The topic of this diploma thesis is Mental Training and Its Application by Musicians-Performers. In the first part it is dealing with the history and the origin of formation of mental techniques and their application in the music world. It also mentions important persons working in this area. The second part describes all important aspects of mental training in the way, how each music performer should use and train them to enhance and stabilize the quality of their musical performance.

The basis of this dissertation is research of individual's needs to identify themselves with their surroundings. Creating a schematic picture of the city which evokes feelings of belonging and supports the formation of social bonds. These aspects are noted by research. The state of perception of one's surroundings was evaluated in multiple phases. Specifically using quantitative and qualitative processes to examine mental mapping. The method of mental mapping is used as an interstage in the overall examination, comparing the individual's spatial image with the reality. Detecting mappable elements and labeling the initial entities or overall frequency of drawn elements. The wayfinding map can be further used for strategic and urbanistic projection as it includes unbased data created by including the community into the process of shaping the urban space. Result of this analytical information is the immersion into the surroundings on which is the focus of this study in the form of incorporating landscape architecture. In the case of Mistek it's the creation an avenue which links individual public spaces.

Mým cílem v disertační práci je přinést nové vědecké poznatky, které přímo nebo nepřímo souvisejí s otázkou kvality života dospělých lidí s mentálním postižením v ústavech sociální péče. Při naplňování tohoto cíle vycházím ze shrnutí a zkoumání vývoje dosavadních vědeckých poznatků v oblasti ústavní péče o lidi s mentálním postižením, především v souvislostech s otázkami, které se vyskytují v posledních letech v kontextu sociální reformy v České republice. V disertační práci rozhodně nechci přinášet procedurální návody a postupy, jak se máme к dospělým lidem s mentálním postižením "chovat", nebo jak má ta či ona služba pro dospělé lidi s mentálním postižením vypadat. Opírám se o odborné publikace, pojednání a úvahy autorů, kteří se problematice kvality života lidí s mentálním postižením v České republice a zahraničí věnují, o znalosti a zkušenosti řady poskytovatelů sociálních služeb. Vše je doplněno vlastním výzkumem, mými osobními zkušenostmi a vlastními závěry z různých úhlů pohledu - ředitele ústavu pro dospělé lidi s mentálním postižením, hodnotitele kvality sociálních služeb, pedagoga a krajského metodika rozvoje sociálních služeb. This thesis focuses on the possibilities and use of methods of art therapy with people with intellectual disabilities. The aim is to describe the techniques of art therapy and its benefits for the target group, to summarize the care provided to persons with mental disabilities in Chile, also to create a development project, based on this knowledge, that has the goal to develop experience-based teaching model through using art therapy for personal development and therapy for mentally disabled people in Chile. The next goal is to introduce art therapy in selected organizations which work with people with intellectual disabilities in the region of Maule, Chile. The research methods were: participant observation and semi-structured interviews in organizations working with people with intellectual disabilities.
