The goal of this work is to map and describe the benefits of the acting with the inner partner(DJ) for those, who practice it on long term bases and it also poses the question whether it is possible to utilize acting with inner partner in the corporate training. The works is based on personal experience of author, who practise the acting with inner partner for 9 years and also works as facilitator of corporate trainings. However her experience is only a starting point.

The PLAY is not a game. The PLAY overreaches and connects all aspects of all games if possible. The PLAY as phenomenon is existential issue that accompany mankind from its beginnings. Similar to work, fight, love and death (mortality), the PLAY shows men the condition or the frame of their existence. The PLAY is a principle. In this work, i will try to explore the PLAY and its relationship with acting and my acting studies. Also I will explore my acting studies and possibilities of use of experience I gained in the relationship with the PLAY and altogether the relationship between the PLAY and the world itself.

Práce charakterizuje specifika provázející obchodní jednání s řeckými obchodními partnery a formuluje základních doporučení pro úspěšné jednání českých ekonomických subjektů s řeckými protějšky. Analyzuje vzájemných ekonomické vztahy České republiky a Řecka, perspektivní odvětví spolupráce a příčiny nízké úrovně vzájemné obchodní výměny.

Cílem práce je analyzovat současný vzájemný obchod mezi Českou republikou a Švédským královstvím a popsat kvantitativní a kvalitativní vztahy, které mezi oběma zeměmi panují, a možnosti, které se otevírají českým exportérům. Zároveň také naznačuje postoje Švédů k České republice, které vyplynuly z výsledků výzkumu.

Diplomová práce popisuje vývoj francouzských investic v České republice. Uvádí ekonomickou charakteristiku Francie a analyzuje kulturní, sociální a politické aspekty země. Práce se věnuje česko-francouzským obchodním vztahům. Snaží se zachytit činnost některých organizací, které podporují a napomáhají v rozvoji hospodářské a kulturní spolupráce Francie a České republiky a k přílivu dalších francouzských investic do České republiky. Práce se věnuje zastoupení a působení francouzských společností v naší ekonomice.

In my dissertation, I? concentrate on the relationship between people and space. I? consider this relationship to be the basis of an authentic relation to a present situation, and also the condition to experience it fully in everyday life and most of all during a public performance.My dissertation is in two parts. In the first one, I? show the significance of this relationship across various fields, and introduce the genesis of my personal relationship with space. I? stress the importance of the conscious interaction with space and also the desirability to build one's? own inner space, which is necessary to reach the condition for spaciousness. I? consider this to be an essential part of psychosomatic condition as well as of the condition for public performance, which I? prove - among others - on the necessity of space for the work with breathing and voice.

Práce se v první kapitole zabývá obecnou charakteristikou Islandu. V druhé části je rozebráno podnikatelské prostředí a vztah Islandu k okolnímu světu. Poslední kapitola je věnována obchodnímu jednání, etiketě a zkušenostem českých podniků s islandskými podnikateli.

Preparation of a hearing in the civil procedure Abstract This thesis deals with the preparation of a hearing in the civil procedure defined by its objective - to hear a case in the fastest possible manner hand in hand with provision of a brief and fair decision, in principle, in one hearing. The first chapter of this thesis is dedicated to defining the purpose of the preparation of a hearing in the civil procedure and outlines the possible differences in contentious and non- contentious proceedings. The second chapter summarizes the historical development within our territory from its very beginnings in the Middle Ages to the current legislation. Subsequently, the third chapter delves into the fundamental principles on which the civil procedure is built upon, as well as the preparation of the hearing. The foundation of this thesis is the fourth chapter, which analyses the various process and instruments of the preparation of the hearing in detail. Firstly, attention is focused on examining the proposal for proceedings' initiation, the fulfilment of the proceedings' conditions and the fee obligation. Subject of this thesis is "Preparation of a hearing in the civil procedure". The term preparation of a hearing describes a set of procedures, which the presiding judge makes for better clarification of the judicial file and easier orientation in the specific case. Proper use of these proceedings should help to resolve the case during just a single hearing or in a short term. It leads to reducing the unnecessary costs and keeping the economical principle. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate if the proceedings really help to quicker resolution of the case. Systematically this thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The thesis contains six chapters in overall, four of them belong to the theoretical part and two of them are focused practically. All of the chapters include subchapters, which are divided in sections. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on valid Czech legislation relating to preparation of a hearing. In the practical part there is a comparison of Czech and foreign legislation and application of these legislations into practice. When person decides on life-shortening action he compares value of current and future life with costs and benefits of this action that can be simply divided into four categories, psychological, financial, religious and altruistic. The main issue of the paper is what is the role of altruism in decision making. Decision making model used in this article is based on the model of Becker and Posner, but is modified to include all preventive and risk factors, respectively, costs and revenues. This model is interpreted for types of life-shortenitng actions, which are then compared with each other. From this comparison it follows that the altruism has in decision making rather greater relative weight.
