Rizikové látky uvolňující se z plastových lahví / Hazardous substances leasing from plastic bottles

Najmanová, Iveta January 2013 (has links)
v anglickém jazyce Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmacology & Toxicology Student: Iveta Najmanová Supervisor: PharmDr. Marie Vopršálová, CSc. Title of diploma thesis: Hazardous substances that are released from plastic bottles This master thesis focuses on hazardous substances that are released from plastic bottles. Attention is paid especially to bisphenol A and antimony and their effects after oral administration. Given the fact that these substances are harmful to humans, most of the information about their effects was observed in epidemiological studies or studies conducted on laboratory animals and human tissues. The thesis documents the toxicological effects on the body, especially of bisphenol A. To a lesser extent and primarily because of the limited number of studies on this topic, it deals with the influence of antimony. This is a search thesis and the data are the sum of bibliographic records on the subject.

Optimalizace umělého výtěru candáta obecného (Sander lucioperca) pomocí HCG a nové způsoby umělého odlepkování vytřených jiker před jejich inkubací. / Optimization of artificial spawning of pikeperch (Sander lucioperca) using HCG and new ways of removing artificial stickiness of eggs before incubation.

BLECHA, Miroslav January 2012 (has links)
The object of the thesis is to experimentally find the most suitable method of artificial spawning of pikeprech, using hormonal stimulation of ovulation in females hormonal medication containing HCG. After scraping of the broodstock and after artificial fertilization of eggs obtained experimentally test new methods of artificial stickiness removing of eggs and then evaluate the success of artificial incubation of stripped, fertilized and unstickeness eggs of pikeprech. Experiments that are part of the thesis have been divided into several sub-experiments. In the first experiment was observed effect of different doses of hormonal Chorulon, containing the active substance HCG, the basic indicators of reproductive females. Was evaluated as spawning synchronization, spawning success, the number of spontaneous spawnings, fertility of females and hatching rate of eggs. The used HCG doses were 250, 500, 700 and 1000 IU per kilogram of body weight. All eggs were deprived of stickiness using a mixture of talc and milk. In the second experiment was carried out comparing different types of removes stickiness solutions. Here was evaluated especially time and labor intensity and the influence of various solutions on fertilization and hatching rate of eggs. In this trial was all pikeperch females injected the same amount of HCG hormone 500 IU per kilogram of body weight. Tested solutions was a mixture of talc and milk, just eggs wash water and the solution of various concentrations alkalase. The amount alkalase was 0,5; 1; 1,5; 2 and 5 ml, which are mixed with distilled water, so that the total volume of the solution was 1000 ml. The third experiment was supposed to simulate the pilot plant mass propagation of pikeperch females. All females received the same amount of hormone 500 IU of HCG per kilogram of body weight. All eggs were deprived of stickiness using a mixture of talc and milk. In the last experiment was one of the methods tested, which could limit the number of spontaneous spawning during the artificial spawning of pikeperch. To prevent spontaneous spawning were selected females (all were injected with 500 IU of HCG per kilogram of body weight) sewing genitourinary papilla. The incubation of eggs collected during all the experiments were used Zugské bottle.

Stanovení účinnosti zařízení Polymer Separation System Purifier N 1024 / Evaluation of Polymer Separation System Purifier N 1024 device efficiency

Duliková, Michaela January 2014 (has links)
In this Diploma Thesis the recycling of the PET bottles in the company PETKA CZ, a.s. is under focus. Thesis describes the Italian technology AMUT designed for physical recycling of the PET bottles. The primary goal is the quality of the final recycled product, PET flakes, particularly in the context of undesirable admixtures such as PVC, other polymers and impurities. Due to the deteriorating quality of the PET flakes the equipment Polymer Separation System Purifier N 1024 has been tested, which had significantly reduced admixtures in PET flakes. As it turned out, the current procedures for solving problems with the PET flakes quality are no longer sufficient.

Ekonomika odpadového hospodářství / Economy of the municipal waste

Hrubý, Jan January 2008 (has links)
This thesis deals with economy of treating with municipal waste. The municipal waste, which is generated by citizens makes burden not only on public and private budgets, but also on environment. Importance of this burden rise regarding to continuous growth of volume of the municipal waste. This fact implicates need to set up cost efficient and permanent achievable solution. Nowadays there is a suggestion, prepaderd by the Ministry of environment, which suggest using returnable PET bottles, which are important part of the municipal waste. Potentional implementation of returnable PET bottles doesnt have influance only on yield of this type of waste, but it is connected with other parts of the municipal waste such as biological degradable municipal waste and mixed waste. Content of this thesis is presentation of the economic analysis of alternation for treating with three most important parts of the municipal waste on backround of fullfiling conditons set up by European union.

Počítání tlakových lahví v obraze / Gas Cylinder Counting in Camera Images

Klos, Dominik January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with an automatic counting of cylinders placed on the back of a truck using images taken by a camera mounted above the car. To achieve this goal, an SVM classifier based on HOG image descriptors has been trained to detect the cylinders. Further, a tracking method based on optical flow estimation has been designed to track the cylinders through image sequences. The result of the thesis is an application that counts bottles with precision 93,08 % placed on the truck and visualizes results of the detection.
