Andersson, Maria, Göthe, Josefin January 2014 (has links)
This essay is based on a qualitative study, and is first and foremost about cooperation. The purpose of the study was to examine the cooperation which takes place within Barnahus, in the county of Gävleborg. This study was conducted in order to understand how the cooperation manifests itself. The empiric data was collected by ways of qualitative half-structured interviews with seven active personnel in Barnahus. The results show that cooperation does exist and manifests itself in different levels depending on profession and suboperation. The essay’s conclusions showed that cooperation is a complex phenomenon, but there is an ongoing development process within the function. Some problematic areas from earlier research remain, and should be developed. A positive attitude towards intercommunion/cooperation has permeated the interviewees’ statements.
