Dějiny teologické fakulty v Praze: Od založení do roku 1419 / History of the Theological Faculty in Prague: From its foundation until 1419

Šenk, Martin January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis focuses on the history of the faculty of theology in Prague from its foundation in 1347 until the outbreak of the Hussite revolution. This thesis first maps the assumptions of the establishment of general teaching in Prague and the founding act of Pope Clement VI. and Emperor Charles IV. Subsequently, the beginnings of teaching at the faculty of theology and its institutional development until 1419 are described. Special attention is paid to the issue of the papal establishment of the faculty, the organization of studies and the role of the Archbishop of Prague as the university chancellor. The internal difficulties of the faculty and the placement of the faculty of theology in the context of the history of Charles University are not neglected either. Methodologically, the work is based on a comparison of literature, and analysis of sources.

Reformace. Podmínky vzniku a společné znaky jejich růstu. / Reformation. Conditions of its rise and common features of reformations' growth.

Kašlík, Daniel January 2015 (has links)
The thesis traces the beginnings of these reformation movements: Waldensians, Hussites, Unity of Brethren, Lutherans and Anabaptists. It also deals with the situation in Roman Catholic church since all the movements spring out of it. Furthermore the author is answering the question whether these movements have a common denominator, that links them together. If the answer is yes the author also covers what preconditions are necessary for the reformation to occur. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Vlivní a vzpurní páni z Hradce v době husitské / The Lords of Hradec in the Hussite Times

Schejbalová, Dominika January 2021 (has links)
In my diploma thesis I deal with the family of the lords of Hradec, who in the 15th century strongly opposed George of Poděbrady and at the same time worked in important diplomatic circles, mostly alongside the rulers of the Czech kingdom. The main point of my work is Menhart II. from Hradec, an important diplomat and nobleman who was an important figure in the Hussite era. I also focus on Oldřich V. of Hradec, who fought in the affairs of his father and Henry IV. from Hradec, appearing in a unity armed against George of Poděbrady. The work is supplemented by the Strakonice and Zelenohorský units, which arose during individual disputes.
