The work is focused on determing brand value of Olešnice creamery (Mlékarna Olešnice), Olešnice business operates in milk product manufactory department. Theoretical part is following up the question of determing brand value of intangible assets, the author defines fundamental notion and advanced methods of determing brand value. The outputs from internal and external business environment, definition of future economic development and determing brand value by suitable methods are presented in the practical part of the work.

The purpose of diploma thesis is economic analysis of company Choceňská mlékárna s.r.o. The analysis has two parts: the first part is analysis of company environtement, the second part is fynancial analysis. At the and the comapny is compared with other companies in sector. Used methods are: PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces, ratio analysis, pyramidal decomposition, value and bankruptcy indexes, intercompany comparison models.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the value of Choceňská mlékárna s.r.o. to the date 30th April 2014. The thesis is divided into two main parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part informs the reader about the methodology used when valuating a company and this information is than applied in the practical. First of all there is a strategic analysis (analysis of both macro- and microenvironment) followed by evaluating of health of the company using a financial analysis. Based on these analyses' the company is found healthy and therefore a yield method (FCFF) is used for the valuation. Subsequently a financial plan is made to be used for valuating using the yield method. The valuation of the company is in the end of this thesis establishing both the value of the whole company and the equity.

The diploma thesis focus on elaboration of economic analysis of company Mlékárna Hlinsko, a. s. The thesis includes the basic characteristics of the industries in which the company operates, including the composition of Porter's five forces model. In the thesis are used profitability ratios, leverage, activity, liquidity and capital market. At the same time, it analyzes the degree of operating leverage and impact assessment of financial leverage. To determine the incremental impact on the return on equity is used Du Pont decomposition. As part of a comprehensive evaluation were applied credibility and bankruptcy models - Altman model, Index IN05 and Index bonity. Company Mlékárna Hlinsko, a. s. was compared with relevant competitors in the market and industry averages. In conclusion of the thesis were drawn appropriate advices and recommendations for the future. The thesis is drawn up with regard to the specifics of the food industry and the connection with company Agrofert, a. s.

This thesis was focused on mapping the situation of the milk quality control systems in the Czech Republic (European Union) and the assessment of problems of milk quality control from the point of view of realization but also of consumer protection from products that are harmful to health. The theoretical part focused on control systems in agricultural companies intended for milk production, in the process of milk collection and in dairies. The second part focused on the evaluation of information obtained from a questionnaire survey of dairy farmers, dairies and milk consumers.

Were used absolute (horizontal and vertical analysis), differential (analysis of funds) and ratio (profitability ratios, activity, liquidity and debt ratios) indicators of financial analysis. Then used some reputable and bankruptcy model (IN95, IN99, Tafflerův model Kralickův Quicktest). And it was calculated the economic value added EVA. Financial analysis was performed and the methods were applied in specific conditions Jaromericka dairy. Jaromericka Creamery, Inc. based in the Jaroměřice Rokytnou (District of) and is the subject of extensive activity. This is a business activity, production of milk products, organizational and financial advisers and brokers. Financial analysis was conducted for 5 years, ie since 2005-2009. Jaromericka indicators were then compared with indicators of a dairy next ten dairies, which are located in the Czech Republic.
