Vliv extrémních hodnot stájového prostředí na mléčnou užitkovost dojnic českého strakatého plemene skotu

Černý, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to analyze the climatic factors affecting the behaviour and milk production of the Czech pied cattle breed. The observation was carried out in the Czech Republic in period of 12 months (from April 2010 till March 2011). The observation took place on a farm GenAgro in Říčany a.s. in the South-Moravian region (49°12´30.370´´N, 16°23´43.092´´E). The subject, which was observed, was one concrete section in a production stable a quarter of the stable (n = 98 dairy cows). The dairy cows were in different stage of lactation (from 30. day) and on a different sequence of lactation (1 to 8 of lactation). The total number of observed cases was 4935 cases. The statistical evaluation was performed in the program STATISTICS 10.0 (Chi square test). There were 103 comfortable stalls (cubicles) in the stable located in three rows. Row A the closest one to the feeding table (32 cubicles); row B approximately in the middle of the whole section (33 cubicles); row C closest one to the perimeter wall of the stable (38 cubicles).

Zhodnocení mléčné užitkovosti ovcí v průběhu laktace

Kryštofová, Kateřina January 2019 (has links)
The aim of the thesis was analyse of sheep milk composition during lactation. Milk was analysed for milk yield, total solids, fat, protein, lactose, somatic cell coun (SCC), active acidity (pH), titratable acidity, rennet clotting time and rennet curd quality and then recorded data were satistically analyzed by program STATISTICA. The samplings were carried in months April – September 2018 on sheep farm in Br-níčko. The samplings were carried from eight selected ewes on the second lacatation and the immediately after collection the milk cooled, and transported to the analyses of in-dividual components into specialized laboratories. The average milk yield in the stage lacatation in 2018 was 1.39 l. Milk from these ewes contained an average of 18.41 % total solids, 7.01 % fat, 6.02 % protein, 4.71 % lactose, 103 thousand SC/ml. Milk showed values on average pH 6.63, titration acidity 9.51 °SH, rennetability 115 second and rennet curd quality was 1.34 (1.quality class). The results of this study indicate that high statistical significant effect of lactation stage was found on all chosen parametres except titration acidity, somatic cells count and rennet curd quality.

Příjem nutriční energie a makronutrientů u kojících žen / Intake of nutritional energy and macronutrients in lactating women

Handlová, Hana January 2021 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the nutrition of breastfeeding women. The aim was to analyze the nutritional intake of energy, lipids, carbohydrates, proteins and fluids during lactation. For this purpose, the theoretical part gathered knowledge about the intake of substrates and their importance in nutrition with a focus on breastfeeding women. The monitoring took place in three separate lactation periods, namely the 3rd week after birth and the last weeks of the 3rd and 6th month of breastfeeding. At the end of every period, each of the 20 breastfeeding women involved completed a questionnaire, in which they kept a weekly record of the food and fluids consumed. The NutriDan nutritional program and the Excel program for statistical processing of results were used to calculate the number of received substrates. The values obtained were compared with the recommendations of the Nutrition Society valid for the Czech Republic. Nutrient intake did not differ statistically significantly between breastfeeding or between days of the week. The central findings of the study are insufficient energy intake compared to the recommended and relatively lower intake of carbohydrates in the diet at the expense of higher protein intake. Furthermore, the consumption of cholesterol and saturated fatty acids significantly...

Vliv vybraných faktorů na mléčnou užitkovost ovcí na bázi plemene lacaune

Konečná, Leona January 2014 (has links)
The aim of this study was to determine and evaluate the chosen factors organic milk quality parameters and daily milk yield (DMY) in the flock of crossbreeds of Lacaune (LC) and East Friesian (EF) ewes from the first to fifth lactation. Experiment occurred during two lactation periods, in 2009 were included in experiment 90 ewes, and in 2010 88 ewes. Milk records and samplings were carried out five times during milking period during the months May (V), June (VI), July (VII), August (VIII) and September (IX). Milk samplings were carried out during the morning milking (6 a.m.). Individual milk samples were analyzed for: total solids (TS, in %), fat (F, in %), protein (P, in %), casein (C, in %), and lactose (L, in %). In addition the samples from chosen ewes (n = 48) were analyzed for: urea (U, in mg/100ml), pH, titratable acidity (TA, in degree SH), somatic cell count (SCC, in 103/ml), rennet clotting time (RCT, in s) and rennet curd quality (RCQ). In the study the effects of year (Y), lactation stage (LS), genotype (G), parity (PA), litter size (LIS) and age (A) of ewes on chosen parameters were evaluated, as well as their interactions with LS. Y had significant effect on all analyzed parameters except DMY. Y had significant effect on pH and SCC too. In 2009 the highest values of TS, F, P, C, L were found in comparison to 2010. In 2010 higher values U, pH, TA, SCC, RCT, RCQ were found in comparison to 2009. LS had significant effect on all analyzed parameters except SCC. The contents of TS, F, P, C and U increased in sheep milk toward the end of the lactation, the DMY logically decreased. At the end of lactation was found the highest value of lactose, the longest RCT and worse RCQ. G had significant effect on all analyzed basic components except P. The ewes of genotype LC 50 EF 50 had the highest DMY and the highest values of all analyzed basic components of milk. Significant effect of PA was observed on DMY, all basic components of milk and pH and TA. The highest DMY was achieved at the fourth lactation. The highest values of TS, F, P, C and L were found at the fourth lactation in all ewes and at the second lactation in the chosen group of ewes (n = 48). LIS had significant effect on all analyzed basic components except L in all ewes. In the Ewes giving birth to 2 lambs had higher DMY and the higher values of all basic components, SCC, the longest RCT and worse RCQ in comparison with ewes giving birth to 1 lamb. A had significant effect on all analyzed basic components and on pH and TA. The ewes in age 4 years had the highest DMY. The highest values of TS, F, P and C were found in age 6 years.
