Įvairios ekonominės ir kitokios priežastys lemia didėjančias verslo koncentracijos pasaulines tendencijas. Viena iš priemonių verslui koncentruoti yra bendrovių reorganizavimas jungimo būdu. Reorganizavime dalyvaujančių arba reorganizuotų bendrovių turtas, teisės ir pareigos pereina po reorganizavimo veiklą tęsiančiai bendrovei, o kitos bendrovės automatiškai pasibaigia be likvidavimo. Bendrovių reorganizavimas yra sudėtinga ir ilgai trunkanti procedūra, susijusi su akcininkų, kreditorių, darbuotojų bei kitų asmenų interesais. Europos Sąjungoje pirmiausia buvo harmonizuoti valstybių narių nacionaliniai teisės aktai, reglamentuojantys vietinius bendrovių jungimus reorganizavimo būdu. Vėliau, išsprendus nacionalinių teisės skirtumų sąlygotas problemas, buvo priimti svarbūs teisės aktai, atveriantys kelią peržengiančių vienos valstybės ribas bendrovių jungimųsi galimybėms. Siekiant padidinti Europos Sąjungoje veikiančių bendrovių konkurencingumą, inicijuoti teisės aktų pakeitimai, kurie supaprastina reorganizavimo jungimo būdu procedūrą ir taip leidžia sumažinti bendrovėms tenkančią administracinių kaštų naštą. Kita vertus, svarbu įvertinti, kaip tokie pakeitimai daro įtaką akcininkų bei kitų susijusių asmenų teisėtiems interesams. Reorganizavimo metu taikomos taisyklės turi užtikrinti pakankamą šių asmenų teisių apsaugą, tačiau per griežti reikalavimai gali lemti, kad bendrovės vietoj reorganizavimo pasirinks kitą, labiau palankų jungimosi būdą. / Global tendencies of increasing business concentration are influenced by various economical and other reasons. One of the ways to concentrate business is a corporate reorganization through merger. All assets, rights and liabilities of merged companies are transfered to surviving company after reorganization, whereas other companies automatically cease to exist without liquidation. Corporate reorganization is a complex and long procedure involving interests of shareholders, creditors, workers and other persons. Firstly, national legislation of member states, governing local reorganization through merger of companies, had been harmonized in European Union. Later, after issues concerning the differences of national legislation were solved, important legal acts were enacted, which made possible cross-border mergers of companies. In order to increase the competitiveness of companies operating in European Union, some amendments were initiated to simplify the corporate reorganization through merger procedure and thus reduce the administrative costs for companies. However, it is important to evaluate the impact of such amendments for legitimate interests of shareholders and other concerned persons. The rules which apply in merger procedure should provide enough safeguards to protect the rights of these persons, although too strict requirements can lead to situations, where companies would rather choose other more favourable ways to merge.

Darbe tiriami mažaanglio plieno S235J2 (LST EN 10025:2004) suvirintų siūlių pasikeitimai, plieną apvirinant skirtingais glaistytaisiais elektrodais ir suvirinimo režimais. Tyrimų metu buvo naudojami AV-23 ir AV-66 glaistytieji elektrodai bei keičiamas trumpojo jungimo srovės stipris. Nustatytas ryšys tarp metalo įvirinimo gylio, rumbelės aukščio, išlydytų lašų dydžio, išlydytų lašų kiekio, trumpojo jungimo trukmės ir trumpojo jungimo srovės dydžio. Gauti tyrimų rezultatai, nubraižyti priklausomybių grafikai ir pateiktos išvados. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, literatūros apžvalga, eksperimentuose naudojama įranga ir medžiagos, tyrimo metodika, tyrimų metu gauti rezultatai, grafikai, išvados, literatūra. Darbo apimtis: 83 p. teksto, 73 iliustr., 18 lent., 23 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. / In final work was analyzed the changes of seams properties of steel S235J2 (LST EN 10025:2004), produced by welding with different technology are discussed. Samples were welded by hand arc welding, using AV-23 and AV-66 welding electrodes. The welded seams were made by changing short-circuit current. The duration of weld depth, ridge height, metal drop size, metal drop frequency, short-circuit time and short-circuit current value are determinated. The results of the research are given in graphs, final conclusions are also written. Structure: the introduction, survey of the related literature, equipment and materials, description of the methodology, results of research, graphs of the results, conclutions, references. Thesis consist of: 83 p. text, 73 pictures, 18 tables, 23 bibliographical entries.

Magistriniame darbe analizuojama įmonėje surenkamų vidutinės įtampos uždarųjų skirstyklų skirstymo ir valdymo elektros įrenginių USN-10, USN-20, naudojamų 6 ÷ 10, 24 kV įtampos, 50 Hz dažnio elektros energijos paskirstymui, prijungtų linijų apsaugai nuo perkrovimų ir trumpų jungimų atsparumo trumpojo jungimo srovėms tyrimo laboratorija. Narveliuose, ant ištraukiamojo elemento (vežimėlio) instaliuoti įvairių firmų pvz.: „ABB“; „SIEMENS“; „VEI“ ir t.t. vakuuminiai jungtuvai. Darbe pateikiami normatyviniai dokumentai, kuriais remiantis atliekami bandymai, bandymo laboratoriją sudarančių elementų varžų, terminio bei dinaminio atsparumo skaičiavimai, bandymo schemos, bei bandymų sąlygos. / Stock company „ELGA“ is constantly developing an air insulated medium voltage semi-metalclad type switchgear systems construction, so it happens that we need to do short – time and withstand current tests for new complemented equipment. The Master thesis analyses short – time and withstand current tests laboratory for in company prefab medium voltage semi-metalclad type switchgear systems USN-10, USN-20 designed to be used for 6 ÷ 10, 24 kV voltage, and 50Hz frequency power distribution, connected feeder with over current and overload protection. Various companies' circuit breakers for example „ABB“; „SIEMENS“; „VEI“ etc are installed on extractive element (trolley) in cubicle. Normative standards sustaining how the tests should be made, test laboratory formative elements resistant’s, short – time and withstand current calculation, test scheme and test conditions are presented in the Master thesis.
