The subject of this thesis is an evaluation of the market-town Cítoliby and suggestions for improvment of life quality in the village. A vital question were financial instruments, which Cítoliby could gain in the frame of it{\crq}s own developmnet. This thesis is concerning a Program of countryside reneval, where Cítoliby can draw finances for the two suggested investment action. Nowadays is development of villages highly important, the main reason is atractivity for it{\crq}s inhabitans and for those, who would like to live there in the future. A questionnaire was used to gather information and on it`s basis were suggested proceedings to improve the life quality. The project was devided into three years and for this time were finances already alocated.

The diploma thesis deals with the system of greenery in the small town. It solves possible forms connected with surrounding landscape, their mutual interaction and smooth transition. It focuses on landscape users, humans, and their movement, especially walking and cycling. It creates green corridors for these activities interconnecting communication nodes within the town, connecting to surrounding landscape. Design retains the landscape character and character of the site, but at the same time offers all modern equipment and reflects requirements of the time. Based on study of sources and analysis, it formulates general procedure for creating and managing a system of greenery of small towns.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to present the impact of the Josephine reforms of town-councils on the administrative development of a minor South Bohemian liege town. The work is divided into several chapters, which study the local administrative organization in Lhenice just before the mentioned reform and the life of the local inhabitants at the turn of the 18th and 19th century. Being put into context, there was even outlined the progress of establishing regulated town-councils in some Bohemian and Moravian towns and the influence of no implementation of this system on the administration functioning in the town.

The diploma thesis deals with the preparation of analytic background for the Programme of development of town Křtiny. At the beginning, the current situation was analyzed based on specialized literature. Then, this area of interest was cha-racterized and complex analysis of current situation in Křtiny was made. A ques-tionnaire was a part of the research. It was statistically evaluated and the results were graphically prepared with commentary. Furthermore, SWOT analysis was made based on the analysis of the town and the results of the questionnaire. It represents the strengths and weaknesses of the town Křtiny, as well as its oppor-tunities and threads. The conclusion of the thesis suggests measures for further development of town Křtiny.

Máčal Tomáš - DP. Přicházíme žít. Proměna městysu Nehvizdy po roce 1990 Abstract The diploma thesis explores the environment of the town Nehvizdy. The thesis also examines suburbanization changes after 1990. The current form of the town is formed by the construction of flats and family houses. It results in the development of services. Nehvizdy is geographically close to Prague. It gives the city the potential to continue building. It increases the population. People are looking for affordable housing according to current trends. Nehvizdy, like the village type, changes to "satellite city" type near the metropolis. There is the research goal. The work examines the image of the village in the years after the Velvet Revolution. There have been many changes here. This is an important sociological and historical point of view how the old residents perceive new inhabitants. This is also investigated in the opposite direction - how the new inhabitants see the old residents. Nehvizdy experienced the transformation from the agricultural village to a place full of services in the post-revolutionary years. Here the quality of hospitality, transport service and the possibility of spending free time were changed. The general topic of te diploma thesis is revitalization and renewal of the town of Velké Němčice. This work is focused on the historical center of Velké Němčice, especially on renewal of the objects of the culture house, cinema and the municipal office, the public areas and the connection to the rest of the area. The core of the work brings a detailed proposition of the reconstruction and reworking of the existing public objects with the adjacent public areas. Another part of the work covers a concept of utilization of adjacent site of the local parish. The point of the work is to create a compact cultural center with the emphasis on permeability and usability, using incorporation into the current urban structure and demarcation of the functional program. The object should become an important cultural point of multifunctional usage to not only hold public events, but also be a public space for the hobbies of the town. Additionally there is an emphasis on the creation of high quality entrence space with a direct connection to the adjacent surroundings, which will help their further development.

The aim of the Master Thesis is creation of strategy and tactics for revitalization and modernisation of the public area of Velké Němčice village. The urban study follows the analysis and conclusions evaluated in the previous semestrial work. The aim of the design is to find a suitable solution to complement the ineffectively used public spaces, and to design new locations into the structure of the village. The thesis comes up with a strategy that provide using of public spaces more. The proposal is based on analyses and consultations with the municipal council. The result of this work shows how to make a polyfunctional spatially and socially diverse environment with sustainability principles.
