Porovnání efektivity bruslení rozvíjené drillovou a herní formou u věkové kategorie U - 10 / The comparison of ice skating efficiency developed by drill vs. gaming form in the U - 10 category

Dvořák, Luboš January 2020 (has links)
Title: The comparison of ice skating efficiency developed by drill vs. gaming form in the U - 10 category. Objectives: The aim of this dissertation is to compare the efficiency of skating developed by drill and game forms of training using speed-skill tests for ice hockey players under the age of 10. Methods: This work used the method of quantitative analysis of test results for ice hockey players of the U10 age category. The tested group consisted of 18 players of the U10 age category from the HC Hvězda Praha team. The dissertation includes three stages of data collection. The first set of data is preliminary, the second set of data is collected after the intervention by the drill form of training and the third set of data is collected after the intervention by the game form of training. The development of skating skills in drill and game form of training always took place in the first twenty minutes of the training. The obtained sets of data were recorded and then evaluated in accord with Friedmanan and Wilcoxon tests. Results: In the 6.1 m sprint, the 35 m sprint and the S-Corner test, slalom with a puck test and the crossing with a puck test there was recorded improvement after each intervention. In the crossing without a puck test the difference was recorded only after the drill form of...

Sinnlighet som gräns och öppning : Estetik i Merleau-Pontys Le Visible et l'invisible / The Sensuous as Limit and Opening : Aesthetics in Merleau-Ponty's Le Visible et l'invisible

Palmgren, Karolina January 2019 (has links)
With his unfinished work Le Visible et l’invisible Maurice Merleau-Ponty began to formulate a poetic ontology – a philosophy that places art in center of the experience of Being, and which is therefore possible to understand as an aesthetics. The essay examines Le Visible et l’invisible as an aesthetics in the double sense as a theory of how perception relates to cognition and what impact the arts has to this relation. It focuses on the perception’s openness towards a world beyond the subject, a world that the subject is connected to through its corporeality. It examines how the sensuous ideas of the arts indirectly brings forth the experience of the invisible layers of Being, the latent connections that lines and supports the visible, and how the arts therefore can be said to bring forth a new truth. It examines how these sensuous ideas come into expression, which forms they take. With that the question about form and content, expression and meaning, of the art work is activated. Perception is understood as the simultaneous limit and opening, as the place of the event that creates the world.

A study using asymmetry as a key word in the design and manufacture of furniture

Engvall, Anna January 2020 (has links)
In this thesis I wanted to investigate asymmetry and use that word to design furniture and objects. I wanted to investigate how the asymmetry could manifest itself and I laid a great foundation in literature. With the research I proceeded into a sketch and model process which then led to two selected forms that I would produce in full scale. The work is related to a ten-week long span of time and I regard the work as a whole as a sketch and a basis for further studies at master’s and doctoral level. I found that asymmetry can manifest itself in different ways in design – a material asymmetry, an asymmetry in the relations of shapes to each other and that a certain symmetry is required to be able to discern the asymmetry, the deviating. The result is two pieces of furniture that show how far or how short one can take the word investigated. The two objects comprise symmetrical elements placed in an asymmetric relationship to each other.

Scheerer, Silke, Curbach, Manfred 14 June 2022 (has links)
Scheerer, M. Theorizing Sonata Form from the Margins: The Keyboard Sonata in Eighteenth-Century Spain

Espinosa, Bryan Stevens 05 1900 (has links)
This study describes a set of salient formal norms for the eighteenth-century Spanish keyboard sonata through an application of Hepokoski and Darcy's sonata theory, William Caplin's form-functional theory, and Robert Gjerdingen's schema theory. It finds that particular thematic types, intra-thematic functions, and rhetorical markers characterize this repertoire. In order to trace the development of these norms throughout the eighteenth century, this work is organized into two parts. The first part (Chapters 2 and 3) examines the mid-century Spanish keyboard sonatas of Sebastián de Albero (1722–1756), Joaquín Ojinaga (1719–1789), and their contemporaries. The second part (Chapters 4 and 5) examines the late-century Spanish keyboard sonatas of Manuel Blasco de Nebra (1750–1783) and his contemporaries.

Dans som kulturell-, expressiv- och träningsform i idrottsämnet : En kvalitativ innehållsanalys av läroplaner mellan 1962 och 2022 / Dance as forms of culture-, expressive- and training dance in physical education : a qualitative content analysis of curricula between 1962 and 2022

Gälbgjuter, Hanna January 2023 (has links)
Physical education in school contains many different activities. The background for this study is based on previous science and research, which confirms that dance lessons are reduced by more popular activities and ball games. Since the dance demonstrated as a weak impact in school, there are scientific gaps connected to dance lessons over time. The purpose of this study is to focus on dance and then pay attention to three different forms of dances, as they appear in all curricula between 1962-2022. This study´s method is a qualitative content analysis of documents, which made it possible to review the content in LGR62, LGR69, LGR80, LPO94, LGR11 and LGR22. The content in all curricula is in turn limited to physical educations syllabuses and specific the core content and grading criteria. The results of this study confirm that dance has had a varied impact in the syllabuses and the forms of dance represents changes over time. Furthermore, did a comparison show similarities and differences of how the forms of dances appear over time, which made patterns noticeable. The culture dance tends to decline over time, while the expressive dance is most visible and the only one that is included in all syllabuses. The training dance, fore’s the least, but could conceivably get an increased space in the future. The discussion presents a summarized interpretation of the results of this study. Based on the study's propose and questions, these are placed in relation to previous research. With the help of curriculum theory, interpretations and positions are justified where explanatory models are primarily linked to society and the impact of dance in physical education.

Designkoncept av ett tilläggssystem för QFM-pressen / Design concept of an additional system for QFM-press

Mirza, Maryam, Niemu, Rita January 2020 (has links)
The purpose of this thesis project is to create a concept for an additional system that may be used by the QFM-press. Currently, the press can only execute cold-form pressing rather than a combination of both cold- and hot-form pressing. Different conceptual ideas were generated using brainstorming method, and the most suitable concept was chosen based on a decision matrix. After investigating possible solutions, results associated with the 3D-modelling in PTC Creo Parametric were present. By the end of this study, the purpose and goals of this thesis were fulfilled.

Estetikens blinda fläck : En undersökning av Adornos formbegrepp

Broberg, Vicki January 2022 (has links)
My purpose with this thesis is to examine Adorno’s rethinking of the aesthetic concept of form, in his last work, Ästhetische Theorie. Artistic form has in the tradition of aesthetics been quite forgotten according to Adorno. He even calls it, “the blind spot of aesthetics”. To rework the concept of form he introduces a set of conceptual relationships that takes an indispensable part in the new multifaceted concept of form. In fact, there is a plurality of concepts that is being put to work, to arrive at a new understanding of form. My methodological approach has been to trace these conceptual relationships that revolve around the aesthetic form and to highlight their connections. My contribution with this undertaking is to accentuate the weightiness of the form concept in Ästhetische Theorie. In the concept, Adorno’s materialistic thinking also becomes discernible. This aspect is especially mirrored in the theoretical attention he pays to the aesthetic material and the artifact itself. Another purpose of this thesis is to explore how the aesthetic form can be critical and to fathom what it implies. Criticism in Ästhetische Theorie is closely related to what Adorno calls aesthetic truth, which is taking shape in the artistic form. The form is thus related to many of the essential concepts in Ästhetische Theorie, such as truth and illusion. The study further examines how the critical form can be autonomous, while at the same time being deeply enmeshed in society.

Domenico Scarlatti – eine Flaschenpost

Menke, Johannes 22 September 2023 (has links)
This article attempts to apply some of Gilles Deleuze’s concepts and ways of thinking to the sonatas of Domenico Scarlatti. Thus “deterritorializing” (Deterritorialisierung) will be applied to Scarlatti’s approach to keys, and “event” (Ereignis) and “surface” (Oberfläche) will be applied to motive and form. Finally, Scarlatti’s sonatas may be described as aphorisms in which the boundaries of standard logic are exceeded and even the right to absurdity is claimed.

On the vector transition form factors in the Ω- → Ξ0 W- decay

Bertilsson, Magnus January 2023 (has links)
To learn more about the structure of hadrons we study form factors. In the semi-leptonic decay Ω- → Ξ0W- two types of form factors arise namely the vector and axial-vector transition form factors. We focus on the vector transition form factors at next-to-next-to-leading order in the power counting of chiral perturbation theory and study their quark mass dependence. They are related to the scattering amplitude for the transition and therefore we have to calculate Feynman diagrams. Next-to-next-to-leading order Feynman diagrams translate to 1-loop diagrams and at this order there is a substantial amount of them. This study is a feasibility study and therefore we limit this study to diagrams containing the low-energy constants HA and hA from the leading order chiral Lagrangian. There are 5 such diagrams, three with two propagators in the loop (bubble diagrams) and two with three propagators in the loop (triangle diagrams). We derive explicit expressions for all 5 diagrams. To calculate these diagrams numerically we use Mathematica and FeynCalc. We provide numerical results for the three bubble diagrams but not the triangle diagrams due to the long computing time for these diagrams. Therefore, we show that performing form factor calculations at NNLO seems feasible but there needs to be more investment into figuring out the coding aspects regarding the triangle diagrams.
