The objective of the thesis is to design a management accounting system for a manufacturing company operating in the construction industry. As part of the proposed system new economic and cost structure will be created and described. Furthermore, the principles of valuation of internally transfered outputs will be based on a new system of transfer prices which will help to set up an internal profit and loss analysis for each cost center. Last part of the thesis is dedicated to problematics of calculation in which cost allocation principles will be described and displayed in a form of a custom made calculation formula.

This thesis deals with problems of transportation of goods from Turkey to the Czech Republic. The goal of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of geo-political, legal and economic knowledge, which could serve as a guide for small transportation companies. The overview is divided into three parts. The first part deals with multilateral agreements governing international road transport with emphasis on the CMR Convention. The second part is devoted to customs issues, in particular transit procedure. The third part deals with transport from the economic point of view. In this part, two transportation routes are proposed, which are then analysed considering time, safety and cost.

The diploma thesis focuses on reconstruction of the supermarket in city called Lelekovice. There are two different options of reconstruction. First option includes saving the old building and then do reconstruction and extension. For this case is made itemized budget according to project documentation. Second option is based on building totally new object including demolition the old one. Price of this option is based on itemized budget and budget indicator. In the end these two options are compared and evaluated.

This thesis is focused on renewable energy sources, which are currently and increasingly used. Primarily for passive and low-energy houses. The principles that apply to heat pumps and solar collectors with thermal storage, which are suitable for new or older buildings, are described in detail. The thesis analyzes the thermal properties of the object under consideration and the proposed heat pump with its calculation and determination of the payback period of the investment in dependence on the analysis of energy price development in the las 10 years.

The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the performance of the company providing economic services. The first part summarizes the basic information used to evaluate the performance of the company. Next part deals with comparison with competition and evaluation of profitability of selected orders by calculation method Activity-Based Costing. The final part proposes changes in cost management.

The aim of this thesis is to assess the current state of controlling and its function in a real company. The theoretical part serves as a starting point for understanding real processes in the company. The practical part first introduces the selected company and analyzes the current situation focused on planning (budgeting), evaluation and reporting, forecasting, managerial accounting, methods of determining overhead costs and methods of calculations. Following this analysis, an evaluation of the state of controlling in the company is created and suggestions for improvement in the area of cost management are compiled.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of strategic cost management in the selected company. The theoretical part contains the division of costs into individual groups, budgeting and cost calculation and acquaintance with the tools of strategic cost management. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the current state of the company and its costs, where a horizontal and vertical analysis of costs and revenues is performed according to data from the company's profit and loss statement. This analysis identifies the key cost items of the company to which the chosen method of strategic cost management is applied in order to significantly reduce these items and thus improve the financial situation of the company.

The master´s thesis assesses the way of cash management in an international company focused on cash pooling and netting. On the basis of an analysis of current situation and with respect to impact of cash management there is offered proposal for netting implementation in the selected company.

This diploma thesis is focused on the costs analysis and assessment of the current state of the cost management in company LITAS s.r.o. The theoretical part clarifies the issue of costs and calculation. The thesis itself involves the company profile; the other part is devoted to the cost analysis and the cost management system in the company. In conclusion, the current situation of the cost management is assessed, as well as some proposals and recommendations for the improvement of the company cost management are listed there.

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the costing system at the Agricultural Co-operative based in Sloupnice. The aim of this work is to develop a calculation of winter wheat which would fully meet the needs of the company´s management in evaluating the effectiveness of the cost spent on growing it. The proposal part then presents options worked out to address the problem areas found in analysing the current situation.
