This thesis deals with the topic of new trends in internet marketing. The theoretical part describes the current developments in the areas of Internet marketing display advertising, contextual advertising, SEO, social networks, mobile marketing, discount portals, price graders and describes their benefits to the overall concept of marketing. In the practical part is then discussed in detail testing of Garnier lotion, which was carried out via the Internet. In the practical part of it is used for various points of theoretical knowledge about the behavior of Internet users and is also based on the results analyzed. The practical part will demonstrate the benefits of the Internet for product testing and indicates the direction in which he could take on Internet Marketing.

The master thesis focuses on chosen small enterprise and based on situation analysis suggests the innovation of its e-shop. The general method how to step-by-step innovate or choose an e-shop for small enterprise is illustrated in this real-enterprise-based case. Methods used in the thesis are Website Usability Testing, SUPR-Q and Reaction Cards Method. The outcome of these methods acts like a baseline on how to design the changes needed for innovation of the e-shop. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on findings of other authors who worked on similar topic. Practical part of thesis focuses on situation analysis of the chosen enterprise, Website Usability Testing and suggestion of the solution. It also consists of general recommendations for other small enterprises and summarization of all the findings of the thesis.

This diploma thesis concerns the analyses and design of the internet shop for GastronomikKV s.r.o. The internet trading is currently a high priority for the firms, and so applies to the firms in the area of the gastronomic appliances and services. The first part of the thesis deals with a theoretical background of the internet shops. The theory is followed by the analyses of the customers' requirements for the future internet shop of the firm and analyses of its competitors. Before the actual design part of the thesis, the proposed design is analyzed by WebML methodology. The main part of the thesis, the one regarding the design of the internet shop, is primarily focused on the use of internet marketing tools and implementation of the proper search-engine optimization, but also outlines the principles of usability and accessibility of websites. In conclusion, the thesis evaluates the design in terms of how it shall contribute to the increase the competitiveness of GastronomikKV s.r.o.

Legal aspects of the online marketing The ever-growing role and importance of the Internet in today's society encourages the quick development of a relatively young and dynamic field - online marketing. Since the central goal of the online marketing is to maximize the profits of the given entity, commercial interest may easily get into the conflict with the interests of others. However, endangered entities are not only competing entities, but very often the customers themselves, addressing of which is much easier and cheaper in the Internet than in the "real world." In addition, in recent years the importance of the issue of the Internet users' privacy has been growing. Legal responses mainly consist in the public regulation, the compliance of which is supervised by the executor of the public administration appointed to do this by the legislator. However, also private regulation is worth mentioning, which is usually used primarily by competitors of the infringing entity rather than by consumers themselves. This thesis at first introduces the field of online marketing and its tools and consequently deals with the examination of the legal regulation in more detail, including the impact on practice. Its aim is to analyze internet shopping and see the rights and obligations of consumers and sellers, which are based on current legislation. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with purchase over the internet and its regulations. There are explained the concepts internet, e-business and e-commerce and indicate the types of e-business and is mentioned certification of online stores. The practical part is about the respondents' shopping behavior when buying over the internet. It is examined through a questionnaire survey. At the end of the thesis are mentioned the advantages and disadvantages of internet shopping.
