The following thesis deals with consequences of human activities at rock sites, aiming to address issues related to the popularity of this sport. Using all available analytical data I determined most suitable locations to serve as an alternative to current overcrowded sites. Consequently, for experimental use of architectonical tools, I selected an area near Brno, namely: Veveří, Amálka, Sokolí rocks, rocks at Řikonína, Sochorka, Nedvědice, Vysoká rock at Štěpánov and Bohuňovské rocks. In order to link all those sites I proposed a building of adventurous disposition which wouldn’t rival the rocks themselves but rather emphasize their atmosphere. In the end I picked a bivouac, hung in treetops, to fulfil that role. The character of said building allows for its set ups beyond the selected area as well. Additional buildings are linked to bivouac as well, creating a well functional group. As such, these buildings represent a symbol as they make other, less known and eroded sites more attractive to potential visitors.

The thesis deals with the present forms of childhood and with issues that influence them in positive or negative ways. First, the thesis describes the term childhood, further it analyses factors with the highest influence on its final form. These are the child itself, its development, family and its home environment and of course its upbringing {--} the treatment and education the child receives. The proces of becoming socialized, socialization, is also essential. The factors that have negative influence on our childhood are divorces, violence in a family, syndrome CAN, alcohol and drugs.

For processing the theme of dissertation were prepared two walks and one field trip. 1-he first walk is focused naturally and the second walk is focused geographically. The aim of dissertation is to provide to schoolchildren a contact with a direct surroundings of the school and a place of residence. Chosen activities lead to recognition of \tilevsko and his outskirt.

Diplomová práce se zabývá reformami na holandském a britském trhu práce. Cílem práce je vysledovat v obou zemích společné tendence a z nich vyvodit možná doporučení pro EU. V teoretické části práce se zaměřuji především na flexibilitu pracovního trhu a problematiku nezaměstnanosti. V hlavní části práce popisuji reformy na holandském a britském trhu práce, porovnávám charakteristické rysy obou trhů a dávám je do evropského kontextu.

Imposing punishments on adults Abstract My diploma thesis deals with the issue of imposing punishments on adult persons. This thesis attempts to cover a very broad range of issues related to the topic and to provide readers with a clear and comprehensive overview. For this purpose, this thesis is presented in four main consecutive parts, each divided into several subchapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the history of punishment and the individual historical criminal codes used in the area of the present-day Czech Republic from 1787 to now. The second chapter begins with a definition of punishment. This term is closely associated with the purpose of punishment, which is harder to define due to the lack of a clear definition in currently applicable legislation. This is why this chapter also deals with the theory of punishment and its purpose. The cornerstone of this thesis comprises the explanation of the main principles governing the imposition of punishment that is provided in the third chapter. This part is rather extensive in scope as it explains general principles, determining the type and the scope of punishment, as well as mitigating and aggravating circumstances and the closely related exclusion of double punishment. The paper deals with strategic analysis of municipality Svitávka. The main goal was proposing full plan of strategic development of municipality. The strategic plan was based on the situation analysis of the municipality, SWOT analysis and analysis of the municipality budget. The SWOT analysis was based on questionnaire survey. Based on the results of analyzes was established goals, priorities and measures. Then there was created proposal of the new strategic plan for the period 2020 – 2028. The priorities of municipality development that were chosen are Transport, Technical Infrastructure, Quality of populations services and Tourism, Sport, Culture and Recreation. There was also created the action plan with connection to strategic plan for the period from 2020 to the end of year 2021.

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the consumer's purchase decision-making process at the market of the summer vacations and capture current trends of buying summer vacation in the Czech market. The first two chapters are devoted to basic definitions and approaches, serving to understanding consumer behaviour, description of the marketing mix of tourism and the factors affecting the buying decision of the individual. Next part of the thesis examines different phases of the purchase decision-making process by using secondary data. The fourth chapter briefly describes the tourism market in the Czech Republic, its entities and services overview of tourism. The final part is devoted to the analysis of a questionnaire survey carried out by me and the acquired results. My own research is supported by data from Market -- Media -- Lifestyle (MML). The end of the work is composed of the result summary and conclusion of the investigation and it shows clear process of buying summer vacation on the basis of available data.

Drug Sambuci nigrae flos - Sambuci nigrae flos is obtained from the wild plants. The drug is primarily used to help reduce the symptoms of colds and flu. Elder flower provides antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer and diuretic effects. The main substances are flavonoids and hydroxycinnamic acid. Elderflowers from bred cultivars are not used to obtain drug so far. The aim of this work was to determine antioxidant acitivitiy of extracts of eldeflower cultivars. Cultivars ′Albida′, ′Allesö′, ′Aurea′, ′Bohatka′, ′Dana′, ′Haschberg′, ′Heidegg 13′, ′Juicy′, ′Korsør′, ′Mammut′, ′Pregarten′, ′Riese aus Voßloch′, ′Sambo′, ′Sambu′, ′Samdal′, ′Sampo′, ′Samyl′, ′Tulbing′ and ′Weinhenstephan′ were analyzed. Antioxidant activity was measured spectrophotometrically using DPPH ((2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radical method. Results of antioxidant activity were expressed as IC50 (concentration required for 50% reduction of the DPPH radical). The measured values are in the range 0.0419 - 0.0772 mg/ml. Cultivars 'Heidegg 13', 'Albida', 'Tulbing' showed the highest antioxidant activity, whereas the lowest activity was found in 'Pregarten','Korsør' and 'Allesö' clutivars.

Diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou postavení orgánů statutárního města Mladá Boleslav. Zejména je kladen důraz na zastupitelstvo města a jeho výbory, radu města a její komise, primátora a magistrát. Cílem je zaměřit se na jejich postavení, strukturu, pravomoc a působnost. Dále se snaží zachytit změny u jednotlivých orgánů, ke kterým došlo jak z hlediska demografických tak sociálních charakteristik. Konkrétně jsou porovnávány dvě po sobě jdoucí volební období 1998-2002 a 2002-2006.
