Logopedická intervence u dětí z vícejazyčného prostředí / Logopedic intervention by children from multilingual environment

1 ABSTRACT The present work deals with the development of speech child educated in a multilingual environment, resp. with children bilingualism and any difficulties that may accompany this development. The aim of this work is to investigate the effect of the action of multiple languages in the acquisition of speech and the possibility of child therapy of multi-lingual children. The theoretical basis is based on the analysis of scientific literature on the topic. Includes basic terms, follows the development of the child's speech in connection with multilingual environment, the type and manner learning another language. It deals with the problems of these children in speech, specifics and possible redress procedures in the context of logopedic intervention. The practical part consists of qualitative research in the form of case studies, using the method of interview, observation and analysis of results of operations. Úroveň řečového projevu žáků mladšího školního věku / The Level of Primary Pupil´s Speaking Skills

ANNOTATION Our thesis is focused on the problems of the level of primary pupil`s speaking skills. Our thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretic part we deal with data assembly from the professional literature, which deals with this topic. We explain the basic terminology, we attend to the most common speaking defects, the prevention of these defects, the system of the logopedic care in the Czech Republic and to correct and uncorrect pronaunciation of speech sounds. The practical part is the part of the research. In the way of the dialogue and the observation we get information about the speaking defects of children in the first and the second class of elemantary schools in Českobudějovicko region. We confront our hypothesis of the level of speaking skills of these children with the specialists at the logopedic school and in SPC Týn nad Vltavou. The supplementory material is the part of our thesis. In this part we offer the playing forms which could be used both by teachers and by parents.

The thesis titled Evaluation design therapy of neurogenic disorders of language in clinical speech therapy aims to find out what effect the speech reeducation to improve communication skills in people with acquired neurogenic communication disorders speech. Next, determine whether therapy plays a role during client environment, if the success rate of therapy affected patient's condition and the extent to which the clients are motivated to therapy. The theoretical part summarizes the findings from the literature on neurogenic communication disorders, aphasia and dysarthria. Each chapter is devoted to the terminological definition and definition, etiology, symptoms (for aphasia), classification, diagnostics and therapy. The practical part deals with the research survey. There are set targets mentioned methodology, research sample characteristics and place of the investigation. Following processing of four case studies. This work with title Possibility of using art therapy in the treatment of speech therapy lay down the goal in theoretic part describe penetrations art therapy and speech therapy and presented so coherent summary those problems in all symptomatic classification of speech language disorder. And then in scope art therapy define main relations and ideas from sphere terminology, definitions and analysis. In this sphere also defined forms therapy and presented triangular model of relationship among client, art therapist and art work. It concentated also on goals art therapy and meaning of colours. It also devoted to relationship of art therapy and special education. Practical part has two units. In it's scope there was the goal to form the logopedic - art therapy programme. First part engaged in logopedic - art therapy programme LOGOART, that is here shortly presented. The second part then started from three guestionnaire researches and concentrated on benefits of this programme, meaning of inquiry persons i fit would be intoductioned to the school practice, or would be supplement of speech therapy. Analýza interdisciplinárního přístupu k dětem s orofaciálními rozštěpy / Analysis of interdisciplinary approach to children with orofacial clefts

The topic of this diploma thesis is an analysis of interdisciplinary approach to children with orofacial clefts. The first chapter deals with theoretical base and defines terminology - communication, communication disabilites. It also defines anatomy and physiology of nasal cavity and oral cavity. The second chapter relates to issues of orofacial clefts. It describes classification, etiology, symptomatology, prevention, aestetic and psychosocial impacts and orofacial cleft children care. The third chapter deals with occurence of communication disabilites of children with orofacial clefts. It focuses on the definition of palatholaly, velopharyngeal inadequacy and it describes various linguistic levels and speech therapy and intervention. The fourth chapter is empiric and it deals with analysis of interdisciplinary approach to children with orofacial clefts. In research processes there were used scientific literature analysis, anamnestic data analysis and available specialized materials analysis. Based on all of these materials six case studies were created. Main goal of this empiric chapter was to analyze interdisciplinary approach to children with orofacial clefts. Role logopeda ve školství / The Role of speech therapist in education system

The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is characterized by the history of logopaedics in the Czech Republic, the distribution of logopedic intervention and the organization of logopedic workers. The main subject of the thesis is to describe the requirements for the education and professional development of a teacher providing logopedic care both in the education sector and in the private sphere. It is also mentioned the division of logopedic workplaces according to individual spheres of education. The aim of the practical part is to map logopedic care in the South Bohemian Region. There is also a comparison of the current school situation. Further, the practical part is focused on workplaces where logopedic care is performed on children with cochlear implant. The diploma thesis is focused on the area of special education of people with hearing impairment, that is the second sub-focus of the speech therapist.
