Its purpose is to introduce company PLCs, familirize user with configuring variable speed drives and servo drives and prezenting Machine Advisor and EcoStruxure Augmented Operator Advisor online servives The begining is dedicated to introduction to company and a range of its products in the field of industrial automation. In second chapter, I select components for building training station. Third chapter is dedicated to assembly of station. In fourth chaper I describe programing of individual elements and example.

Los altos tiempos productivos de los procesos ha llevado a que los costos de producción dentro de una empresa se incrementen. Debido a ello, muchos autores propusieron el uso de distintas herramientas que puedan solucionar este problema. Este trabajo de investigación propone el uso de las herramientas de mantenimiento autónomo, 5´s, distribución de planta y la automatización para mejorar el proceso de llenado de una empresa de agua embotellada. El objetivo de esta investigación es reducir los tiempos del proceso de llenado mediante la reducción de los tiempos improductivos y el ordenamiento del puesto del trabajador. Se han aplicado varios métodos para encontrar y seleccionar las mejores herramientas que puedan solucionar las causas que ocasionan este problema. De esta manera, se logró diseñar una solución que abarque todas las causas que ocasionan este problema. Al finalizar la implementación en el programa Arena, se pudo aumentar el OEE en un 54.21%, reducir el índice de productos entregados fuera de tiempo en un 37.54% y aumentar la eficiencia de la máquina en un 19.16%. / The high productive times of the processes have led to the production costs within a company to increase. Due to this, many authors proposed the use of different tools that can solve this problem. This research work proposes the use of autonomous maintenance tools, 5's, plant distribution and automation to improve the filling process of a bottled water company. The objective of this research is to reduce the times of the filling process by reducing unproductive times and organizing the worker's position. Various methods have been applied to find and select the best tools that can fix the root causes of this problem. In this way, it was possible to design a solution that covers all the causes that cause this problem. Upon completion of the implementation in the Arena program, it was possible to increase OEE by 54.21%, reduce the rate of products delivered out of time by 37.54% and increase the efficiency of the machine by 19.16%. / Trabajo de investigación

2.5D Feature Based Correspondence Matching for Part LocalizationAsplund, Hugo January 2024 (has links)
In the area of automation, object localization stands as a fundamental functionalitywith widespread applicability. This master’s thesis focuses on a specificapplication involving robot object picking. Given recent advancements in depthcamera technology, there is a high interest in exploring the synergistic integrationof both 2D and 3D data to address challenges such as missing data, occlusion,varying viewing angles, and diverse lighting conditions. This master’s thesis presents the development of two distinct algorithms for arbitraryshaped template matching using 2D image features. Both algorithms leveragefeatures detected by the GoodFeaturesToTrack algorithm and described withScale-invariant feature transform (SIFT) descriptors. While an initial sliding windowmatcher was developed, it was ultimately discarded due to extensive timerequirements. Instead, a correspondence matcher was created, offering two variations:one exclusively employing 2D image data for matching and another utilizing3D coordinates to enhance matching accuracy. The correspondence matchingalgorithms showed similar strengths and weaknesses. They demonstrated proficiencyin handling scenarios characterized by occlusion, minor tilt, and varyingscaling. Both variations struggled with objects 90-degrees rotated and could inmany cases not find them. The findings suggest that the developed feature-based correspondence matchingalgorithm holds promise for object localization in industrial picking applications,although with limitations concerning objects with substantial rotationdifferences. Addressing the challenge of large rotations is recommended for enhancingthe algorithm’s robustness, followed by comprehensive testing to ascertainits efficacy in diverse scenarios.iii

Tato disertační práce se zabývá využitím programovatelných hradlových polí (FPGA) v diagnostice měničů, využívajících spínaných IGBT tranzistorů. Je zaměřena na budiče těchto výkonových tranzistorů a jejich struktury. Přechodné jevy veličin, jako jsou IG, VGE, VCE během procesu přepínání (zapnutí, vypnutí), mohou poukazovat na degradaci IGBT. Pro měření a monitorování těchto veličin byla navržena nová architektura budiče IGBT. Rychlé měření a monitorování během přepínacího děje vyžaduje vysokou vzorkovací frekvenci. Proto jsou navrhovány paralelní vysokorychlostní AD převodníky (> 50 MSPS). Práce je zaměřena převážně na návrh zařízení s FPGA včetně hardware a software. Byla navržena nová deska plošných spojů s FPGA, která plní požadované funkce, jako je řízení IGBT pomocí vícenásobných paralelních koncových stupňů, monitorování a diagnostiku, a propojení s řídicí jednotkou měniče.
