Uplatnění obranných opatření proti lýkožroutu smrkovému v podmínkách s diferencovaným kalamitním základem

Šotola, Vojtěch January 2014 (has links)
Thesis examine efficiency of protective measures against Ips typographus in locality with different salvage basis. Using protective measures, pheromone traps and trap trees, was in localities using in different ratio, from all trap trees to all pheromone traps. Collecting data conducted in year 2011 and 2012 in forest district Vítkov, forest ward Dubová and Červená hora. From conducted research results, combination both protective measures are more effectiveness. Most effectives ratio can evaluate ratio from 75 % trap trees - 25 % pheromone traps. From two years is not do any clear decision to using in forest experience.

Odrůstání kultur na kalamitních holinách horských poloh

Albrechtová, Petra January 2014 (has links)
The work deals with the issue of regenerating clearings due to salvage felling at mountain altitudes. Development was monitored on research plots Sokol in the Hrubý Jeseník Mts. (15 plots) and Jizerka in the Jizerské Mts. (15 plots). The aim was to assess the developing young plantations of Norway spruce, European beech, European larch and Carpathian pubescent birch in particular, as well as of sycamore maple, European mountain ash and Silesian willow aged 9 -- 14 years after planting. The assessment was focused primarily on the mensurational variables of the tree species (height, root collar diameter, crown diameter, and their increments). Part of the work was to evaluate the condition of soil environment, nutrition, root system architecture and health of Norway spruce. The best growth was shown by European larch. By contrast, the use of sycamore maple, European mountain ash and Silesian willow did not prove well. The mixing of Norway spruce and European beech was demonstrated to have a significantly favourable influence on the growth of the two species. The root system was confined to humus horizons only and all individuals exhibited deformation into a tangle. Analyses of soil conditions revealed that the effect of liming had persisted even after 20 years and the nutritional condition of the trees pointed to the luxurious supply namely of calcium and magnesium.

Projekt zalesnění kalamitních holin na území LS LČR Rožnov pod Radhoštěm

Sobotka, Milan January 2019 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to prepare a complex project of regeneration of the calamity clearing in the Rožnov district. The district is under the administration of the Forests of the Czech Republic (LČR) state enterprise, more specifically under the Rožnov pod Radhoštěm Forest Administration. The project addresses the beginning of the change of the species composition in selected stands on 3 large calamity clearings resulting from salvage logging with the long-term aim to create stands of the original species composition. The total area of these calamity clearings is 65,42 ha. Extensive planting will take place between 2019 and 2023. Within project activities, the whole area will be planted with a wide range of tree species. Other parts of the project include follow-up activities that address the initial protection of planted stands. This will consist in mechanical and chemical protection against wildlife damage and protection against weed pressure. The last part of the project is an adjustment of the composition of growing stands by cutting pioneer species. Direct economic costs are processed as part of the project.

Skladování dříví po kalamitních těžbách

Solař, Aleš January 2014 (has links)
The dissertation deals with the verification of the foil storage method influence on wood quality. This method was not explored in our conditions. The dissertation analyzes and specifies the different types of defects that occur during storage, and assesses their impact on the defects during quality of the stored wood during the several years storage period. Based on this assessment reveals the development of individual storage, which cause changes in quality. It explains the causes of quality changes depending on the methods and storage conditions. It sets out the conditions the suitability of the method of storage of raw materials under the foil and specifies the steps in the implementation of this method. The domestic condition is the second area on which work is oriented. They are of use in determining the change in each grade wood assessed under recommended conditions for the measurement and classification of wood in the Czech Republic 2008. The results of this work are significant not just for next research in this field but results can be use directly in practice. The work also includes evaluation of the economic. According to its outcome can be assessed the profitability of this way of storage and protection of wood in real conditions.

Projekt zalesnění kalamitních holin na území LS LČR Vítkov

Valíček, Jakub January 2018 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to elaborate a complex project of restoration of clearing due to salvage felling in the forest district Odry and reconstruction of the spruce in the district of Heřmánky. The forest districts are under the administration of the state enterprise Forests of the Czech Republic, specifically under the Forest Administration of Vítkov. The project includes an analysis of causes of declining and dying stands in the selected area, stand condition, condition of clearings and young plantations, site preparation, methods of woody species and methods of recovery, protective and defensive methods of established plantation, direct economic costs.

Analýza disturbancí (kalamitních událostí) na majetku „Jan Parish – Správa Parishových lesů“ polesí Zaječiny

Krejsová, Anna January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of catastrophic events in the forest district Zaječiny under the Forest Management of Parish Woods, located in the Eagle Mountains. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the selected calamity areas, to find an interval and intensity of the catastrophic events in the chosen forest district, and to eventually suggest adequate changes in the forest management considering the disturbances. The basic object of the research is to analyse the natural regeneration as a prerequisite for the emergence of the sustainable forest management. The results show that the intensity of the catastrophic events in the forest area is increasing and the interval shortens. A spruce tree produces every year; there is no issue with its natural renewal, therefore its potential for natural recovery is great. It would be more appropriate to encourage the natural regeneration of a beech tree, which produces at irregular intervals, as well as other deciduous trees. In the future, it would more adequate to replace the existing spruce monocultures damaged by animals with the cultivation of forests that are rich in species of a differentiated spatial structure.

Obnova jedle a přípravných dřevin na kalamitní holině

Sekanina, Jan January 2017 (has links)
The main aim of this thesis is evaluation of the growth of European silver fir (Abies alba Mill.) and nursery woody species at initial stage of regeneration on calamity originated clear-cut. For this purpose were established experimental areas TVP Rakovec (ŠLP Křtiny) and TVP Tornádo (LČR LS Albrechtice city). These areas have been divided into smaller plots, where the regeneration of European silver fir was carried out concurrently with regeneration of White birch (Betula pendula Roth.), Black alder (Alnus glutinosa L.) and European aspen (Populus tremula L.) in spring 2014 and autumn 2015. The growth of European silver fir and nursery woody species was evaluated according to the height, diameter of root crown and mortality. In area of TVP Tornado the most successful manner was concurrent regeneration with birch, under which fir reached average height of 47 cm just after two years of growth and where the mortality was only 1,4 %. In case of this manner, the birch reached the height of 251 cm and 37 mm in diameter of the root crown. In area of TVP Rakovec the best growth of fir occurred under the European aspen and reached average height of 40 cm. Contrary, in case of this manner was the loss of the fir, exactly 26,2 %. The most successful nursery woody species in area of TVP Rakovec was the Black alder, where occurred much fewer losses and reached the best results of the growth. Within this diploma thesis was also made theoretical analysis of the nursery stand ability of production, in which have been found out that the European aspen has the highest production potential in all bonitet and the Black alder has the smallest production potential in compare with all chosen nursery woody species. Within both areas of research have been investigated the influence of the nursery stand in initial stage to the microclimate of calamity originated clear-cut. The impact hasn´t been confirmed.
