Vliv extrémní fyzické zátěže na zastoupení subpopulací dendritických buněk v periferní krvi u vrcholových sportovců / The effect of extreme physical exertion on the percentage of dendritic cell subpopulations in professional athletes as correlated with change in adrenaline levels

Fischerová, Barbara January 2009 (has links)
The main goal of this tesis is to describe changes in representation of various subpopulations dendritic cells (myelogenic and plasmocytoigenic) in peripheral blood after intense physical stress and to review their activation status. Early count changes and changes of function of basic elements of cellular immunity after a sport load was described, whereas a behaviour of circulating dendritic cells hasn't been studied yet. The amount and the stage of differentation of dendritic cells was specified by analysis of blood samples taken before and after the load. According to the result of the tesis the reaction to extreme physical load had two effects. The amount of dendritic cells was increased, whilst the expression of kostimulative molecules (their activation) was decreased. Described changes support an opinion, that physical load initates reaction to a danger of body damage. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Deliktní odpovědnost fyzických osob v ochraně životního prostředí / Delictual liability of natural persons within environmental protection

Koulová Marešová, Lucie January 2011 (has links)
Delictual liability of natural persons in environmental protection is the topic that represents the intersection of several branches of law. Passing the new penal code brings to criminal law some news in the branch of environmental protection. The purpose of my thesis is to describe the general conditions of delictual liability and then point out to the specifics of the particular types of delicts. The aim of the thesis is also to compare the responsibility for administrative offences and liability for crimes. I divided my thesis into two main parts - the general part and the special part. My thesis contents fourteen chapters, which are dealing with different problems of liability in environmental protection.

Omyl v trestním právu / Miscarriage of justice

Semrád, Matyáš January 2015 (has links)
Error in criminal law The aim of this thesis is a comprehensive analysis of the problems of error in criminal law, finding weaknesses in the current legislation and outline appropriate solution. By error any inconsistency of someone's imagination with reality is meant. Knowing the offender's error is a very significant for legal theory, in case of relevant criminal errors it is a very serious consequence for the subjective aspect of the crime. In the Czech criminal law, which is based on the principle of liability for fault, it is an issue, without which this concept was not complete and whose meaning would be fading away. This thesis classifies the problems of error in terms of current legislation, legal doctrine and relevant case law . The first chapter of this thesis is devoted to an explanation of the term error itself, its theoretical inclusion in the context of criminal law and explains its implications. It focuses on the concept of fault, especially its importance and its components, the two faces of it, which are intent and negligence, or on the concept of guilt. Knowing these two concepts is essential for the next orientation in the issue of errors, and indeed in criminal law at all. In the second chapter the work focuses on the historical evolution of criminal law concept of error of the...

Svalový metabolismus a jeho vliv na fyzickou zdatnost u pacientů s chronickým selháním ledvin léčených hemodialýzou / Muscle metabolism and its effect on physical condition in patients with chronic renal failure receiving hemodialysis

Brůhová, Zuzana January 2012 (has links)
Title: Muscle metabolism and its effect on physical condition in patients with chronic renal failure receiving hemodialysis Objective: Assess the status of muscle metabolism in patients starting hemodialysis and patients receiving hemodialysis long time, to determine some changes in muscle metabolism in both groups in the time period and ultimately assess its impact on physical condition and quality of life of hemodialysis patients. Method: Fill anamnestic questionnaire and examination of body composition using bioimpedence device (BCM) in the group of patients with chronic renal failure who are beginning to be treated with hemodialysis and a group of patients treated with hemodialysis for several years. Compare the results of both groups. To obtain additional information from medical records. Results: It was found that hemodialysis therapy affects the status of muscle metabolism in terms of reducing muscle mass (LTM). The dependence of LTM, however, the duration of hemodialysis treatment assays. The study showed that if patients are nutritionally stable and regularly engaged in some physical activity, loss of muscle mass is lower than in individuals who have a passive way of life. Keywords: chronic renal failure, hemodilysis, muscle metabolism, physical condition

Vliv délky klik jízdního kola na změnu svalového napětí m. triceps surae / Influence of crank arm length on change of muscle tone of musculus triceps surae

Stránský, Vojtěch January 2016 (has links)
Title: Influence of crank arm length on change of muscle tone of musculus triceps surae Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to conclude the theoretical knowledge of this issue. The experiment is to uncover via the objective results, if the change of the crank arm length can influence the muscle tone of m.triceps surae and additionaly how much. Methods: The measurement for this thesis was processed at Charles University at the Faculty of Physical Activity and Sports, measuring 8 volunteers. Via myotonometry, the biomechanic properties (stiffness and viscosity) of m.triceps surae were measured before and after the workout on a bicycle ergometer. These steps were repeated twice within a week with different crank arm length (170mm and 175mm). On the basis of the reaction of soft tissues on deformation from the tip of the myotonometer, the graphs are depicted, containing the hysteresis curve. We evaluate there two phenomenons - steepness and the content of the curves. They indicate biomechanic properties of soft tissues, resp. also the muscle tissue. Results: The measurements from the 1st and 2nd week were compared. The results of 8 probands show that cycling as a physical activity changes stiffness and viscosity of m. triceps surae and has therefore an influence on the muscle tone. Considering larger...

Porovnání tělesné zdatnosti s prospěchem u dětí na základní škole / Comparison of physical fitness and overall school performance in children at basic school

Sýkorová, Alžběta January 2015 (has links)
Introduction: Physical fitness and academic achievement may constitute two interrelated variables. Students with higher physical fitness can achieve better learning outcomes in school. Objective: To determine whether students with better learning outcomes have also better outcomes in physical performance tests compared to students with low school achievement. Methods: 167 elementary and primary school students age 11.06 ± 2.4 years old (92 girls and 75 boys) participated in the comparative cross-sectional study. A special seven-item test battery was used to determine their level of physical fitness. Pupils were divided into two groups according to their learning outcomes statements. Results: Students with better learning outcomes had higher physical fitness in the individual tests in the most cases. Statistical analysis of standardized Z-score revealed a statistically significant better physical fitness (p ˂ 0.05) for all students with better learning outcomes in all age groups except the boys from the 2nd stage (p = 0.268). Conclusion: The results showed that students with better learning outcomes also had greater physical fitness. Keywords: academic achievement, physical fitness, elementary and primary school
