Jaderná dynamika a interakce myozinu 1c / Nuclear dynamics and interactions of myosin 1c

Dzijak, Rastislav January 2012 (has links)
1. ABSTRACT Myosins are proteins that convert chemical energy stored in ATP into mechanical force that is applied on an actin filament. Nuclear myosin 1 (NM1) was the first myosin detected in the cell nucleus. Together with nuclear actin they were shown to play important roles in DNA transcription and chromatin remodeling. However, the molecular details of the NM1 functions are largely unknown. To expand our knowledge about this molecular motor we studied tissue expression, mechanism of nuclear localization and molecular interactions of this myosin motor. In the first part we examined the expression pattern of NM1 in various mouse tissues. We demonstrated that NM1 is present in cell nuclei of all mouse tissues examined except for cells in terminal stages of spermatogenesis. Quantitative PCR and western blots demonstrated that the expression of NM1 in tissues varies, with the highest levels in the lungs. NM1 is a nuclear isoform of earlier identified myosin 1c (Myo1c), which was described initially as a cytosolic, and plasma membrane associated protein. The only known difference between these two proteins was the presence of additional 16 amino acids at the N-terminus of NM1. Next we focused on the influence of NM1 domains, including the N-terminus, on the subcellular localization of this protein. We found...

Depozice a charakterizace GaN nanostruktur s kovovým jádrem / Deposition and characterization of GaN nanocrystals with a metal core

Čalkovský, Vojtěch January 2018 (has links)

ÚS 21/2014 / The doctrine of substantial core of the constitution of the Slovak Republic in the light of rulling Pl. ÚS 21/2014 issued by the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic

Jambor, Dominik January 2021 (has links)
The Doctrine of Substantial Core of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic in the Light of Rulling Pl. ÚS 21/2014 Issued by the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic Abstract Presented paper is concerned with the question of substantive core of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic. The aim of the paper is to analyze the theory of substantive core of constitution in terms of doctrinal debate and of rulling PL. US 21/2014 issued by the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic. The author considers it as a crucial subject that is even more current in the light of the abovementioned rulling of Constitutional Court, which may be deemed as groundbreaking. Author of presented paper has focused on several questionable aspects of substantive core theory, analyzing its theoretical and practical development. The paper analyzes especially questions of justification of the existence of constitutional substantive core, its content and its protection, mainly provided by the Constitutional Court. Anylisis of the abovementioned rulling of the Constitutional Court and critical examination of some of its objectionable considerations may be considered as the crucial part of the presented paper. The paper includes comparative analysis of similar theories in constitutional systems of India, Colombia and United...

Emulátor přenosové sítě / Transmission network emulator

Urbanovský, Jozef January 2020 (has links)

Syntéza SiO2/Au core/shell nanočástic pro zesílení OCT signálu / Synthesis of SiO2/Au core/shell nanoparticles for enhancement of OCT signal

Kantorová, Martina January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this master thesis is synthesis of SiO2/Au core/shell nanoparticles. These nanoparticles should improve the signal of optical coherence tomography (OCT). The procedure of nanoparticle synthesis is described in the work. Synthetized nanoparticles were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Ultraviolet-Visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS), Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Dynamic light scattering (DLS). Then, the synthetized nanoparticles were tested for enhancement of OCT signal. For this testing were also used commercial nanoparticles with the same structure and similar size.

Mechanismus pro upgrade BIOSu v Linuxu / Generic BIOS Update Mechanism for Linux

Mariščák, Igor January 2008 (has links)
This work provides overview of creating of a simple driver for the BIOS flash memory by accessing the physical computer memory. Although, the BIOS is one of a system's core components, there is no standardized update mechanism approach. Purpose of thesis is to create module driver by taking advantage of existing interface subsystem MTD, to suggest and implement driver for one specific device to Linux kernel operating system. Also explains technique allowing write access to registers of the flash memory with utilization of configuration file.
