreigners, in different periods of our history. We have concluded that, in the teaching materials (MDs) analyzed, maid representations are not frequent, appearing more often in verbal dialogues and in strongly asymmetrical interactive situations between maids and bosses in the home environment, which are built upon the imagery (illustrations and photo) and linguistic components. In the representations of maids, both traces that articulate them with their origins in slavery and brief records of the importance of their work in family organization can be observed

Recorrendo a pressupostos da teoria das Representações Sociais, de Moscovici (1961), analisa, em textos verbais, não verbais e multimodais de cinco livros didáticos editados em São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro e Porto Alegre, como são configurados, nas perspectivas dos autores desses manuais, os contextos e atividades laborais na sociedade brasileira. Conclui que as representações encontradas concentram-se em um Brasil urbano das regiões sudeste e sul, e que transitam, na linha do tempo, do contexto comercial ao empresarial, revelando a predominância do trabalho masculino e a progressão do trabalho das mulheres, mostradas, em uma das obras analisadas, de forma estereotipada. / This study deals with the representations of work in teaching material texts of Portuguese for foreigners published in Brazil between the 40s and 90s in the twentieth century. Using assumptions of the theory of Social Representations, by Moscovici (1961), it analyzes, in verbal texts, non-verbal and multimodal five textbooks edited in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Porto Alegre, how they are configured, in the perspectives of the authors of these manuals, contexts and work activities in Brazilian society. I have concluded that the representations found concentrated in urban Brazil in the south and southeast regions, and that pass, on the timeline, from commercial and business contexts, reveal the predominance of male labor and the progression of working women, shown, in one of the analyzed works, stereotypically.

[pt] Marca de identidade cultural, uma vez que diferem de povo para povo, os vocábulos expressivos são convencionais em cada comunidade lingüística e precisam, portanto, ser considerados no contexto do ensino/aprendizagem de segunda língua para estrangeiros por constituírem-se elementos importantes para a comunicação. Este trabalho apresenta, analisa e classifica, conforme critérios estilístico-funcionais, o uso em contexto de um conjunto de vocábulos expressivos onomatopaicos e não onomatopaicos observados no discurso cotidiano informal do eixo Rio-São Paulo durante o período compreendido entre o início do segundo semestre de dois mil e três e maio de dois mil e seis. Com base nas ocorrências que compõem o corpus do trabalho, verifica-se uma grande margem de variação funcional e semântica dos vocábulos expressivos, reflexo da habilidade do brasileiro em lidar com o contexto em um nível elevado de abstração. Verifica-se ainda que esses vocábulos são elementos reveladores de inúmeros aspectos da cultura subjetiva do brasileiro. / [en] Expressive words are marks of cultural identity as they differ among people. They are conventional in each linguistic community and therefore need to be considered in the context of teaching/learning of a second language for foreigners as they constitute important elements of communication. This paper presents, analyses and classifies according to stylistic and functional criteria the contextual use of a set of onomatopoeic and non-onomatopoeic expressive words observed in the daily informal speech of the Rio-São Paulo axis within the period between August, 2003 and May, 2006. From the occurrences that constitute the corpus described in the paper, one can notice a wide range of functional and semantic variation of expressive words reflecting the ability of Brazilian people to cope with context in a high level of abstraction. One can also observe that these words reveal uncountable aspects of the Brazilian subjective culture.

The diploma thesis deals with the depiction of different national identities (Czechs, Germans, Jews and Poles) and their conflicts in the František Sokol Tůma's novels V záři milionů and Na kresách. The thesis focuses on the issue of nationalism in Ostrava Region and Těšín Region and on the way it affects the literary depiction of "others" and "foreigners". Another important part of the thesis deals with the specific setting of language frontiers and its influence on literary images of characters of different nationalities. [pt] O objetivo desta análise é propor a conceituação e a organização das expressões formulaicas a partir do corpus que consta de 6 episódios do programa Os Normais da Rede Globo de Televisão, reunidas no DVD de mesmo nome. A fundamentação teórica básica deste trabalho concentra-se na área da Funcionalismo, associado à Pragmática e vale-se do conceito de função (Neves, 1997), e seqüência formulaica numa perspectiva pragmática (Wray, 2002). Nossos resultados apontam para uma lista sistematizada de expressões formulaicas, que funcionam como um dos mecanismos lingüísticos usados no cotidiano, favorecendo a economia lingüística e proporcionando o aumento da competência de uso da língua portuguesa para o estrangeiro. / [en] The aim of this analysis is to propose a conceptualization and organization of the formulaic expressions taken from a corpus of 6 episodes of the Rede Globo sitcom Os normais , included in a DVD also titled Os normais.. The theoretical basis of this work is in Functionalism in association with Pragmatics, adopting the concepts of function (Neves, 1997) and formulaic sequence from a pragmatic perspective (Wray, 2002). Our results point to a systematic list of formulaic expressions, that are one the used linguistic devices in everyday language, favoring linguistic economy and increasing linguistic competence in Portuguese for non-native speakers.
