Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou koučování v podnikové praxi. Zajímavost tématu tvoří samotná aplikace relativně nového stylu řízení lidí do firemního prostředí. Coaching je velmi známý ze sportovní oblasti, kde se trenéři snaží ze svých svěřenců získat maximální výkony. V podnicích se koučování musí přizpůsobit tamním podmínkám, ale podstata zůstává stejná. Provedený výzkum potvrdil, že současné vedení společnosti zná pojem koučování a částečně tuto metodu k řízení spolupracovníků využívá. Je zde ale stále značný prostor pro zdokonalování a prohlubování nejen znalostí, ale i praktických zkušeností. Koučovaní mají zájem o rozšíření znalostí v oblasti koučování, ale je třeba, aby tuto myšlenku prosazovali v první řadě manažeři.

There are identified the most important problems and their solutions during coaching interviews. In conclusion, findings are summarized and evaluated.

The aim of my thesis is to analyse procedures currently used by auditors when presenting suggestions of changes at the client. The theoretical part defines change and its process. Further I look into inner motivation and the GROW method, which is used in couching. In the practical part, structured interviews with an auditor and employees of a financial accounts department according to the GROW method are carried out. Recommendations and procedures for implementing changes by the auditor are recommended based on these interviews. The aim of these recommendations is to improve the process of implementing change itself.

Title: Attitudes competitors kickboxing coach to lead the way during the match Objectives: The main objective of this study is to examine how athletes perceive their coach in leadership (coaching) during the match, whether this behavior coincides with their preferences and what attitudes they have. Furthermore, these results are interpreted as a feedback to coach who lead a match to the increase effectiveness of its leadership and also show that perception during the match and athletes's preferences are very individual and different. And therefore coaches should not follow just generalized research into coaching but they should work with each athlete individually and according to theirs specific needs. Methods: In this thesis were used a method of structured questionnaire and semiguided interview. The structured questionnaire was used in the detecting method of coach leading during the match and preferences of participants. The semiguided interview method was used to specify preferences and attitudes towards a method of coach leadership. The subject of my thesis is "The role of coaching in organization". My study compares management of various companies through interviews and questionnaires to find out the reality about coaching in Czech republic. The result of this thesis is an expert analysis for companies that are not knowledgeable in this field and need quick orientation that will help them to decide if they need coaching. The theoretical part introduces the concept of coaching in organizations. This includes a basic knowledge of coaching, coaching in management, how coaches look at management, shows differences in types of coaches and also coaching models that currently exist. The central part of the thesis is the practical part. It contains three parts and final practical. In first part I mention existence of numerous studies and from those I selected three to focus on. Second part reveals the real situation in companies through structured interviews with management. The third part describes evaluation of coaching from the perspective of the target group. The main conclusion and contribution of this thesis is in the practical part. It includes expert analysis and recommendations for various types of companies according to their size and financial possibilities.

2 Abstract This thesis submitted focuses on coaching as a style of leading people. The thesis analyzes the fundamental principles and tools of professional coaching which are subsequently interpreted from the perspective of their possible use in managerial practice with all benefits and potential difficulties. Due to its specificity, I deal with the role of the manager-coach as well. Given the focus of the thesis, I first dealt with the definition of coaching as such without any detailed specification, and with its possible use. I used the gained information for defining the managerial coaching in the context of leading people. In the second chapter I concentrated on coach and manager-coach as a person, their characteristics and competence which are necessary for coaching. In the third and fourth chapter I mainly dealt with coaching tools and their use in managerial practice. Finally, the thesis compares the results of an international research with the author's questionnaire survey, from the viewpoint of the use of coaching in organizations in the Czech Republic and world scale. ABSTRACT Kratochvílová, V. Bc. "Coaching as a way of keeping people in a selected company". Diploma thesis. Brno, 2015. The diploma thesis is focused on using coaching as a method of (management style) in the chosen company. The aim is to determine how often and in what form is used coaching as a participatory method of management in selected company. The first part in the form of a literature review deals with the definition of management styles, their characteristics, defining governance levels represented by management and currently represents the main aspects of coaching. It defines basic concepts connected with this issue, defines coaching to other management styles, describes the role of coach or manager in the role of coach, types of coaching and typical situations when it is appropriate to use coaching. The practical part is developed mixed design research, which is focused on the use of management styles by managers and subordinates in the company. Selected methods for data analysis was a questionnaire survey and interviews, whose results are interpreted, discussed and correspond to the selected research questions.
