The aim of the thesis "Researching Different Preparations during the Dry Period and their influence on Milk Gland and Dairy Milk Composition" was to analyze the occurrence of clinical mastitis in the first part of lactation (30, 60 and 90 days). Comparing the use of the antibiotic-containing product (Virbactan) and the noncontaining formulation (Orbeseal). Subsequently, the health of the mammary gland, the manifestation of clinical mastitis and the composition of milk from 130 cows of Holstein cattle were evaluated. Individual data on the dry period and data from performance controls needed for analysis were collected between 2016-2017. At 30 days of lactation, the effect of agents on protein content, fat, lactose, ketone, citric acid, free fatty acids, and fat-free fat in milk have proven to be effective. At 60 days of lactation, the same effect could be seen on ketones content, citric acid, free fatty acids, and dry matter. At 90 days, evident influence of antibiotic were concerning somatic cells, urea, ketones and dry fat. Influence on Mastitis was not proven.

Zpracování výukového programu pro předměty: "DOZIMETRIE IONIZUJÍCÍHO ZÁŘENÍ" "KLINICKÁ DOZIMETRIE" / Processing of education schedule the areas: "Dosimetry of ionising radiation", "Clinical dosimetry"LEŠTINA, Štěpán January 2007 (has links)
The problem I am dealing with in the diploma thesis : Processing of education schedule the areas: {\clqq}Dosimetry of ionising radiation``, {\clqq}Clinical dosimetry``, is connected with a creating of practical internet applications of formal training of university´s students. To design certain applications which would tend to be more effective in teaching and would lead to easier understading of given curriculum is the main aim of this work. It also concerns a didactic approach to teaching the subjects, such as: {\clqq}Dosimetry of ionising radiation``, {\clqq}Clinical dosimetry``, which is included in curriculum of Bachelor and Master degree studies in the Department of Radiology and Toxicology at University of South Bohemia České Budějovice. The important component of the thesis is a teaching program which is accesible also on the web side : http://www.lestinas.webzdarma.cz

The aim of this work was to analyse the AP in surgical procedures at the Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem (MNUL) in the context of the MNUL guideline (DP) and the research on available AP work. Methods: A cross-sectional observational study ran from January 2018 to March 2018 in surgical departments at MNUL. The study included patients aged ≥ 18 years who underwent surgery in a defined period (5 February 2018 to 9 February 2018) and gave their consent to the study. The practicability of the study was verified by a pilot part. Initially, a research of published studies concerning AP was carried out which provided outputs for AP establishment (PPA).
