Homogenizace práškových směsí s využitím vysokorychlostního mísiče / Homogenization of powder blends using a high-speed mixer

Perďochová, Kristína January 2018 (has links)
Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradci Králové Department of: Department of Pharmaceutical Technology Supervisor: doc. PharmDr. Zdeňka Šklubalová, Ph.D. Consultant: PharmDr. Karel Palát, CSc. Student: Kristína Perďochová Title of Thesis: Homogenization of powder blends using a high-speed mixer This work focuses on using a high-speed mixer for the powder mixing process in pharmaceutical technology. Shortened experimental plan was used to study the influence of three factors (mixing speed, mixing time and weight of the mixture) in order to achieve the overall homogenity of the mixture containing acetylsalicylic acid and microcrystalline cellulose. Individual samples were compressed into tablets. The homogenity of the mixture was evaluated using near infrared spectroscopy (NIR). The standard devations of the measured spectra were observed. The best results obtained from studied mixtures were achieved by a combination of mixing 150 g of mixture, rotational speed of 900 rpm and mixing time of 30 seconds.

Studium technologie výroby vín typu "ryšák"

Štefanov, Martin January 2019 (has links)
The submitted thesis was focused on the study of redhead wines. In the experiment, wines of the redhead type were made using the technology of mixing of must and mixing of mash. For both variants, wines with different proportions of white and blue varieties were created. It was a variant of 75 % of the white variety to 25 % of the blue variety, 50 % of the two varieties and the third variant was 25 % of the white variety to 75 % of the blue variety. Pinot Blanc variety was used for the experiment for a white varieties and the Zweigeltrebe variety was used for the experiment for blue varieties. It also produced classic white and red wine from the varieties. Sensory analysis was performed on wines. Basic analytical parameters (alcohol, titratable acids, reducing sugars, pH and glycerol), antiradical activity and phenolic compounds (anthocyanins, flavanols, flavonols, hydroxycinnamic acids) were also measured. The results show the fundamental impact of maceration of the solids of the berries on the resulting wines, followed by the influence of the variety used. Wines produced by maceration of mashes contained higher values of phenolic substances than wines produced by fermentation of musts.

Městský polyfunkční dům na ulici Křížová, Brno / Multipurpose Town House on Křížová Street, Brno

Šímová, Jana January 2011 (has links)
The aim of the thesis was to design the urban town house in blank space on Krizova street. The blank space is situated on the edge of the Mendel's square, an important transportation node of the city Brno. Spatial and conceptual solutions of the house is based on urban studies of Mendlel's square and its surroundings. The house is designed on a long parcel, which in the urban environment is equivalent to about four houses. Therefore, the house is divided vertically to keep the urban scale. At the same time at both ends it is directly connected to the existing buildings, therefore, different height levels of each mass are designed. Parterre of the house is commercial, as is the same for neighboring houses, in the other floors modern large single deck and maisonettes are designed.

Návrh mikrofluidického směšovače / Design of microfluidic mixer

Abrahám, Martin January 2016 (has links)
Microfluidic devices are more frequently being used in medicine as they operate with small amounts of test samples, such as blood or reagent chemicals. To work with such substances, effective mixing of the solution is usually required, which emerged as the most challenging problem in microfluidic systems. Due to the minor dimensions of the devices only laminar flow occurs, thus the turbulent eddies do not contribute to the mixing, but only the molecular diffusivity.

Využití nanofluidního směšování pro přípravu liposomálních nosičů značených gadoliniem pro kontrastní zobrazování magnetickou resonancí (MRI) / Use of nanofluidic mixing for preparation of liposome carriers stained by gadolinium for contrast imaging by magnetic resonance (MRI)

Velínská, Kamila January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis focuses on the preparation of the liposomes, containing lipids with gadolinium, which are used for a contrast magnetic resonance imaging. The liposomes were prepared by the lipid film hydration followed by an extrusion and also by a new nanofluid mixing method on the NanoAssemblr Benchtop. The preparation technology has been optimized for parameters such as the composition of lipids, the flow rate ratio and total flow rate. The method of modification of the liposomes surface by gadolinium complexes has been developed. This method is using a conjugation reaction between the lipids containing cyanuric acid and Gd-DOTA. Prepared Gd-liposomes, which contain gadolinium, were complexly defined by the characterization techniques of DLS and NTA. The morphology of liposomes was observed by TEM and cryo-TEM. Methods for the determination of phospholipid content (Stewart test) and residual water in the lyophylisates of liposomes (Karl-Fischer titration) were used. Gadolinium in liposomal preparations was determined by ICP-OES. Using MR, the concept of gadolinium liposomes was verified and designed for MRI imaging of thrombi. The concept describing the mechanism of liposomes formation based on the experimentally proven existence of a phospholipid bilayer fragment has been developed. This concept is based on the experimentally proven existence of a phospholipid bilayer fragment.

Mafické a intermediální intruze jako průvodci peraluminických granitů krušnohorského batolitu / Mafic and intermediate intrusions accompanying peraluminious granites of the Krušné hory Mts.batholit

Holečková, Pavla January 2012 (has links)
Mafic and intermediate intrusions commonly accompany Variscan granitoid plutons in Europe. They are documented from different localities of Iberian Peninsula, from the French Massif Central, Schwarzwald, from different parts of the Bohemian Massif, in Romania, Greece, Corsica and Sardinia. They comprise wide petrographic varieties from quartz gabbros, diorites, granodiorites to monzonites. They usually constitute small bodies or veins, they often occur as mafic microgranular enclaves (MME) in granodiorites and in some granites. Dioritic intrusions are characterized by a relatively high amounts of lithophile elements (Rb, Sr, Ba, Cs, LREE), and they are simultaneously high in compatible elements (Ni, Cr, V a Co). Their isotopic ratios 87 Sr/86 Sr are in all compared locations similar and are close to the Bulk Earth (0.704 - 0.708). εNd values show larger scatter, some intrusions have more crustal composition (to -8), on the other hand, another intrusions have εNd positive, that points to a contribution of basic magma. The age of dioritic intrusions differs according to individual locality suggesting more than one magmatic episode. The oldest occur in the French Massif Central (361 - 365 Ma), whereas the youngest are documented in Iberia (312 - 310 Ma). The oldest mafic intrusions in the Bohemian...
