This thesis covers the topic of loan and lease financing. Its basis is the economic assessment of the selected financing options. The attention is first paid to the principle of leasing and credit, the historical development of both forms of financing and the current situation in the leasing market in the Czech Republic. In the Theoretical solutions part of the thesis the pros and cons of leasing and credit financing are being discussed. This section is concluded with a chapter about Czech Leasing and Financial Association. The analytical part of the thesis evaluates the selected financing trends. It introduces Robert Bosch odbytova s.r.o. company, which is characterized as a lessee of the leased asset or as a company interested in a loan. Furthermore, this part refers to Skoda Auto a.s. and Hyundai Motor Czech s.r.o., companies which supplied configuration for Skoda Octavia and Hyundai i30. The aim is to compare leasing and credit as funding sources. The conclusion summarizes and evaluates the obtained results and gives recommendations for the effective financing for the company Robert Bosch odbytova s.r.o.

This dissertation explains area of so called green marketing and shows also it's less known face - greenwashing. The thesis defines these terms from develop, design and typology point of view. The goal of thesis is to find out an occurrence level of greenwashing which means a possibility to reach an environmental image without an ecological activities and to compare it with a range of real green marketing. A practical part focuses on an analysis of 50 most valuable companies of present days which are considered as environment friendly. All necessary data are gathered by this analysis. Results are reached by a comparative analysis which shows us a companies committing greenwashing. A ratio of green marketing and greenwashing occurrence, most often occurrence of particular methods as well as branches of most often greenwashing occurrence are determined by evaluation of above mentioned comparative analysis. Copyright law protection in the US and Europe Abstract The thesis compares copyright in the US and author rights in Europe. The comparison provides historical, theoretical, and international context. The thesis uses national legislation, European acquis, and international agreements. The case law of the EU Court of Justice and the US Supreme Court is used to provide a true picture of current legal regimes. The comparison uses the limits of copyright protection theory. General limits, such as the principles of uniqueness and originality or idea/expression dichotomy, draw the line between protected and unprotected works in selected copyright legislations. The Lockean natural law theory and utilitarian theory are compared to each other from the historical and philosophical points of view. This part of the thesis answers the question of where did these arguments emerge and what is their reason for copyright protection. Subsequently, the thesis introduces Aristotle's teleology as a suitable alternative for developed copyright systems. The following chapter describes international treaties and their role in the standardization of examined copyright systems. The thesis also explores contractual freedom in copyright.
