Utilizamos como procedimentos metodológicos: pesquisas bibliográfica, documental e de campo; entrevistas junto a Perdigão e empresas, indústrias, instituições financeiras e de ensino, e produtores integrados. A Perdigão, a partir da década de 1990, expandiu o seu território de atuação para fora da região Sul, instalando uma nova unidade no Sudoeste de Goiás (Rio Verde). A agroindústria foi atraída, sobretudo, pelos incentivos fiscais e financeiros oferecidos pelos governos federal, estadual e municipal, e pelas vantagens do território (produção de grãos, vantagens ambientais para uso de dejetos, etc). A implantação do complexo da Perdigão desencadeou impactos sociais (fortalecimento da cultura do trabalho industrial, surgimento de associações de produtores, etc), e transformações/efeitos no espaço urbano de Rio Verde e no espaço agrário regional (novos bairros, novas indústrias, incremento do comércio e dos serviços locais, geração de milhares de postos de trabalho, aumento do rebanho de aves e suínos, um novo sistema de integração, consolidação do CAI de carnes, etc). A instalação da Perdigão trouxe uma nova "onda" de agroindustrialização, através da consolidação do CAI de carnes, transformando as realidades espaciais local e regional. / Abstract: This academic work is based on research with the central objective to understand the process and the sociospatial transformations/impacts derived from the implantation of the agro-industrial complex of Perdigão S/A, in Rio Verde district (South-West of Goiás-Brazil). We have used as methodological proceedures: bibliographical and documental researches, field investigation; interview of Perdigão and other companies, industries, financial and educational institutions, and integrated producers. Perdigão, since the decade of 1990, has expanded its business activity to outside South region, installing one new unity in South-West of Goiás (Rio Verde). Agro-industry was attracted by fiscal and financial incentives given by the federal, state and city governments, and by territory advantages (grain prodution, environmental advantages of the use of excrements, etc). The establishment of the Perdigão complex enabled social impacts (the solidification of the industrial work culture, the creation of producers' associations, etc) and effects in Rio Verde's urban area and in the regional countryside (new neighborhoods, new industries, local business and services improvement, opening of many job positions, increase of chicken and pig herds, one new integration system, consolidation of meat agribusiness, etc). Perdigão's installation brought a new agro-industrial "fad" through consolidation of the meat agribusiness, changing the local and regional spatial reality. / Doutor

O componente central que deve ser destacado na leitura dos acontecimentos é o papel decisivo das forças públicas na consolidação do processo. A participação dos governos estaduais não só se apresentou necessária como determinou os rumos da mudança, sobretudo ao proporcionar densidade técnica ao território e incentivar a mobilidade dos capitais através de normas e programas políticos. Este trabalho procura apresentar algumas reflexões acerca do tema, seguindo os caminhos da reestruturação espacial como instrumento da acumulação capitalista pela via da indústria. Busca enfatizar as dimensões econômicas e políticas da sociedade como instâncias territoriais, dentro de um contexto que priorize o caráter relacional entre as particularidades do território e o movimento do mundo. Optamos por discutir aspectos diretamente relacionados à natureza da transformação espacial engendrada pela industrialização, tais como os novos fluxos e recortes evidenciados no território, as formas espaciais específicas da indústria subvencionada, a organização dos circuitos espaciais da produção das empresas mais importantes que se instalaram no estado, o papel dos modelos tradicionais e/ou flexíveis do processo produtivo industrial... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The attempt of assuring a modernization project guided by the purposes of unrestricted market integration and the globalization dynamics was one of the most relevant facts that hit Ceará in the last decades. The central component that must be singularized while analyzing the facts is the crucial role that public power played in consolidating the process. The participation of the state governments was not only necessary but also determined the paths of change, especially by providing technical density to the territory and encouraging capital mobility through laws and political programs. This project seeks to present some reflections about this subject, following the paths of spatial restructuration as an instrument of capital accumulation by the industry. For that, it seeks to emphasize the political and economical dimensions of society as territorial instances, inside a context that gives more importance to the relational characters between the particularities of the territory and the movement of the New World. We chose to discuss aspects that are in direct relation with the nature of spatial transformation engendered by industrialization, such as, the new streams and shapes evident in the territory; the specific spatial figures of the subsidized industry; the organization of the production spatial circuits of the most important companies that were installed in the state; the role of traditional and/or flexible models in industrial productive process; and the impacts felt by the laborers from the moment... A formação econômica do município foi fortemente marcada pelas culturas de exportação, do início do século XX, sendo os principais motores do início da industrialização bauruense. A expansão da cafeicultura e do algodão foi fortemente influenciada pela demanda internacional. O estudo constatou que a cidade de Bauru, como média cidade, possui infraestrutura suficiente para polarizar uma grande região no oeste paulista. Sendo o setor econômico mais representativo o comércio. A industrialização da cidade não esteve, diretamente, vinculada ao desenvolvimento da região metropolitana de São Paulo. Assim, o processo de formação do setor secundário teve elementos locacionais como fatores mais importantes para o crescimento industrial. A presença da infraestrutura de transportes e a localização, no centro do Estado de São Paulo, foram os fatores mais expressivos apontados pelos entrevistados e captados na pesquisa através dos questionários/formulários. Pela pesquisa, o município apresenta dois compartimentos distintos de ramos industriais. O primeiro compartimento é formado por empresas que são influenciadas pela agropecuária da região. O segundo grupo possui indústrias que não necessitam diretamente da agropecuária regional. / Abstract: The present study aims at showing Bauru's industrial evolution. The economic development of the city was strongly influenced by early twentieth century export culture, which was the engine of its industrialization. The expansion of coffee and cotton crops was profoundly guided by international demand. It was perceived within the study that the city of Bauru, as a medium size city, has got enough infrastructure to polarize a great share of the west area within São Paulo State. The city holds commerce as its most representative sector. The industrialization of Bauru wasn't directly linked to the development of São Paulo city metropolitan area. Thus, the improvement of its secondary sector had local elements as important factors for industrial growth. The existing transport foundation at the time and its location in the heart of São Paulo State were the most expressive aspects pointed out by the people who were interviewed and it was also observed during the research through questionnaires and formularies. According to this investigation there are two different divisions in the city's industrial field. The first one being formed by companies which are cattle-breeding influenced and the second being formed by companies which do not directly depend on local cattle-breeding industry maintain itself. / Mestre

A partir da década de 1950 ocorreu a intensificação do processo de industrialização do setor, com a implantação de modernas técnicas de produção, voltadas para o aumento da produtividade. Essas transformações acarretaram um significativo crescimento populacional, destacando-se a migração de mineiros, em grande parte ex-trabalhadores rurais. O parque industrial é marcado pela heterogeneidade, englobando grandes indústrias com mais de mil trabalhadores, até pequenas oficinas de conserto. Estudos recentes buscaram analisar as experiências dos trabalhadores do setor no cotidiano de trabalho e extrafábrica. Abriram novas perspectivas de análise, dentro das quais se insere o presente trabalho. Ao longo do processo de formação e consolidação da indústria calçadista no município as mulheres ocuparam posição de destaque, compondo cerca de 40% da força de trabalho empregada nesse setor produtivo. Contudo, verificou-se que a história da classe operária do município havia sido escrita sobretudo no masculino, desconsiderando-se as experiências das trabalhadoras do calçado. Assim, tivemos como principais objetivos analisar o processo de formação das mulheres enquanto operárias, as relações de trabalho e as expressões de ação política de um conjunto de sapateiras que fizeram parte do processo de industrialização entre as décadas de 1950 e 1980. Trabalhou-se com um corpus documental composto por fontes orais, documentos sindicais e outras fontes impressas. Foi possível constatar que as trabalhadoras vivenciaram um processo de sociabilização caracterizado pela divisão sexual do trabalho e subordinação aos homens desde os anos iniciais de suas vidas, características persistentes...(Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The city of Franca - Brazil has in the shoemaker industry its main economic activity, being one of the biggest producing centers of footwear of the country. From the decade of 1950 the intensification of the process of industrialization of the sector occurred with the modern implantation production techniques, guided toward the increase of the productivity. These transformations had caused a significant population growth, putting in relief the migration of "mineiros", mostly agricultural former-workers. The industrial park is marked by the heterogeneity, agglomerating great industries with more than a thousand workers, even small repair shops. Recent studies had searched to analyse the experiences of the workers of the sector in the daily of work and the extra-factory. They had opened new perspectives of analysis, inside of which it inserts the present work. Along of the process of formation and the consolidation of the shoemaker industry in the city the women had occupied distinction position, composing about 40% of the force of work used in this productive sector. However, it occurs that the history of the working class of the city had been written principally in the masculine, it ignoring the experiences of the workers-women of the footwear. Thus, we had as main objectives to analyse the process of formation of the women being workers, the relations of work and the expressions of politic actions of a set of women-shoemaker that had been party of the proceeding of industrialization between the decades of 1950 and 1980. We worked with a corpus documental composed for verbal sources, trade union documents and other sources printed.
