This diploma thesis is oriented on cultural tourism. The main point of the paper is festival Mezi ploty. First chapter is focused on incoming and domestic tourism of the Czech Republic. It analyzes its potential and results. Second chapter deals with Prague 8, it describes a tourism facilities supply and the most important attractions. The festival itself is presented in the third chapter. There was a research carried out within the thesis and its results are shown in the fourth chapter. Based on the outcome, conclusions and recommendations are offered at the end of the paper.

The thesis describes my personal experience which I gained during my studies at the Academy of Performing Arts (DAMU), rehearsals at the Theatre Studio Disk as well as experience gained out of school. This experience is illustrated with several examples of practical work which I participated in. Specially is described the interaction with the director, my theatrical partners, theatre-goers and with my own during the process of rehearsals.

Summary/ Resumé Title of the diploma thesis: Issues and Particularities of Maintenance Obligations within the Czech and Italian Legal Systems My diploma thesis deals with maintenance obligations as the title itself says. Maintenance obligations is a very wide topic in family law so I have focused the thesis on the more specialized areas. Before describing the structure of the thesis I would like to try to explain the motive for choosing this topic. I have studied in Italy in the scope of the international programme for students, and have also gained work experience there. I wanted to try to improve not only my knowledge of Italian language itself but also my theoretical knowledge of foreign law. A comparative thesis seemed to fulfil these demands of mine. We all are the subjects of this obligation and other duties connected to it for our entire lives even if such obligation is imposed on us against our will. Relationship extraction is the task of extracting semantic relationships between en- tities from a text. We create a Czech Relationship Extraction Dataset (CERED) using distant supervision on Wikidata and Czech Wikipedia. We detail the methodology we used and the pitfalls we encountered. Then we use CERED to fine-tune a neural network model for relationship extraction. We base our model on BERT - a linguistic model pre-trained on extensive unlabeled data. We demonstrate that our model performs well on existing English relationship datasets (Semeval 2010 Task 8, TACRED) and report the results we achieved on CERED. 1

This thesis focuses on state aid law as a specific part of EU competition law. State aid is therefore primarily set in the context of protection of competition in the EU internal market. Furthermore, the thesis provides an interpretation of Article 107, paragraph 1 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, which contains four attributes of state aid: state resources, favoring certain undertaking or the production of certain goods, distortion of competition and effect on trade between EU Member States. Analysis of the attribute "effect on trade between Member States" is made in a separate part of the work. In this section, the work seeks to explore how European Commission and the Court of Justice of the European Union approach and interpret this attribute. Attention is paid especially to decision-making activities of the European Commission in recent years. Decisions of the Commission, as a body authoritatively determining whether a measure constitutes state aid, as well as the compatibility of state aid with the internal market, could also indicate the direction in which the state aid law will develop in the future. The subject of this thesis is the issue of criminological aspects of drug-related crime. This topic is considerably wide, therefore this thesis focuses on two specific aspects of this particular crime: the relationship between drug use and crime and the criminal careers of drug-addicted offenders. Since these two aspects are still being overlooked in the Czech Republic, the aim of this thesis is to introduce this issue using foreign literature and to complement it with my own research carried out within the Capital City of Prague. The first part of the thesis (Chapters 1 and 2) represents an introduction into the issue of drug-related crime. First, it explains basic notions that are essential to know for easy orientation within the thesis. Then, it discusses the history of drug abuse in the Czech Republic from 1918 until nowadays, and also complements current situation with an actual drug policy strategy. The second part of this thesis (Chapters 3 and 4) focuses on acquainting with the issue of the relationship between drug use and crime and the criminal careers. Dieses Thema betrifft fast jeden von uns, entweder als den Unterhaltspflichtiger oder als den Unterhaltsberechtigter. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Thema des Unterhalts zwischen den Eltern und den Kindern sehr interessant und immer aktuell und verdient Beachtung der ganzen Gesellschaft. Das erste Kapitel meiner Arbeit erklärt die Grundbegriffe dieser Problematik, als der Unterhalt, seine Arten und Funktionen. Dieses Kapitel beschreibt auch kurz die historische Entwicklung der rechtlichen Regelung der Unterhaltspflicht und grenzt die Subjekte der Unterhaltspflicht ab. Maintenance between parents and children Resumé My thesis deals with the mutual maintenance of parents and children in theory and in practice and the thesis consists of ten chapters. The topic of alimony is a very current topic. Our society is constantly changing and its relations in the families as well. The families which are functioning decrease so the needed family members have to seek for their rights. Each of us is a parent or a child, so this topic affects all of us. The first chapter defines the basic concepts of my thesis, such as the concept of maintenance obligations, the differences between different types of maintenance obligations, the definition of subjects of maintenance obligations and the differences between the Czech and the International legal system. The final part of the first chapter discusses the new regulations of maintenance obligations, which will come into effect with new Civil Code. Title: Patients' Knowledge about Physiotherapy. Objectives: To contact representatives of foreign professional organizations to determine whether they were surveyed public knowledge about the physiotherapy, and let them answer some solved questions. Secondly, to investigate patients' knowledge about physiotherapy, if they see the difference between a physiotherapist and a masseur and if they properly title or address the physiotherapists. In case of desinformation of the patients to think what would be the best way to improve that. Methods: An english written questionnaire containing 6 questions was sent to the representatives of professional organizations by e-mail. The survey among Czech patients was conducted using a structured questionnaire consisting of 10 questions. Distribution took place in Prague and Pardubice. Results: Only 31% of the representatives of the professional organizations reported that the survey about the public knowledge about the physiotherapy was conducted but the document could not be obtained. 77% of the representatives also stated that patients with no previous experience with the physiotherapy rather know what is the content of this field and 69% also believed that the patients used name / surname most commonly in addressing the physiotherapists. 38% said that the...
