Charakterizace nové stacionární fáze v hydrofilní interakční kapalinové chromatografii / Characterization of novel stationary phase in hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatographyKadlecová, Zuzana January 2019 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is detailed characterization of new diol-based column, i.e. Torus DIOL designed for supercritical fluid chromatography, in hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography. This stationary phase contains diol ligands bonded on BEH ("bridged ethylene hybrid") particles. The BEH sorbent is more stable at high pH, pressure and temperature than conventional silica sorbents. Five fluorinated pesticides were successfully separated on Torus DIOL column. Retention mechanism and effect of different parameters were tested by analysis of small polar compounds (nucleobases, uridine and its derivatives, acidic, neutral and basic compounds). Both partitioning of analytes between an aqueous layer deposited on the surface of the stationary phase and the mobile phase and adsorption of analytes on the stationary phase participate in the retention mechanism. Effect of the mobile phase aqueous part pH was investigated with the following buffering solutions: formic acid (pH = 2.1), 10mM ammonium acetate (pH = 4.7 and pH = 9.5). Obtained results showed that aqueous part pH significantly affects retention of acidic compounds according to their pKA values. Retention of all tested analytes on Torus DIOL column slightly increased with increasing ionic strength of mobile phase. The retention...

Interný audit / Internal auditĎurkovic, Michal January 2011 (has links)
Master's thesis is referring the importance and requirement of internal audit in middle sized enterprises. It summarizes theoretical basis for the implementation of internal audit's profession and its legislative environment. Thesis is focused on the analysis of the processes of administration and record keeping of leasing agreements in corporation. Based on the analysis, solutions and measures concerning internal controls are proposed. Goal of the Master's thesis is to refer the importance of establishing and evaluation of the internal control processes. Subject of internal audit are not only non-functioning processes but also internal controls, which can be well established and functioning but management has no feedback about their efficiency.

Momentová inverze řeckých zemětřesení, metoda ISOLA / Moment-tensor inversion of earthquakes in Greece, method ISOLAČervinková, Dana January 2008 (has links)
3 Title: Moment-tensor inversion of earthquakes in Greece, method ISOLA Author: Dana Červinková Department: Department of Geophysics Supervisor: Prof. RNDr. Jiří Zahradník, DrSc. Supervisor's e-mail address: jz@karel.troja.mff.cuni.cz Abstract: The possibility of obtaining a reliable moment tensor using a low-frequency waveform inversion from a single seismic station is studied. Deviatoric part of the moment tensor is described in usual way, using its orientation (angles strike, dip, rake), scalar seismic moment M0 and the double-couple percentage (DC%), and also by means of the coefficients of linear combination of elementary mechanisms. We estimate the formal error of the coefficients and study conditionality of the inverse problem. Data from earthquakes Trichonis (Mw = 5.2, April 2007) and Leonidio (Mw = 6.2, January 2008), Greece, are processed using software ISOLA (Sokos and Zahradník). The moment tensor is calculated from many stations and its stability is tested. This reference solution is compared to those independently obtained from single stations. Synthetic tests are performed to understand why the single-station estimates are sufficient for Trichonis, but not for Leonidio, paying attention to the focal depth, station azimuth and epicentral distance. It is found that the depth is crucial at...

Gemmoterapie a její využití v praxi / Gemmotherapy and its use in practiseŠkodová, Adriana January 2017 (has links)
GEMMOTHERAPY AND ITS USE IN PRACTISE Student: Škodová Adriana Tutor: PharmDr. Jitka Pokladníková, Ph.D. Department of Social and Clinical Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic Introduction: Gemmotherapy or budding medicine is an herbal healing method, whose roots go back to the Middle Ages and folk healing. It uses germ-shaped parts of plants (especially buds) for the production of liqueur glycerin macerates, which are proven to contain larger quantities of some important substances with healing properties than adult parts of plants. Objectives: The aim of this work was to summarize basic information about gemmotherapy from available literature; to summarize the description of the traditional use of selected plants and gemmotherapeutics prepared therefrom; to provide a summary of studies based on evidence-based literature, especially with regard to content and confirmatory medicinal properties, adverse effects, drug interactions and contraindications. Methods: General information about gemmotherapy was mainly drawn from books available in the Czech language. Data collection took place from October 2016 to August 2017, and researches based on literature were mainly based on the electronic databases PubMed, Web of Science, Wiley Online Library,...

CFD simulace proudění rozváděcím mechanismem turbodmychadla / CFD Simulation of Turbocharger Regulating MechanismDrdla, Adam January 2010 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to provide research into turbocharger regulation, and analyze the force load of vanes in the VNT mechanism of Garrett turbocharger by CFD simulation. In the thesis there is one model with two different mesh densities. It describes the relevance of supercharging vehicle engines and the kinds of supercharging aggregates in the introduction. Then, the thesis is divided into two chapters. The first chapter provides research, describing primary principle of supercharging, turbocharger construction and kinds of air regulation. The practical part of the thesis solves the force load of VNT mechanisms. It was necessary to optimalize the 3D Garrett turbocharger model, create two meshes with different element densities, specify boundary conditions and analyse the results of both cases. A general description of solved problems, comparison of results of force load vanes and propose simplifying and verifying the CFD calculation are included in the conclusion.

Theme of this diploma thesis is the design of caravan meaning travel trailer. Concept is adapted to the technical and ergonomic requirements and the main goal of this concept is to provide original design with a view to the future. The complex concept meets the operational, technical and ergonomic demands of such trailers. The project is focused on the design concept of the implemented folding mechanism. Design of the travel trailer is due to todays modern technological methods and the construction ready for production and everyday operating usage.

Vybrané psychologické aspekty kolektivní viny / Selected psychological aspects of collective blameBradáčová, Nikola January 2021 (has links)
This Master's degree thesis focus on introducing collective blame from the psychological point of view. The theoretical part begins by defining the phenomena in general, including the context of its occurrence. The key chapter follows, focusing on the mechanism of collective blame attribution, its model, theories, and approaches. Following chapter describes the intercultural comparison of collective blame. Next part address the related phenomena (vicarious retribution, collective punishments etc.). The final chapter is related to interventions in the context of collective blame phenomena. The experimental part focuses on the mechanism of collective blame in relation to relevant moderating factors, based on previous studies. The research itself is a replication study, following the work of Denson et al. (2006). It is a correlation study that mainly focuses on whether membership in different types of groups is related to different levels of assigned collective blame, and also to explore which other included variables are correlating with collective blame attribution. The research data were collected through an online questionnaire. Respondents were mostly recruited through the database of the PLESS laboratory. Our research's result mainly confirms the result of the original study from Denson et al....
