Mezinárodní obchod s vojenským materiálem z pohledu českého práva / International trade in military materials from the perspective of Czech law

Mazúch, Tomáš January 2014 (has links)
1 Resume in English International trade in military materials from the perspective of Czech law The goal of this thesis is, mainly, to introduce laws and legal mechanisms governing this part of international trade with focus on export from Czech republic, mainly outside European Union. Thesis consists from 3 major logical parts divided to 8 chapters, that goes from theory of laws of private international law, thru description of current legislation, both Czech and European, to public procurement according to European directives and latest cases of European Court of Justice. First major part deals, apart from theory of international private law, with description of defence equipment excluded from trade, also describes defence equipment as it is defined by current Czech legislation, and briefly shows history of Czech law of international trade with defence equipment. Under the definition of defence equipment is also brief notice about possibility that some firearms can be in one moment seen as defence, or military, equipment, and in the second moment as a firearms intended for civilan use. First major part ends with short propsal of solution to problems of export companies that comes from European countries without access to sea. Second major part describes process of issuing trade permission to companies and...

Vliv velikosti a krytí holiny na odrůstání douglasky tisolisté

Ludvík, Ladislav January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to determine what influence the varying size of clearing and cover of the stand has on the gradual growth of Douglas fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii /Mirb./ Franco). The evaluation of different types of planting material (2 + 1, 2 + 2, 3 + 0 and f1 + k1) on partially covered locations is part of the thesis as well. Examination was conducted on research locations ÚZPL established in year 2010 (17 locations) and 2011 (4 locations) in the forests owned by the city of Brno. The survey was conducted after the end of the vegetation period in the months of September and November of the year 2013. It is a follow-up survey of the previous measurements realized in the fall of 2012. On all locations at least 100 individuals were measured and evaluated. These are the variables and signs assessed -- the overall size of the above ground part (in years 2012 and 2013), quantity of growth in each year, the thickness of the root neck, number of plants with multitude stems, the deviation of stem (straight, up to three times the diameter of the stem and more than three times diameter of the stem), the shape of the tree-top (triangle, ellipsoid, round and one-sided) the length of needles, the colour of the assimilatory part (green, bright green and yellow), loss percentage. These results were confronted with results from previous years. The results of this master thesis proved, that different size (and cover) of clearing and the used planting material have influence on the successful planting and growth of Douglas fir cultivation. The Douglas fir seems to be growing more successfully on locations protected at least from three sides where the width of clearing is no more than 35 metres. If quality planting material is used, low mortality of the plants can be expected as well. Aproximately after three years the quantity of growth and the thickness of the root neck on different locations start to match. On the locations protected from two sides and with the distance of the clearing from the stand not above the 1,5 multiple of the stand height, the covered-root plants (f1 + K1) and plant type 2+1 was proved to be most successful in growth and suffered from minimal loss even after three vegetation periods. The losses which occurred in 2013 were comparably lower to those in 2012.

Vývoj a růst lesních kultur pocházejících z krytokořenné a prostokořenné sadby / Growth performance of containerized and bare-rooted planting stock

Pechman, Petr January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the development and growth of containerized and bare-rooted seedlings of Norway spruce on the plots situated on the Dolní Lomnice Forest District, a division of Karlovy Vary VLS ČR, s. p. (Army Forest and Estates of the Czech Republic). In this work addressed the following sub-tasks: comparison of mortality, height increment and increment of root collar, root development, analysis of cost recovery stands on the site. Three years after the founding of the plots it was discovered that containerized planting stock reached higher relative increment. When using a planting hole technology, the mortality was in both types of planting stock approximately similar. Furthermore, it was found that containerized planting stock planted with the planting hole technology, a higher incidence of advent naturally developed roots occurred. The planting technology using a loading mandrel (similar typesetter) used for containerized planting stock was assessed as an unsuitable and also the most frequent presence of unnatural root architectonics (deformations and secondary roots, if they were ever developed) it was demonstrated. An economic study showed that the overall costs for the forest regeneration using of the containerized planting stock are higher compared with the bare-rooted planting stock.

Hodnocení vlivu rychlosti deformace na pevnost lepeného spoje / Evaluation of deformation speed influence on adhesive bond strength

Ureš, Dan January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with the issue of bonded joints and their deformation by commonly used epoxy adhesives. It is divided into two main parts. The first part has character of searching for informations which describes various adhesives, their characteristics and applications. It also describes adhesives technology and deformation rate of the bond. The second part analyzes the results of the rate of deformation of the individual adhesives, which are assessed in terms of usability for the glued joints. The objective was to verify the properties of adhesives at different rates of deformation.

Studium faktorů ovlivňujících odolnost proti opotřebení kovových materiálů / Assessment of Factors Influencing Wear Resistance of Metallic Materials

Cieslar, Jiří January 2016 (has links)
This thesis investigates the suitable chemical composition of a iron alloy with improved wear resistance. A unique set of alloys with a specifically designated chemical composition was manufactured for experiments. Their properties in defined abrasive conditions was studied in laboratory conditions. Wear resistance was determined on an experimental bench with bound particles. Material properties description was always complemented with information gained during material metallographic structure investigations. All the results were compared with results achieved for commercially available weld deposition materials (specifically designated for abrasion conditions). These (weld deposition) materials were subjected to an identical set of laboratory experiments and additionally to a set of experiments under inservice conditions. This thesis offers new knowledge about the relationship between material hardness, material structure and wear resistance. The outlined results also give evidence about the correlation between results gained under laboratory conditions and those gained under in-service conditions (in relation to material structure and hardness). At the end of the thesis the knowledge gained from these experiments is applied to a specific application the service life extension of plough blade segments. On this basis a new material is designed which will extend service life without additional demands on the costs, and the approach to the renovation of worn plough blade segments is justified.

Kámen v zahradě. Návrh zahrady penzionu s apartmány v Desné v Jizerských horách. / „Stone in a garden". The Project: The garden of a guest-house (with apartments) in Desná, Jizerské Hory

Žitný, Lukáš January 2017 (has links)
Diploma work: Stone in a garden. The Project the garden of a guest-house (with apartments) in Desná, Jizerské Hory. This diploma work deals with the use of stone, a naturally resistant material, in an appropriate and aesthetic manner in the creation of a garden. The first part of this work is theoretical and focuses on the usage of stone in history as a building material for both utilitarian and conceptual buildings. This is followed by a discussion of the use of stone in Asia as a natural material in garden art in contrast to its use in Europe. With a focus on granite in garden and landscape creation, an assessment and classification of the soil (based on its mineral and chemical composition) is necessary to provide accurate information in order to select only stone which has been correctly mined, processed and shaped before its final use. An in-depth knowledge of the large range of stone products available and their correct usage is very important in order to realise a design with permanent garden elements which are both functional and aesthetic with buildings that will last for generations. The practical part of this diploma work - my own project, is a guest-house garden in Desná, Jizerské hory owned by Martin Bajer. The land area is 2000 square metres of which 531 square metres is used by buildings. The terrain, steep and set at 580 - 590 metres above sea level, is located in the mountains with its rich history and views of beautiful nature. The river Bílá Desná flows though the valley of Desná and helped to create the "golden age" of the glass industry in the 2nd half of the 19th century. Unfortunately, Bílá Desná also contributed to the biggest catastrophe of its kind in the Central Europe. In 1916 a dam failure on the river disastrously resulted in 62 fatalities and 100 damaged houses. In 2006 Martin Bajer couldn't resist the beauty of the area and became the owner of what remains of an old guest-house. Reconstruction work began in 2006 and continued for the past 11 years. The redevelopment of the garden is expected to begin soon (2017). Only after understanding the owner's vision for the future of the guesthouse could a design be created. The owner's idea focused on owning a guesthouse with apartments favourable to both families with children as well as more senior guests who prefer to enjoy an active holiday in a natural setting. The garden's design therefore, offers the possibility for guests to use the garden for activities as well as passive relaxation in winter and summer months. Much emphasis is placed on the use of natural materials. Granite is the natural building material most commonly used in this region. Thanks to its unique characteristics - tough and resistant to the elements, granite makes an ideal choice for use in gardens. Its toughness makes it resistant to constant wear by guests and able to cope with difficult mountain conditions, especially heavy snow cover and the extreme temperatures of winter. The result of this practical diploma work is a garden design coupled with a detailed strategy for realising the owners initial concept. The design outlines the space as well as the technical process of building the individual elements with garden structures surrounded by plants - all accomplished within the agreed budget.

Návrh skladby materiálu na bázi dřeva s protipožárními vlastnostmi

Linhart, Vladimír January 2016 (has links)
The topic of my thesis was to create the optimal composition of wood-based material with fire-resistant ability. Proposed material will be mainly applied on the front doors. There was a research done on different kinds of adhesive. The glue was tested for its quality of the glued joints and bonding strength of the composite wood-based material according to the required valid standards. Based on the test results suitable glue was chosen. There was also a research done on wood-based and non-wood-based composing materials along with insulating materials. The research was focused on the material suitability and ability to be applied on constructions of fire-resistant sandwich front door kits. Test for fire resistance according to ČSN EN 1634-1 was conducted on chosen product, followed up by certification of this product. Furthermore, the certification according to ČSN EN ISO 6946 using ČSN EN ISO 10077-1, ČSN EN ISO 10077-2 and thermal transmittance of the front doors with plain door wings according to ČSN EN ISO 10077 was carried out. Subsequently the new product was put into practice and was included in new production list.
