Framework pre Android aplikácie založené na geolokácii a používajúce Linked Data / Framework for geolocation-based Android applications using Linked Data

Snoha, Matej January 2018 (has links)
Title: Framework for geolocation-based Android applications using Linked Data Author: Bc. Matej Snoha The aim of this thesis is to design and implement a framework for geolo- cation based mobile applications using Linked Data. Introduced are Linked Data technologies in the context of mobile application develop- ment, data modeling, and geographical queries. This work follows the software development lifecycle from requirement gathering, software analysis, design of the application framework and its individual compo- nents, up to the implementation of required functionality and subsequent deployment and evaluation of the functional application framework. The resulting implementation of the framework consists of a mobile applica- tion that displays nearby places from Linked Data datasets on a map and a cloud service with a repository of required definitions. It serves to demonstrate functionality of the theoretical part of the work in real-life scenarios.

Odhad geografické polohy stanic v Internetu / Location estimation of Internet nodes

Němeček, Ladislav January 2014 (has links)
This paper deals with methods of stations’ IP geolocation. It’s describes the methods of passive and active geolocation and it’s more focused on active searching methods, which usees measuring the latency in network. The factors causing delays in data transfer are discussed first, followed by discussion of the issue of measuring these delays. After that a brief description of PlanetLab experimental network, which nodes were used for delay measurment. Main topic is practical implementation of method Constraint-based Geolocation in Java programming language. Last but not least the measurement results of CBG algorithm are tested.

Webová aplikace zobrazující polohu IP stanic / Web application for getting location of IP nodes

Modrák, Zdeněk January 2015 (has links)
Thesis deal with geolocation in internet network. There are described possibilities of geolocation and thesis is mainly focused on passive geolocation methods. Under passive geolocation belongs location databases which there are described as in theoretical way as used in practical part of thesis. In practical part there is created complex system for geolocation in internet environment which used paid and free geolocation databases. Another used database is WHOIS. Data from paid databases is processed and accuracy of databases is evaluated.

Aplikace pro geolokační databáze / Application for geolocation databases

Klíma, Oldřich January 2019 (has links)
The thesis deals with possibilities for more precise determination of geographical position of given IP address by combination of estimates of data obtained from geolocation databases. The first part introduces the issue on theoretical level. Possibilities of network device identification, its geographical location and principles of geolocation databases are described here. After analyzing the theoretical part of this issue, the current state of application for geolocation databases is described. The next section introduces a new application which uses original software ip2geotools as a library. Using the three implemented methods for combining results (based on average, median, and cluster analysis by K-Means algorithm), the new program allows to estimate the physical location of IP address. The app is complemented with console interface and geographic data visualization on the map. In the last part, the accuracy of computational methods is validated and a detailed statistical analysis of data obtained by performing a calculation over a set of IP addresses with known geographical location of the RIPE Atlas service is performed.

Geolokace stanic v síti Internet / Geolocation of Internet hosts

Ingr, Michal January 2011 (has links)
This master thesis deals with methods of stations’ geolocation on the Internet, it means the estimation geographic location of unknown station, which is conected to this network. The introductory part describes the methods for determining position, which don‘t need any measeruments of the network. The next section is devoted to points, where delay is invoked, to the causes of latency in the Internet, to their types and some usual values. The following part features ways to measure delays and route, including several tools for this purpose. The penulminate section describes some chosen geolocation techniques based on RTT measurement. The final chapter is devoted to practical demonstration geolocation using the CBG method, when the delay measurement was carried out in an experimental PlanetLab network.

Lokalizace geografické pozice útočníka v internetu / Localization of geographic position attacker in the Internet

Kubalík, František January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of the geographical location of the Internet using delay and implementating method Octant. The first part is devoted to familiarization with the principles of evaluation of the physical position of the stations on the Internet, with a focus on active methods for IP Geolocation. Here it is more space devoted to geolocation Octant algorithm and a more detailed explanation of its principles. At the end of the first part is also familiar with the experimental network PlanetLab. The second part describes the design and implementation of the program in programming language C#, which locates the searched local station with mentioned localization algorithm Octant. Description realization is accompanied by explained examples of the classes with a detailed explanation. Here are also the results of the methods on selected IP addresses of stations with known locations to detect errors or deviations of method from the actual position of searched station. At the end of this section is a comparison with other active as well as passive geolocation methods.

IPv6 geolokace a vizualizace / IPv6 Geolocation and Visualization

Suchomel, Tomáš January 2011 (has links)
This master's thesis is focused on geolocation and visualization of IPv6 addresses. Several current approaches to geolocation have been discussed. Its main goal is to design geolocation database with regular updates with ability to visualize geographic location of the IPv6 address on the world map. Implemented system is gathering data about IPv6 prefixes from public Whois database. Gathered geographical addresses are mapped into coordinates by Google Maps Geocoding API. All gathered data are being saved into database together. Locations of IPv6 addresses are visualized via web-based Google Maps API. Moreover, the density mapping of IPv6 address blocks in particular countries can be visualized too.

Využití geolokace v oblasti autopojištění / Use of geolocation in car insurance products

Černá, Kristýna January 2013 (has links)
This thesis focuses on the Geolocation, Marketing and Insurance area. The main objective is to create definition of car insurance product for the market of Czech Republic, which will use the data gained from geolocation for the premiums adjustment. The minor objective of this thesis is to propose appropriate marketing strategy, which could be used while launching product on Czech market. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part describes principles of geolocation, provides basic information about several specific car insurance products from Czech Republic and abroad markets. The last part of theoretical section is focused on marketing topic. Practical part of this thesis consists of car insurance product specification. Proposal for optimal marketing strategy and targeted customer groups is also included. The main output of this thesis is definition of new car insurance product, which is currently not available on Czech market. This specification could be used by Products specialists from Czech insurance companies as basis for definition of new car insurance product for Czech market.

Analýza zdrojů nevyžádané elektronické pošty / Analysis of email spam sources

Caha, Tomáš January 2019 (has links)
The first part of this thesis deals with an approach of designing and developing of application for IP geolocation using various geolocation databases. Methods of geographical location of network devices and amount of available data provided by chosen commercial and freely accessible geolocation databases are presented. The data are summarized with focus on methods of obtaining information about IP addresses from various databases. In the paper there are also presented ways used to develop the Python application and its parts, which can be easily reused in other programs. The command line program was created to demonstrate that all parts of the developed application work properly. The whole application is freely accesible under the conditions of the MIT license, published on GitHub (https://github.com/tomas-net/ip2geotools/) and in the Python package index PyPi. The second part of this thesis deals with the description of cyberthreats and the use of developed application to mass geolocation of IP addresses that are listed in chosen freely accessible lists as sources of email spam or cyberattacks. Geographical analysis of cyberattacks sources shows countries of origin. Results of analysis are presented in graphs and maps.
