The thesis studies and describes movement in physical theatre. Specifically it works with the production Odtržení of the dance group Farm in the cave. The production was selected as the best production of the year 2016 on the festival of Czech Dance Platform. The thesis uncovers the backstage of preparations of the production, including the study stay in Japan and the process of creation of individual components of the production. It describes the content and the movement interpretation of individual scenes and situations. Since the author of the thesis took part in the production as one of its interpreters and at the same time participated in its choreography, the thesis includes subjective reflections, personal experience and interviews with other actors in the production.

Diplomová práce se v první části zabývá zahájením podnikání fyzické osoby. Věnuje se požadavkům kladeným na podnikatele při zahájení podnikatelské činnosti. Popisuje druhy živností, registrační povinnosti a daňové povinnosti. V druhé části popisuje vedení daňové evidence: evidenci příjmů a výdajů, evidenci pohledávek a závazků, evidenci majetku a zásob, mzdovou evidenci, evidenci rezerv a evidenci DPH. V další části je zpracován příklad na vyplnění daňového přiznání.

Title: Analysis of improving the physical fitness of rescue brigades and services Cíl práce: The aim of this thesis is to analyze the physical fitness of firefighters ambulance Fire and Rescue Service based on the results of physical tests of individual firefighters for a period of five years. Objective: In this thesis werw used data from regular physical tests Fire Rescue Service. Data were standardized and subsequently evaluated using graphs and T-test. Results: On the basis of the analysis were verified by three hypotheses. Neither of them has not been confirmed. Compared to the expected improvement in physical abilities, the opposite happened, or to their decline. Compared with the general population, they did not reach all members of the Rescue Service of the population average. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out whether the residents of family houses districts are satisfied with the current stage of built environment and usage of public spaces. Three focus districts were areas with family houses situated in the Prague metropolitan region (Hanspaulka, Starý Spořilov, Satalice) and eleven territorial public spaces were under examination. The research had three stages. Field mapping focused on the current stage of built environment of public spaces in focus districts. Structured observation, as the following stage, revealed the usage of those public spaces. Through the stage of semi-structured interviews, was answered the question about, how satisfied are the residents with the public spaces and if they have any changes or suggestions in order to improve those.

The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the approaches of identification of individuals in the Czech Republic. The next part of the thesis are the characteristics of personal data protection in the Czech Republic, an overview of legislative changes in the identification of individuals and in particular the analysis of the Regulation No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Based on the characteristics of the legislation identification in the Czech Republic , the analysis of the above mentioned Regulation and compared with the identification systems that are in place in other European Union states and several other countries around the world , is created draft a universal identifier for the Czech Republic as a vision of the future with specific recommended elements and their reasoning . The main contribution of this work is the analysis of legislation in the Czech Republic and its changes following the adoption of new EU legislation, as well as the inclusion of the new legislation in a model for the identification of individuals in the Czech Republic.

Title of thesis: Evaluation of psychologically and physically load in competitors of Winter Survival; including incorporation of knowhow to hold the competition. Aim of thesis: 1. Creation of a manual to order competition of Winter Survival type in civil and army. 2. Valorize and confront physically load in Winter Survival 2007, 2008, 2011. 3. Valorize and confront psychologically load in Winter Survival 2007, 2008, 2011. Methods: 1. For the creation of the manual was used qualitative research with exploitation of interview with abstract questions. 2. To valorizing and fixing of physically load was used quantitative study. 3. We created the "manual" to ordering and organising of cometition for trainee officials of competitions like Winter Survival. 2. Current issues of relationship between the personal right of individual and media: abstract in English The theme of this thesis is protection of personal rights of individual in mass media. This theme is, according to our opinion, current topic because there are conflicts between the personal rights of individual and the right to freedom of expression nearly every day. The purpose of the thesis is to analyse, if the attitude of the courts to the protection of these two rights is equal and if the individuals, who have disadvantageous position against the mass media, can adequately defend their rights. The thesis is composed of six chapters. Chapter one is introductory. Chapter two briefly defines the issue of personal rights of individual. The third chapter consists of four parts. Each of these parts deals with one personal right and characterises the rules which mass media have to comply with in order not to contravening the personal rights of individual.
