Změny dřevinného patra v NPR Mionší

Palán, Rostislav January 2014 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with changes of wood floors in the NPR Mionší on 2.54 hectares large area of research. In 1957 was the first mensurational investigation which included focus of all trees coarser than 7 cm determine their thickness and height. Another measurement was carried out in 2004 when Ing. Tomáš Duda builds on the work of 1957. This diploma thesis builds on these two measurements and evaluate the changes of wood floors. For more than 60 years the number of live trees over an area of 568 to 1354 individuals. Beech is the dominant tree species in the plot and increasing its representation. Fir fell on a number of individuals from 225 to 35. The wood supply is 1539 m3 which compared to 2004 decreased slightly. The proportion of dead wood on the surface compared to 2004 decreased from 538.89 m3 to 473.71 m3. Regeneration area occupies 52 % in 2004 it was 80 % and the first measurement was found to be 25 % of the total area.

Diverzita drobných zemní savců v NPR Voděradské bučiny / Diversity of small terrestrial mammals in the National Nature Reserve Voděradské bučiny

Šímová, Drahomíra January 2017 (has links)
This thesis describes and evaluates the biodiversity of small terrestrial mammals in the forest complex National Nature Reserve Voděrady beech woods (hereafter the reserve) and continues in the bachelor´s thesis from 2013. The goal of the research was to find and compare the diversity of small terrestrial mammals inside the reserve and outside the reserve and to evaluate its microhabitat. During the vegetative season 2013 and 2014, a total of five field catches of these animals were realized. Individuals were captured by the standard method of capture recapture methods (CMR) in to the live traps. The traps were spread by a quadrate method in three pair plots inside the reserve and outside the reserve. The localities had the same terrain conditions, but different tree species composition. During the research of small terrestrial mammals, the gender, age and weight of each individual was determined and the vegetation of particular localities were recorded by using the phytosocilogical relevés. Total 85 individuals of two species of small terrestrial mammals were captured in the studied area. The most abundant species was the yellow-necked mouse (Apodemus flavicollis) and the bank vole (Myodes glareolus) occurred sporadically in all plots. The results obtained numbers of small terrestrial mammals were evaluated by Mann Whitney U Test in the mathematical software Statistic 13.2. The analysis of the microhabitat was accomplished by using PCA analysis (Principal components analysis) in program Canoco 5. By comparing two types of individuals of small terrestrial mammals in localities in the reservation and outside the reservation in years 2013 and 2014 by Mann Whitney was found out that the number of the first captured individuals and the number of individuals differentiated from the gender and the age did not differ in localities in the reservation and outside the reservation. Based on the analysis of PCA results was found that in the localities inside the reserve (beech forest regeneration and beech forest without regeneration) occurred mostly adult males in the microhabitats with the occurrence of the Fagus sylvaticus, Larix decidua and Luzula luzuloides seedlings and in the localities outside the reserve (spruce forest regeneration and spruce forest without regeneration) was found out more juvenile females in the microhabitats with the occurrence of Oxalis acetosella. The thesis s results could serve as one of the basis of decision document for Administration of the Protected Landscape Area Blaník for decisions regarding realization of possible management in these localities because the research of small terrestrial mammals has not been done yet here.

Genetické algoritmy v evoluční robotice / Genetic algorithms in evolutionary robotics

Mašek, Michal January 2011 (has links)
Through series of experiments this work compares effects of different types of genetic algorithms on evolution of a neural network that is used to control a robot. Genetic algorithms using binary and real coded individuals, algorithms using basic and advanced mutations and crossovers and algorithms using fixed and variable population size are compared on three tasks of evoltionary robotics. The goal is to determine wether usage of advanced genetic algorithms leads to faster convergence or to better solution than usage of basic genetic algorithm. Experiments are performed in an easily extendable simulator developed for purposes of this work.

Početnost nepůvodních druhů vrubozobých ptáků v Evropě / Numbers of non-native waterfowl species in Europe

Hodková, Veronika January 2012 (has links)
The Thesis is treating the spreading of non-native waterfowl species into new ecosystems and factors, which influence that process. The impact of selected eco-geographic characteristics on the species diversity and on the numbers of non-native waterfowl individuals was analyzed on the results of the International Waterbird Census. Further, the influence of those characteristics on the numbers and population trends of selected 11 species of the Anatidae family in 17 European countries was assessed. The highest non-native waterfowl species diversity was recorded in countries of the Atlantic coast, i.e. France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and also Switzerland. The main positive influence on their numbers makes the density of population and species diversity of wintering waterfowl. As to the number of non-native species individuals the main impact is produced by both, species diversity and the given latitude, too. It means that the largest number of individual exist in northern countries - Great Britain, Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands. Similar main influences have been traced with the family Anatidae, too, which have received special attention in the analysis, as it shows the highest number of non- native species. As to the main eco-geographic characteristics, having impact on the growth or...

Historie a současnost výskytu roztroušené sklerózy se zaměřením na kvalitu života jedinců / The History and Present of Incidence of Multiple Sclerosis with the focus on the quality of life of MS sufferers.

RUSŇÁKOVÁ, Magdalena January 2018 (has links)
This thesis deals with the topic of history and current situation of Multiple Sclerosis with the focus on the quality of people with this disease. The following objectives were set for the thesis: firstly to find out how multiple sclerosis influences the quality of life of individuals, secondly to analyse how much information about the organisation of care available to MS patients in the Czech Republic which has influence on quality of their life, and lastly to compare and contrast differences in diagnosing and treatment between the years of 1970 and 2016. To reach the set objectives the method of qualitative research was employed. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews with individuals with multiple sclerosis. The data was then further coded and categorized. As the key discovery of my work I consider the low knowledge of MS patients about the organisation of care for MS patients i.e. MS centres, SMS club, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, spa treatments and other possibilities of improving the quality of their life. Being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis has a negative impact on the quality of life of patients, especially when the symptoms start manifesting, therefore prevention, positive attitude and an effort to maintain or improve their health play the key role. Following the discovered lack of knowledge of MS patients I would recommend to increase the activity in educating people with this disease. An information leaflet which resulted from my findings can be used as a visual aid to improve the situation. The leaflet can be found in appendix number 8.

Vondrášková, Tereza January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the education and communication of students with hearing impairment with a focus on the analysis of the level of understanding of information in sign language for students of special secondary schools for the hearing impaired. The theoretical part presents important concepts in this area, such as the definition of communication and communication options for the hearing impaired, as well as educational opportunities for the hearing impaired from a preschool level to a university and last but not least sign languages, their research in the world and Czech sign language as a native language of people with hearing impairment in the Czech Republic. The empirical part describes the research, which was conducted on 65 probands - high school students of the special school for students with a hearing impairment. The research is focused on the differences in the level of understanding of groups of students according to their identification data and also examined whether comprehension is affected by the complexity of the information transmitted (i.e. whether information at the level of ordinary conversation is better understood than a professional information). The research survey was of a qualitative nature and the main research method was a non-standardized questionnaire...
