Role sociomapování jako nástroje k porozumění týmovým procesům v neziskové organizaci / Sociomapping as a tool for understanding team processes in on-profit organizations

Slezáková, Veronika January 2021 (has links)
This thesis focuses on team processes, such as cooperation, communication, engagement and work overload in non-profit organizations. Furthermore, it monitors the transformation of these parameters into an optimal form. The transformation is observed through the sociomapping method, which is used to visualize team processes. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with teams and selected processes within them. Attention is also paid to team diagnostics, which aims to describe and comprehend team processes. Additionally, it introduces team interventions which enable better team cooperation. The following chapter focuses on the specifics of teamwork in the non-profit sphere. The empirical part presents a qualitative research, which determines how the sociomapping method realized through the means of action research affects cooperation within a team. Further, it attempts to describe how the visualization of team processes, team coaching and action plans support change in team processes and how all these three interventions influence cooperation and communication within two selected teams of one non-profit organization.

Projektivní techniky a práce se symboly jako nástroj osobnostního rozvoje / Projective techniques and work with symbols as a tool for personality development

Bobek, Milan January 2015 (has links)
The work focuses on qualitative research of possibilities and limits of the use of picture cards symbols (including Tarot) that would serve the clients in coaching and therapy as a projective technique leading to their deeper self-knowledge and personal development. Respondents told their life story based on picture cards. We show here under what conditions this projective technique brought them new information and inspiration for their self- development, in what forms the method can be applied and what methodical procedures are most effective. The simple clients' description of the selected images did not bring them much substantially new. It began to be more inspirational for them when a consultant added targeted questions, his reflections and hypothetical interpretations, or even explained standard meanings of symbols. Then this technique started to speak to clients more and brought them new impulses. Even more inspiring for them it became, once an element of chance was incorporated - when they pulled out some cards at random. The thesis finally formulates detailed recommended general methodology for projective technique application for personal growth and discusses possibilities and limits of the use of projective methods in coaching, therapy and personal development seminars.

In the introduction of coaching approaches, I present the results from tests done with a research group made of former prisoners from facilities based in Prague, who left in the period between 17th 2010 and 24 5th The 2011th. A key finding is that researchers proved the suitability of the use of variable roles. In the following thesis, I define the three main borders and two roles that can be used for client access. The basic forms of access to clients can be identified as the approach of coach, child behavioral / ethopedy and social worker. Boundary roles can be described as a role transition between the essential roles. Through roles based on current client's needs, it can help to develop various personalised ways towards the independence. This thesis can serve as input into the area of after-care treatment.
