Polova, Viktoriia January 2021 (has links)
Viktoriia Polova. Retrospective analysis of cross-cultural differences in people's beliefs about strategies for getting ahead in life - comparison of the Czech Republic and Russia Abstract This thesis addresses the concept of getting ahead in life. Life success strategies are the set of subjective values which individuals consider to be important for achieving goals. Even though the perceptions of these strategies are flexible, there is a common pattern presented in different countries and it is changing throughout time. The main life success strategies for both populations of the Czech Republic and Russian Federation have been identified. The similarity of the factor formation can be seen for both countries; however, the variance of the strategies differs. The factor and regression analyses have been used for the identification of the strategies and the attributes which explain them. The paper can be also improved by extending the list of variables of economic attributes and individual social background. These attributes would be beneficial for future studies to fulfil the knowledge of the subject.

The main hypothesis is that the fact they do not fit in the criteria of community as proposed in the first half of the twentieth century, it does not mean they have surrendered to the control society or the power devices of the late capitalism. That means a change in the ways of communicating and acting collectively and such experiences have not been sufficiently analysed yet concerning to art theories, asking for new proposed epistemological discussion, especially in the areas of communication and culture studies (Katz and Greiner, Lipovetski, Canclini, Sennett) and political philosophy (Foucault, Virno, Negri, Agamben). The corpus of this research is composed by collective experiences acting in Curitiba and São Paulo, and has proposed a kind of sharing which recognizes the singularities and discontinuity of the subjects in the collective field. The expected result is the presentation of an emerging field of experiences which describe the need of thinking about new manners of acting and creating collectively / Esta tese analisa o modo como coletivos artísticos se transformaram durante a última década, instaurando novos modos de comunicação e ação política.

Sporto trenerių integracijos į darbo rinką modeliavimas / The creation of model of the integration of the sports coaches into the job market

Kubilienė, Gintarė 08 June 2010 (has links)
[toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Successful integration into the job market is the strengthening of our society, as well as social, economic and political life. Integration and problems that young people encounter when seeking to get employed, as well as stay successfully and remain competitive in the job market have always been and still are of great relevance in the society life. Each specialist aims to strengthen his position in the job world and carry out his responsibilities and functions as a full-fledged human and a citizen. However, it is becoming more and more difficult to integrate into a desired job field (activity) under current unfavorable economic conditions. As the economical and social situations of the country change, the demand for certain professions change as well. Some of them disappear and new professions take their place. It becomes more difficult to keep up with the new changes and plan one’s own professional career without knowing what tomorrow might bring. Therefore, it is important to prepare a model of sports coach integration into the job market and by relying upon this model to determine the factors and their groups that influence the professional integration of sports coaches. This would allow to draw objective conclusions as to which factors are more important to them and which of them helped them more or less in the employment process. It is an opportunity to get to know the structure of the integration into the job market process while seeking to identify the possibilities... [to full text]

Týraní senioři jako cílová skupina pro neziskové organizace / Elder abuse as a target group of non-profit institutions

Špeldová, Martina January 2018 (has links)
The theoretical part of this thesis contains the definitions of getting old, being old and the demographics that are connected with these periods of life. Most of the theoretical part pertains to EAN Syndrome and its manifestation and impacts on people's lives. I concerns legislation, EAN Syndrome, non-profit organizations, but the majority of this theoretical section deals with emergency services. I also added the real stories of abused seniors. I used fived case histories of emeregency services clients from the non-profit organization named Elpida, because of the relevance of Elpida's work on elderly. The next part contains transcribed interviews with employees of this organization. I have also inserted my own comments and created tables with the results. The research confirmed, that emergency services are integral to the prevention and solution to EAN Syndrome.

Implement BPR and CPI to optimize the process of getting medicine in pharmacy : a comparison between Sweden and China

Dai, Jingya January 2007 (has links)
This report generally focuses on the process of getting medicine from the pharmacy in the hospital. The processes are different in Sweden and in China due to the different concrete conditions. Compared with the Swedish process the Chinese flow lags fairly far behind. To optimize the Chinese process by taking advantage of the Swedish process is the intention of this report; it also gives the advice on how to improve the performance for the Swedish process. By comparing the multiple theories for process improvement, I used Business Process Reengineering (BPR) theory to reengineer the Chinese process and used Continues Process Improvement (CPI) theory to ameliorate the Swedish process. The differences between BPR and CPI are also revealed in this report.
