Teoretická východiska a evaluace Instrumentálního obohacování Reuvena Feuersteina / Theoretical background and evaluation Reuven Feuerstein Instrumental EnrichmentMálková, Gabriela January 2007 (has links)
This thesis presents and discusses theoretical roots and background of Instrumental Enrichment. Reuven Feuerstein's Instrumental Enrichment was originally designed to overcome cognitive difficulties of culturally different children and adults in after second war Israel. Today this program is used all over the world in wide educational contexts. We introduce this program as a part of large body of research and knowledge in so called "thinking skills" domain too. This thesis also presents data from one year evaluation of this program as a tool for improving cognitive abilities and thinking skills of culturally and socially disadvantaged children in Czech primary school. Research design or our study refers to pilot (never published) evaluation study of Instrumental Enrichment in Czech Republic. It was prepared as a comparative, pre-post experimental design. We were interested in differences between experimental and control groups in performance on assessment battery before and after intervention. Assessment battery consisted of measures of cognitive abilities and IQ, school attainment tests and measures of self-esteem. For qualitative analyses we included diary of Instrumental Enrichment's lecturer and some tests from the assessment battery too. Data from both experimental (N=9, aged between 9 and 11) and...

Problematika fixace v herecké tvorbě / Problematics of Fixation in ActingVejdělek, Matěj January 2018 (has links)
In the first chapter of my master's thesis I think about acting, resp. the problem of fixation in the actor's work as an anchor in the given circumstances of a stage act, in dialogue with my ideas of acting and the philosophical concept of the life of a creature, inclining towards the ideas of Martin Heidegger and outline of his "Dasein". In the second chapter, I focus on my personal experience of both studies and professional practice in the context of chapter one considerations.

Využití laterálního myšlení pro řešení podnikových problémů / The use of lateral thinking for solving company problemsJaroš, Aleš January 2011 (has links)
With creative thinking we can identify general methods of problem solving, look at real life from another point of view. The method of 6 Thinking Hats is one of the creative ways to do so. The aim of this thesis is a complex review of using this method when solving a problem in a group. It tries to show creative thinking by which the group should get a certain outcome in solving the problem. The thesis analyses thoroughly all the parts of the 6 Hats method, and at the same time, it tries to view other perspectives on the workings of the method. A significant part of the thesis is aimed at the instructor, who decides to use this particular method, and his work. It should be an instrument to use for application of the 6 Thinking Hats method on a specific company problem.

Dynamický Balanced Scorecard v učící se organizaciLeciánová, Gabriela January 2007 (has links)
The main goal and intended contribution of the presented doctoral dissertation is to define the most important principles for the usage of the Dynamic Balanced Scorecard (DBSC) as a practical guide for learning organization. The Dynamic Balanced Scorecard is based on the fundamental idea that the conventional (static) Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is not able to encompass the contemporary dynamic environment and hence is not an appropriate tool for any strategic management system. At the beginning of the dissertation, the thesis is dedicated to description of the BSC limitations. Moving further, the thesis establishes a practical guide described in three stages: ? the main principles of DBSC, ? the methodology of implementing DBSC, ? the working model. The model was developed in a real company and is now being used in pilot operation. Furthermore the model contains measurements that help demonstrate the transformation from a traditional organization to a learning organization. I did not find, based on questionnaires collected from 110 companies and my experience in a consulting company, any examples of DBSC being currently used in the Czech Republic. The original hypothesis about non-use of any dynamic model for strategic management system was confirmed in the empirical part of the dissertation.

Modelování a simulace logistických objektůŠubertová, Alžběta January 2007 (has links)
