Atletická pohybová gramotnost žáků staršího školního věku / Athletic physical literacy of secondary school pupils

Vitovský, Radek January 2014 (has links)
Title: Athletic physical literacy of secondary school pupils Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to compare athletic literacy of seventh and ninth-graders and to test if these pupils are able to perform athletic excercises and can be therefore called athletically literate. Methods: Cross-sectional study, video analysis. Results: The final evaluation showed that the results of both tested grades in the nodal points are similar. Both groups have comparable athletic skills, however, the ninth-graders reached slightly better results. These pupils have more experience and they were able to coordiate their movements better and their performance was also smoother. This "extra" ability is what can be called athletic literacy. The pupils have basic athletic skills and they also know how and when to use these skills properly. Keywords: Athletic literacy, video analysis, kinogram. pupils

Atletická gramotnost / Athletic literacy

Staňková, Ivana January 2013 (has links)
Title: Athletic literacy. Objectives: The aim of my study was to compare athletic literacy of 1st and 5th-graders and to test if children can perform basic athletic excercises and can be therefore called athletically literate. Methods: Cross-sectional study, video analysis. Results: Fifth-graders performed the excersises more precisely compared to first- graders. Their performance was more coordinated and smooth. However, in video analysis of key phases of movements (nodal points) the difference wasn't as pronounced as expected. Children from both groups have similiar motoric skills, but fifth-graders have more experience and orientate better in the movements. Indeed, this "extra" ability is what can be called athletic literacy. Children not only learned the movements, but also know how to use them properly. Keywords: Physical literacy, athletic literacy, kinogram.

Nároky na techniku v desetiboji / Technique Requirements in decathlon

Bernášek, Jiří January 2017 (has links)
Univerzita Karlova, Fakulta tělesné výchovy a sportu Abstract Title: The claims of technique in decathlon Objectives: The main aim of the thesis was to find out how our two skilled decathletes are able to cope with the demands on the technique in the jumping and throwing decathlons events within few monitoring years. We were trying to find strengths and weaknesses in technical events based on a comparison of the technical realization in selected events recorded at the best republic competitions. Then we were trying to define if there are some technical mistakes common to all the jumping and throwing disciplines, or if these mistakes are different for certain disciplines. Methods: In our thesis we used methods of observation, analysis and comparison. The observation method we have used was filming video sequences of our two subjects in national competitions. From these videos we continued to create photo sequences which we have used for analysis of the technical realization of selected events. The comparison method we have used during comparison of photo sequences for each technical event within a few years. Results: We found that the technical realization of these selected events has not changed within few monitoring years, only the pole vault was exception. In this event both decathletes improved their...

Změny pohybové výkonnosti dětí v atletické přípravce / Changes in physical performance of Children at Athletic Preparatory

Jirovec, Jan January 2013 (has links)
Title: Changes in physical performance of Children at Athletic Preparatory Objectives: Aim of this paper is the diagnosis of physical and technical readiness of young children that are regularly preparing in an athletic course as a preparation for joining ASK Slavia Praha and their readiness for the next step of basic training. Methods: observation, videoanalysis, motor tests Results: During diagnostics of physical readiness via repeated use of a battery of motor tests (60m run, long jump, ball throw, 600m run) it was proven that majority of subjects showed a steady increase in performance. Only with technical activities (long jump, ball throw) there was sometimes a decrease in the results of some children. Also, in these activities the differences among results of subjects started to increase. More talented children increased their results by much more than the less handy. On the contrary, the differences among children in 600m run decreased over time.
