Od ideálu k utopii (zítřek, co už byl) / From the Ideal to Utopia (Tomorrows That Have Already Been)

Jaroňová, Eva January 2012 (has links)
My work contains five videos. Installation presents videos on five separate tv screens. Each video duration is max 3 min. Videos are based on text. Text exists as installation in space and continues in form of performance. Content of text is simple wisdom which is twist off into nonsense. Realisation contains element of ephemerality. Former work is destroed by nature or human incidence.

Metody ukládání uživatelských hesel v operačních systémech / Password deposition techniques in operating systems

Pavlík, Martin January 2009 (has links)
This master thesis deals with ways to store passwords in current operating systems. Specifically, this work focuses on Windows, Linux, BSD and OS X. These systems are examined for ways of hashing passwords and on resistance of resulting hashes against various attacks. First (theoretical) section describes the procedures and algorithms that are needed for user authentication. This part also describes methods of hash storing. At the end of the theoretical part are generally described some possible attacks against hash functions. In second (practical) part is described and tested tools for obtaining hashes of the investigated operating systems. Subsequently practical attacks were conducted against obtained hashes by using appropriate tools. Furthermore there are presented results of the attacks. In the conclusion of the work there is a comparison of tools and methods which were used to obtain plaintext passwords from operating systems.

Ukládání důvěrných informací pro Windows Mobile / Confidential Information Storage for Windows Mobile System

Štorek, Vojtěch January 2010 (has links)
Confidential information such as passwords, cryptographic keys, certificates, etc. are used every day on various places. Mobile phone can be a good storage for such informations, but is necessary to ensure data security. Main goal of this project is to create a program for Windows Mobile phones which will keep all the informations in one place protected by password. Designed program lets user to store passwords, cryptographic keys, various files, important contacts, credit card numbers, etc. Some of the stored informations can be downloaded from remote server via FTP protocol or from smart card. It is also possible that two clients will synchronize their informations via Network and other usefull functions.

Staří lidé jako voliči a jejich postoj k heslům o sociálních jistotách / Elderly people as voters and their attitude to the slogans about social security

Jamrichová, Hana January 2011 (has links)
The thesis deals with elderly people as voters and their attitudes towards slogans about social security. It examines electoral behaviour and preferences of elderly people and the influence od age on their voting decisions. Part of the thesis is devoted to the slogans od political parties, which are an important part of the campaigns and provides an comparison of election programes of parties in context of social security. The aim of the empirical work was to ascertain the views and attitudes of elderly people to particular slogans about social securities used in election campaign to the Chamber of Deputies in 2010.

K problémům členění na významy v překladovém slovníku / On Sense Division in a Bilingual Dictionary

Hagenhoferová, Lucie January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with the dividing the dictionary entry into several "sub-meanings", i.e. with the sense division, and with the closely related ordering of these "sub-meanings", i.e. with the sense ordering, with the bilingual passive German-Czech dictionary in the centre of interest. This thesis deals shortly also with the discriminating the senses by different means, i.e. with the sense discrimination. With these three subjects chronologically following the lexicographic decisions the matter of equivalence and the understanding of the term of meaning are correlated. In the theoretical part of this thesis the specifics of the sense division and the sense ordering in the monolingual and in the bilingual lexicography are introduced, in the practical part of this thesis the possibilities of the sense division and the sense ordering are exemplified with ten chosen substantive lemmas prepared for the Large German-Czech Academic Dictionary in progress. For every lemma the most suitable arrangement of the lemma is suggested, which is then compared with the corresponding dictionary entry in the source dictionary Duden - Deutsches Universalwörterbuch. The differences between the arrangements of the microstructure illustrate the necessity of the revision and eventual modification of the adopted structure...

Využití moderních separačních a spektrometrických metod k identifikaci lipidomu z biologického vzorku / Modern separation and spectrometric techniques for biological sample lipidom investigation

Havelková, Eva January 2013 (has links)
Modern separation and spectrometric techniques for biological sample lipidom investigation Due recent progress in field of mass spectrometry the lipidomics, part of metabolomics, is increasing its importance for broad fields of biological study. The aim of this study is to test the lipid extraction techniques and to optimize the preseparation and separation of lipids suitable for mass spectrometry detection. The fragmentation patterns of four, the most abundant lipid classes of glycerolipids (PC, PE, TG, DG), were acquired for the proposed system. These patterns were compared with literature. The most appropriate method for extraction was declared technique according Folch based on methanol and chloroform solution. The preseparation due SPE method is very useful tool for lipid determination. The optimized were focused to reach higher recovery especially in polar lipid fraction. Proposed HPLC system is based on methanol with ammonium buffer, water and isopropanol. The testing was done on three columns with different type of sorbents (Gemini, Syncronis and Kinetex). The separation was evaluated according mass spectrometer response, shape and wide of particular analytes peaks. Composition contains 20% of water was determinate as the best and also the best separation was achieved by Kinetex column. The proposed...
