Možnosti vyvážení dvouválcového motoru pro traktorové použiti / Possibilities of 2-cylinder Engine Balancing for Tractor Usage

Vaško, Roman January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with possibilities of 2-cylinder engine balancing for tractor usage. The purpose of this thesis is to find a technical solution for the creation of the concept of balancing using balancing shaft. Check the proposed solution by FEM analysis and evaluate the fatigue safety. The content of the thesis is the creation of computational and graphical documentation too.

Tříválcový vznětový motor pro užitková vozidla / Three cylinder diesel engine for commercial vehicles

Briš, Tomáš January 2017 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with a design of a crankshaft for a three-cylinder diesel engine for commercial vehicles. The engine is a member of a unified line of engines with the number of cylinders from two to six. The main points of the work are a draft of the crankshaft configuration, the balance of inertial forces and the moments in the crank mechanism, creation of drawings of the crankshaft and finally carrying out a strength analysis of the part, taking into account torsional vibration. The aim is formation of a part – crankshaft for potential usage in the automotive industry.

Zážehový motor pro malá osobní vozidla / Spark ignition engine for small passenger car

Fáber, Filip January 2012 (has links)
The aim of this master’s thesis was to define force progression in crank-type mechanism from the set parameters of the cylindrical unit. Furthermore, the design of the possible balance of this crank-type mechanism with one balancing shaft was realized. The calculations of torsional vibration and stress analyses of the designed crank-type mechanism were realized too.

Dvouválcový řadový vznětový motor s excentrickým klikovým mechanismem pro užitková vozidla / Two-cylinder inline diesel engine with an eccentric crank for commercial vehicles

Černohous, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
The goal of this master’s thesis is to examine the influence of eccentricity on the behaviour of forces between the piston and cylinder liner and on balancing of the crank mechanism for given parameters of the diesel engine. Another aim of this paper is to propose an appropriate balancing of the crank mechanism followed by stress analysis considering torsional vibration for a chosen value of eccentricity.

Hnací ústrojí čtyřválcového vidlicového motoru / Powertrain of a V-four engine

Pecka, Luboš January 2010 (has links)
This thesis is focused to design of powertrain V-four gasoline engine. It compares crank-pins configuration, firing sequence and bank angle with a view of crankshaft stress and torsional vibration. The thesis also includes crankshaft balancing design.

Pětiválcový řadový vznětový motor s vyvažovací jednotkou / Five-cylinder in-line diesel engine with balancing unit

Navrátil, Zdeněk January 2011 (has links)
his diploma work themed: Five-cylinder in-line Diesel engine with balancing unit is dealing with analysis of balancing possible alternatives of arranging crankshaft, analysis of arranging counterweight, concept of balancing shaft, engineering design of crank-shaft, calculation of frequency, computational control of crank-shaft in light of torsional oscillations and proposal of dynamic pendulum damper.

Konstrukce experimentálního jednoválcového motoru s plovoucí vložkou / Design of Experimental One-cylinder Engine with Floating Liner

Svoboda, Radovan January 2013 (has links)
The aim of this master`s thesis was to design a single-cylinder test engine for measuring of the friction forces between the piston group and the cylinder liner. Main engine parameters are based on the common production engine. A floating liner device was chosen for a friction forces measurement. It was necessary to solve an attachment and sealing of the floating liner. Stress-strain analysis of the floating liner has been done. Next step was to re-design a production crankshaft also with a connected balancing devices for single-cylinder engine. Powertrain was seated in a completely new units. Finally the engine was completed and mounted on a stand.

Návrh souosého vysokootáčkového reduktoru / Design of coaxial high-speed gear reducer

Neklapil, Libor January 2008 (has links)
The thesis deal with design of coaxial high-speed gear box for small-scale turboshaft engines. At the beginning a study of problems was performed and for design concept was elected version of single-shaft turbo-engine with electric generator. Kinematic diagram, type of gear design, material and lubrication method was designed. Further was solved proposal of basic gearing parameters, choice of the number of tooth and basic proposal calculations were performed. Was performed check calculation of gearing, calculation of bearings durability and was processed design documentation in required range. Designed gear reducer has two stage with three coutershafts, that are deployed evenly about main axis of reducer. First stage is gear with external gearing, second stage with internal gearing. The thesis may be used as a template for next similar gear reducers design.
