Vliv huminových kyselin na mobilitu iontových sloučenin / Effect of humic acids on mobility of ionic compounds

Herzog, Milan January 2014 (has links)
The content of this diploma thesis is study of interactions between humic acids and model probes (such as organic dyes and ions of heavy metals) by the simple diffusion experiments in diffusion cell. The main aim was to desctibe the influence of charge of different diffusion sonds (solved substances) on interactions with humic acids imobilized in model gel phase. As a appropriete model probe was chosen copper ions (as a representation of heavy metals) and organic dyes (methylene blue, rhodamine, fluorescein and chicago blue). Experimental results could be used to improve knowledge based on natural barier properties of humic acids and to inovate simple diffusion laboratory techniques for characterization of reaktivity of biopolymers in general.

Videotrénink interakcí a možnost jeho využití v programech primární prevence / Video Interaction Guidance and possibilities of its use at primary prevention programms

Jelínková, Hana January 2012 (has links)
Video Interaction Guidance (VIG) or Video Home Training (VHT) was introduced to the Czech Republic in 1993. SPIN is a provider of education, training and supervision, a non- governmental organization dedicated to VIG/VHT in Czech Republic. The method was conceived in the Netherlands in the 80's, the country from where it is still spread to the whole world, especially to Europe. The method's theory is broadly based on developmental psychology theories, ethnology, learning theories and theories of communication. Initially, the VHT was used as an intervention method focused on families with children, later it entered the fields of education and other professional help and was known as VIG. This Diploma Thesis brings essential information about the VHT/VIG Method, its theoretical basis and applications. The thesis also deals with the programmes of primary prevention in the Czech Republic and Europe. The theoretical part concludes with a description of field where VHT/VIG can be used in primary prevention programmes. In the qualitative study, we describe case studies of seven lecturers of primary prevention who undertook the method VHT/VIG. The data were acquired in the process of observation (participative observation and video-analysis), via semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. We attempted...

Didaktika komunikační přípravy studentů všeobecného lékařství / Didactics of communication training of students of general medicine

Tomová, Šárka January 2016 (has links)
The Abstract The goal of this dissertation was to find out the quality of a communication training of the doctors in the undergraduate education. The sectional goals were focused on the analysis of a present state of communication training of the medical students, but also on determining the effect of communication training on development of communication skills of active listening and sharing the information. The last set goal was to create an ask-sheet of specific chosen skills as a beneficial element in a communication training of the doctors. For reaching the chosen goals, we have used several phases of a research. In the first phase, we gave to our respondents non-standardized ask-sheet, which was made to determine the level of their personal communication index. In the second phase of our research, we observed several chosen communication skills of the students. We took a video during every single simulated situations of the students' communication, which we used as a feed-back for the analysis of each performance. The first and second research phase took place between 2010 and 2015. The research team for the first phase was composed by the freshmen of Master study program of General Medicine in a present form at 2nd Medical Faculty of Charles University (2. LF UK) in years 2010 - 2015. I have...

Videotrénink interakcí a možnosti jeho využití v rodinách s dětmi se sluchovým postižením / Video Home Training and Its Possibilities in System of Families with Hearing Impaired Children

Holyanska, Marie January 2021 (has links)
The aim of the master's thesis is in-depth exploration of possibilities of using the Video Home Training method within a family setting and with motivation to support the development of communication between the child with hearing impairment and his hearing parent. The first part of the thesis creates a background for this research, psychological aspects of the care for a deaf child are being described, along with the demands for mutual conversation, which is more difficult and also absolutely crucial for future healthy development of the child. Foreign researches suggest that the VHT method for children with a hearing impairment and their parents can very effectively strengthen the development of communication, to which a research project follows up. Its goal is to apply VHT method within the described type of family. For the research, a case study design was used, and by using a VHT, a semi-structured interviews and self reporting scales, possibilities and limits of VHT method used in the family were evaluated. This evaluation proved to be very positive and at the same time it is in a consonance with findings of foreign studies. Submitted case study and its research findings contribute to the broadening of application areas in which VHT method can be used, and at the same time these findings and...

Modelování prostorových interakcí na příkladu krajských měst / Modeling spatial interactions on the example of the regional cities

Zelenka, Jaroslav January 2010 (has links)
Management and planning of transportation is becoming more important in terms of continuously growing intensity of spatial interactions, which are still mostly realized through transport networks. That's why we can deal with this specific problem of transportation geography using for example spatial interactions modeling. The general aim of the thesis is modeling of spatial interactions and their subsequent comparison with real flows by using calibration in order to predicate the future value of flows taking the planned changes in the transport network in consideration. The main tool used to achieve the goal of the thesis is the gravity model which was applied on the example of regional capitals in the Czech Republic. Based on accomplishments we may say, that centers with lower significance of monitored relations are characterized by further location towards most centers, small number of inhabitants, low intensity of model interactions and lower values of transport intensities with neighboring centers. With the center growth itself, its range of interactions with other centers grows as well. Key Words: spatial interactions modeling, gravity model, model interaction, transport intensity, regional capitals
