Vyvážení tříválcového traktorového motoru / Balancing of 3-cylinder Tractor Engine

Přeslička, Jaroslav January 2014 (has links)
The thesis deals with analysis of balancing of given cranktrain. At the introductory part is solved kinematics of the crank mechanism. Another part of the text occupies with dynamics of the crank mechanism and eventuality of its balancing with using of point-mass model. This simplified model is utilized for analytic solution of given mechanism. Results of analytic solution are compared with results of MBS solution. At the last part is done analysis of minimal distance between the selected parts of the mechanism. Then simple optimization of balancing is done. At the end is considered balancing of the mechanism and simple improvement is proposed, considered are results of minimal distance analysis too.

Naklápěcí a zdvihový mechanismus skladovacího zásobníku / Tilt and lift mechanism of storage tray

Ostrý, Josef January 2014 (has links)
The aim of this master thesis is to design a structural arrangement of lifting and tilting mechanism storage tower SSI Logimat, including the design of the drive. The introduction included a description of selected vertical storage systems of different companies and then compared them. Another section includes the design lift and tilt mechanism, calculation and design their drives and the subsequent description of their components. At the end of the master thesis is attached the drawings of the proposed mechanisms.

Tříválcový zážehový motor s excentrickým klikovým mechanismem pro osobní vozidla / Three-cylinder petrol engine with eccentric crank mechanism for passenger vehicles

Faiman, Jiří January 2015 (has links)
The first part of this thesis deals with the examination of the eccentricity of the crank mechanism for individual variables kinematics and dynamics of crank mechanism, analyticaly computed in Matlab. Then it compares the different possibilities of balancing moments of inertia forces and propose a specific design chosen for the value of eccentricity. In the second part is designed a model of crankshaft mechanism based on the investigated parameters. These parameters were carried out by structural analysis in Ansys.

Výpočtový model vyvažovací jednotky řadového pětiválcového motoru v multi-body systému / Topical Design Model of Balancing Unit for 5-cylinder In-line Engine in Multi-body System

Jadrný, Jan January 2008 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with a calculation and a construction concept of a balancing unit of a strait five cylinder combustion engine. The thesis contains the calculation and the construction concept of the balancing shafts. Also the concept of the calculation model of a driving mechanism with the balancing unit in MSC Adams – Engine is included.

Zážehový sedmiválcový hvězdicový letecký motor / Petrol seven-cylinder radial aircraft engine

Horváth, Tomáš January 2019 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose a drive train of a seven-cylinder radial engine, including strength analysis of selected components. The basic parameters of the engine cylinder are based on the Škoda 1.2 HTP 12V 47kW AZQ engine.

Experimentální analýza kinematických veličin na vačkovém mechanismu / Experimental Analysis of Kinematic Quantities on Cam Mechanism

Komenda, Lukáš January 2013 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with creation of a laboratory task related with analysis of kinematic quantities on cam machanism. A new measuring chain was created as a part of the new laboratory task for analysis of kinematic quantities with use of sensors and signal processing by software LabVIEW. The concept of the laboratory task on a experimental machine was based on knowledge gained from Current State of Knowledge where basic principles of laboratory training and utilization of cam mechanisms in learning were described.

Hodnocení statistického řízení jakosti (SPC) pro řešení stability procesů u tlakově litých odlitků / Evaluation of statistical quality control (SPC) in solving the stability of processes in die castings

Hejduk, Oldřich January 2013 (has links)
The aim of the theoretical part of this thesis is to describe the system of the aluminium casting alloys, with focus on the aluminium castings used for die casting. In this part of the thesis the different methods of the quality management are described. The practical application of these methods is described in the experimental part of this thesis, in which we focus on the evaluation of the statistical quality management and the process stability of the die casting parts of the selector mechanism cover. This part of the thesis also contains suggestion for the QFD method for this cast.

Výpočtová analýza pístu řadového tříválcového zážehového motoru / Computational Analysis of SI 3-Cylinder In-line Engine Piston

Špaček, František January 2008 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with a mechanical and thermal analysis of 3-cylinder petrol engine piston with capacity of 1,2 l and maximal output 47 kW. The computation analysis was created with the use of finite element method in the Ansys application. The strain solution was created using several techniques. The 3D model was made according to a real piston in the Pro/Engineer and was partly simplified for computation. Crank mechanism forces and the load stresses were solved using Mathcad. Calculations are done for three positions of power cycle engine, where the maximal loads of the piston are expected. Last part of the thesis is calculation of safety factor highcyclical fatigue made using Femfat application.

Administrativní a výrobní budova firmy GRADIOR TECH v Brně, stavebně technologický projekt / Building Technology Project

Kolouch, David January 2020 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is the processing of selected parts of the construction technology project for the New office and manufacturing building of GRADIOR TECH a.s. The building is located in the Královopolská industrial park in Brno - Královo pole. The construction is divided into 6 buildings. The indicative time and financial plan focuses on the building as a whole. Furthermore, the diploma thesis focuses in detail on the construction technology project project in detail on the building of the office building, which is based on drilled piles. On these piles, the cup feet for pillar fitting are placed on which the beams are fitted together with frames and ceiling panels. The building is diverse and contains both prefabricated and monolithic structures.

Vypínání válců zážehového motoru / Cylinder deactivation of a spark-ignition engine

Fridrichová, Kateřina January 2020 (has links)
This thesis focuses on a technology called cylinder deactivation. The technology helps reducing emissions and fuel consumption. The first part summarizes the possibilities of application of the cylinder deactivation technology as well as advantages resulting from combination with other technologies. The thesis also consists of two design options for valvetrain in inline four-cylinder engine and the results of simulations of dynamics of its cranktrain.
