This thesis deals with proposal of constructional solving turbine with side channel. Basis for the design is lossy characteristics of the valve. The intention is to replace hydraulic closures by turbine with side channel runner. Hydraulic losses in the flow restriction in turn replaced by the electricity generation in the comparable characteristics of valve and turbine.

The aim of the work was to describe the biodiversity of model groups of organisms (vascular plants, epigeic beetles and small mammals) in six transect crossing the two year old high way situated close to the town Písek (South Bohemia). The different methods were used for studied groups (phytocenological mapping, pitfall traps and mousetraps). The results documented the possibility of all studied organisms for the quick recolonization of new biotopes beside of the high way.

This thesis is focused on the construction of traffic communications and their influence over the surroundings. The introduction of the work shows reasons leading to the increase of an importance of the road transportation and it appreciates a transport policy and an urban planning. Further work describes transport from the view of public finance and there are mentioned specialities of appraisals of transport projects. Main theme of this thesis deals with construction of peripheral by-pass road around Prague. It concerns on the north-west part of the by-pass road because there are two possibilities of the route location, the south version is supported for a long time, the north version was suggested as an alternative route few years ago because of its better impacts to surrounding environment.

The diploma work deals with the paintings of Antonín Hudeček from around 1900, which are viewed from two positions. The first thematic area includes the analysis of selected thought sources (the topic of a soul or a mood in the art), the motives (mirroring) and the themes (bathing boys) of Hudeček's paintings, which are treated with regard to the period art criticism a thought currents. The second part is made by analysis of some art sources which were essential for Antonín Hudeček's paintings around 1900. These were especially Hudeček's training with figuralists in Prague and Munich and the possible foreign inspiration, most importantly from the context of the contemporary art colonies and informal art groups. Fundamental theme of the work is the relationship of figure and landscape in the work of Antonín Hudeček around 1900. The catalogue of Hudeček's paintings from this period and excerpts from selected periodicals serve as the main methodological tool for comparison of Hudeček's work with other artists. Hudeček's schematic biography is also presented in the appendix of the work.

The master‘s thesis is focused to design and to calculation of tailwheel-type landing gear for ultralight aircraft JA-400 according to rules UL 2 part I. – ULL and LTF UL. In the first part is search about aiplanes with three types of landing gear. Then there is rule comparison, with result what rule will the calculation meet. Then the concept and design of landing gear is proved. In the end the improve of lift option is mentioned.

This dissertation deals with the creation of educational materials to topics from the field Chemistry around us and circumstances of its implementation into teaching chemistry with regard to the needs posed by curricular documents. The connection between real world and the content of the chemistry subject, which is taught at schools, is shown on the curricular topics related to medicinal chemistry and to fertilizer chemistry. This could make the student getting a better overview of the subject itself. Regarding the specialist and didactical part, the teaching material tries to make it easier for the teacher to prepare for the lessons and make them more interesting due to the teaching material's variability and processing (teaching text, powerpoint presentations, plays, laboratory exercises etc.). This way, the student gains access to practical topics through various types of exercises, interesting aspects, plays etc. The evaluation of educational materials and investigation of student's and teacher's attitude was carried out via a questionnaire investigation. The investigation showed that both students and teachers regard these topics as beneficial and belonging to the field of chemistry. The diploma thesis is concerned on the conceptual definition of a quality place and what defines the quality of places in general. Then the approach is applied on the urban block on the Udolni street in the city of Brno. The goal is to make lives of inhabitants better. In the end, a highly synergical urban block is designed, with functions and forms such as coworking, cohousing and new models of sharing. The whole urban block is connected through a garden which extends the Spilberk castle park.

At the beginning of the Master’s thesis the asphalt mixture of the type asphalt concrete and its basic properties are described. The main point of this work is to compare the functional properties of asphalt mixtures with the addition of higher amount of RAP and various rejuvenators used in the experimental section. From individual samples of asphalt mixtures taken during the laying, the control tests were carried out and the process of permanent deformation with the wheel tracking test was monitored. After that, using functional tests the properties of asphalt mixtures with conventional modified and unmodified asphalt bitumen enriched with the addition of declaring similar properties were compared.

The diploma thesis is focused on the comparison of the influence coarse-grained aggragate on the properties af asphalt concrete. The theoretical part describes issue of production and usage of asphalt mixtures. The practical part evaluates multiple types of asphalt mixtures and describing their properties. Stiffness by a two-point bending test, a wheel tracking test and low-temperature cracking and properties by uniaxial tension test were used to evaluate the properties of the mixtures.

This thesis focuses on the increasingly popular shareware Blender which has growing application possibilities in various branches. The thesis aims at a general description of basic modelling techniques working with mesh objects as well as curves used for creating models and computer graphics. Part of the thesis is dedicated to a description of animation abilities of the programme, an outline of dierent methods and a more detailed description of correspondent modules. The central point of the thesis is to introduce the reader to the basic and advanced modelling techniques and their use in Blender, in the form of a tutorial.
