Purpose: The purpose of the study was to map the sexuality of older (between the ages of 30 and 50) heterosexual regular marihuana users, which up to now remains little explored. We tried to find out whether there is a difference between the three groups of marihuana users: 1. users, who use only marihuana, 2. users who use marihuana and alcohol, and 3. users, who use marihuana, alcohol and party substances (LSD, ecstasy, magic mushrooms, cocaine). More over we compared our findings with some characteristics of the same-age sample of the Czech population. Methods: The research was of quantitative nature. The data were collected by using an original anonymous questionnaire, which was separately answered by 417 respondents 202 respondents from them satisfied our criterions (age, frequence and length of marihuana use). The data were processed by SPSS. Results: 61,7 % of respondents marihuana users are satisfied with their sexual life. Some kind of change as a result of marihuana abuse noticed 53,9 % of all respondents (48,5% of them noticed change for the better 51,2% of them noticed higher quality of orgasm). Purpose: To verify that the psychodiagnostics Vienna Test System (VTS) can be used to test the critical level performance characteristics, abilities and skills which are necessary to drive a car, or which are affecting it, on long-term marijuana users. Methods: Two semi-structured interviews, questionnaire, administration of the test battery VTS. Conclusion: It is possible to construct a test battery to be used on long-term marijuana users, which can determine whether the subject is theoretically able to drive even under the influence of THC. Objectives: As part of the research issue, we tracked six sub-objectives of the research. The first objective of the research was to describe the sexual behavior of marihuana users in selected areas of sexuality based on data obtained from the questionnaire survey. The presented research was aimed at heterosexual men who regularly use marihuana at a frequency of once a week to daily. The second objective was to find a link between the frequency of marihuana use and selected areas of sexuality. The third objective of our work was to find a link between the length of marihuana use and selected areas of sexuality. The fourth objective of the research was to find a link between the influence of the use of other psychoactive substances on marihuana users in selected areas of sexuality. The fifth objective of our work was to find out the links between tobacco use in a marihuana user group and selected areas of sexuality.
