Odvodňovací zařízení v krajině – návrh odvodnění pozemku okrasné školky / Drainage facilities in the country - the draft land drainage ornamental numery

Kohoutek, Michal January 2015 (has links)
My work deals with the design of land drainage of ornamental nursery, located in a small village in the district of Kolín - Malotice near the town Zásmuky. This study contains four drainage design options that are based on the evaluation of geodetic data, infiltration test pits data (method of filled test pit, single test pit method), hydro-technical calculations of detailed drainage system, functional objects on the drainage network, the financial evaluation of individual proposals and overall evaluation by means of a SWOT analysis.

Hydrologické extrémy z pohledu veřejné správy a veřejnosti v České republice / Hydrological extremes from the viewpoint of public administration and the public in the Czech Republic

Hyrčová, Lucie January 2016 (has links)
The Diploma thesis deals with the topic of hydrological extremes from a public administration and a general public point of view. The literary researches defines present manners of economy process with rainwater in urbanised and open landscape. This part focuses on extreme phenomena and their characteristics in case of floods and droughts in Czech Republic. The thesis also mentions causes of unsustainability of current methods of drainage and talks about the legislation that regulates management of rainwater. It also provides description of multiple variants of regulatory water management measures aimed at rainwater retention and infiltration in urbanized areas. The practical part is focused on the survey (using a questionnaire) of perception of rainwater management and extreme hydrological phenomena by public administration and the general public in the Czech Republic.

Hodnocení kořenového systému a infiltrační schopnosti půdy u vybraných druhů trav

Dostál, Jiří January 2019 (has links)
Lolium, Festuca species, and xFestulolium interspecies hybrids are widely used in agriculture, these species are considered the optimal grass species for intensive forage production. Lolium species are susceptible to abiotic stress, which has an increasing trend with the forthcoming climate change. Therefore, Festulolium interspecies hybrids have been bred, which have suitable parameters (drought resistance, ability of roots to penetrate through the compacted soil layers, better nutrient availability, etc.) to ensure a quality production and performance of other ecosystem services. Root biomass and root architecture are critical for meeting a number of ecosystem functions. In this work, I focused on the evaluation of the root system and the comparison of the soil infiltration capacity in selected Graminacae species. To compare selected parameters, grasses were grown in tubes filled with sand. Lolium multiflorum (cv. DALLARA), Festuca pratensis (cv. HYPERBOLA), Festulolium braunii (cv. HOSTYN), Festulolium krasanii (cv. HYKOR and HIPAST), Festulolium loliaceum (cv. PRIOR) and Trifolium pratense (cv. CALLISTO) species have been tested. The parameters evaluated were following: plant length, number of tillers, maximum rooting depth, total root length, root volume, root surface, root length in single thickness categories, dry matter of above-ground and underground biomass. The highest values were measured in Lolium multiflorum (cv. DALLARA) and in Festulolium braunii (cv. HOSTYN). Another part of the work was the sampling and evaluating roots from the soil on experimental plots in Vatín. In this measurement, Festuca rubra (cv. GONDOLIN) and Festulolium krasanii (cv. HYKOR) were selected. There were not found statistically significant differences in the total root length, root surface and root volume parameters. Festulolium (cv. HYKOR) had significantly stronger roots in the comparison to Festuca rubra. The last part of the research was the comparison of the soil infiltration capacity in these species: Festuca rubra (cv. GONDOLIN) and Festulolium (cv. HOSTYN, PRIOR and HYKOR). The highest infiltration capacity was measured on the Festulolium loliaceum (cv. PRIOR) plot.

Hydrogeologie Skorkovského a Sojovického jímacího řadu na základě nových údajů z vrtů / Hydrogeology of Skorkov and Sojovice waterworks based on data from new water wells

Rybářová, Magdalena January 2015 (has links)
The Riverbank Filtration (RBF) water supply system Karany has been affected by increasing NO3- concentrations during recent decades. This thesis deals with flow and chemical composition of groundwater in Skorkov and Sojovice RBF systems, which are the most problematic ones according to their quality in long term. Twelve new groundwater wells (V1- V12) were drilled in study area in 2013. Data derived from the wells were used to improve the conceptual hdrogeological model of the area and I tried to specify information about the origin of nitrate pollution. The Groundwater level logging showed hydraulic connection between the river and the wells situated up to 130 m faraway from the river (V1, V2 andV10), which were also demonstrated by the short- term temperature fluctuations caused by fast penetration of surface water from The Jizera River during higher flow rate to wells. I compiled geological sections which show the geometry of The Quaternary fluvial deposits and groundwater level. The chemical analysis of groundwater showed that it is not possible to differentiate groundwater from the shallow part of The Cretaceous aquifer from the aquifer of fluvial deposits by major chemical components. The result of infiltration experiments showed higher permeability in the environment with grass cover (kv=...

Význam půdní krusty pro erozi výsypkových ploch / Soil crust and its role in erosion of post mining sites

Fiedlerová, Jana January 2012 (has links)
9 2 Abstract The object of the study was the soil crust, found on spoil tips after coal mining near Sokolov. Certain type of crusts were compared; non-biological, physico-chemical origin and biological crusts that are made up of algae, mosses and lichens. Individual samples of the crusts underwent the laboratory analysis - Water Drop Penetration Time, Sequencing Electron Microscopy, water infiltration, and field studies, where the measurements were taken by using the erosion pins, the surface of the crusts was evaluated and photographed stereoscopically. The results indicate that the the physical-chemical type of crusts show significantly greater erosion, while the biological crusts are less susceptible to erosion, this phenomenon is probably related to the mechanical firming of the surface. Keywords: Soil crust, Mining soil, Mining, Infiltration, Erosion

Sledování retenční schopnosti půdy po aplikaci kompostů

Hanáková, Lenka January 2016 (has links)
Thesis process water infiltration in the soil at different doses supplied compost at two sites with different soil properties. It was also a variant with one hundred tons per hectare and fifty tons per hectare monitored penetrometric soil resistance. The obtained results suggest a favorable correlation between higher doses supplied compost and reducing penetrometric resistance. Like correlations suggest a beneficial effect of incorporation of higher doses of compost on the value of infiltration.

Detekce vsakování vody do zemin injektovaných jíly metodou EIS / Detection of water infiltration into soils injected by clays using EIS method

Marek, Ondřej January 2020 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the study of water infiltration into soil samples with various types of clay. The soil matrix was represented by homogeneous sand; clay samples were supplied by LB Minerals, Ltd. Soil analysis with injected clays was focused on sealing ability of examined clays for possible use in construction practice for the construction of sealing objects. Electric impedance spectrometry (EIS) measuring system was used to monitor the infiltration process. The measurement was carried out by a measuring apparatus made by the solution of the international project E! 7614 of applied research in the EUREKA program within its sustainability.

Provozování dešťových vpustí / Operation of rain gutters

Chotová, Tereza January 2022 (has links)
The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part focuses on rain gutters, their distribution, operation and cleaning. The pollution, pre-treatment of rainwater and rainwater management are alco described here. The second practical part includes testing of selected street rain gutters in the institute of municipal water management laboratories (VHO). Furthermore, these rain gutters are compared and evaluated according to these criteria: filter construction, amount of captured material and cleaning system.
