The aim of the thesis was to further explore the habitat requirements of lean frog (Rana dalmatina). Data collection was conducted in 2007 to 2010 and 2015, a total of 27 locations Hornojiřetínské dump. Were examined factors such as the depth at which they are placed brood, the distance between the clutch, clutches distance from the shore, the location of each type clutches, or whether they are placed in the littoral or not. Furthermore, the slope of the banks surveyed sites and level of insolation. For comparison, if the total number of broods on the site may or may not affect the minimum distance between the clutch, was used Mann Whitney nonparametric test. From the results it can be assumed that the agile frog prefers for laying clutches least partially sunlit areas with plenty of littoral vegetation and gentle slope shores. Depth shallower reservoirs prefers, however, requires the presence of deeper parts of the winter. From the results of a Mann-Whitney non-parametric test in this case is not clearly confirm that the total number of clutches on the location somehow significantly affect distances closest neighboring broods, respectively, that the higher the number of males in the location dwindled defended territory of each of them, and vice versa.

Další významnou částí jsou výpočty zaměřené na modely počtu pojistných nároků a modely výše škod. Podkladem pro tyto a další statistické a pojistně matematické analýzy jsou reálná data týkající se pojištění majetku občanů a k nim vztahující se pojistná plnění způsobená živelními událostmi.

Changes and claims under FIDIC commercial terms in the context of the Civil Code and public procurement law FIDIC commercial terms are one of the most popular commercial terms in construction all over the world. Its regulation of Variations and Claims during the constructions works is certainly very important for successful progress of the construction. However, in the context of the Czech Civil Code and public procurement rules, there can raise issues of applicability of such regulation under FIDIC in Czech law environment and also compliance with public procurement regulation. The aim of this thesis is an analysis of applicability of Variations and Claims under the FIDIC regarding to the Czech Civil Code and public procurement rules. After an introductory part, the thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter describes the FIDIC Federation and history of its commercial terms. The thesis is a part of an ongoing research on taxonomy, ecology, and the distribution of epiphytic bryophytes particularly within the Orthotrichaceae family, based on collected bryofloristic records. The database now contains 6500 records. I have analysed interspecific differences in habitat preferences between species, namely their associations with particular phorophytes, pH of phorophyte bark, altitude, and the position on the phorophyte. Individual species differed in their occurrence according to altitude, phorophyte, and pH, though altitude was the most important factor. All analysed species have been shown to represent obligate epiphytes. Some species reveal a tendency to occur preferrentially on northern or western side of the phorophyte, but this tendency is not by any means universal. I discuss these findings in the context of the knowledge of species autecology and current changes in their distribution.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of overtime work and consequent entitlements for employees. It also focuses on the working hours institute in general, as the basis for determining overtime. It deals not only with the limits and conditions of overtime work, but also with overtime in different working hours regimes as well as overtime work of specific groups of employees. The aim of the thesis is to summarize the Czech legislation of the overtime institute, while evaluating the jurisprudence dealing with this issue. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter outlines the historical development not only of overtime work itself, but also of working hours as an institute directly related to overtime. In view of the Czech Republic's membership in the European Union, there can not be omitted the view of overtime work in terms of EU legislation, where Directive 2003/88 / EC is the key rule governing working hours and overtime. Thesis on Rating physique volleyball, the theoretical part in the form of a literature review describes the basic components of the human body (muscles, bones, fat and water), further appreciation of the physiology of body burden at selected sport (characteristic of the sport, metabolic and functional characteristics of the organism adaptation, muscle load, regeneration) a brief description of dietary claims athletes. The practical part is focused on the measurement of physical parameters of the selected group of volleyball using bioelectrical impedance at Bodystat QuadScan 4000 and monitoring changes in the fat, muscles during volleyball season. The results were then processed in program Statistica Cz, version 12 and Microsoft Excel 2010 and evaluated using tables and graphs.

The aim of this thesis is to describe how basic school pupils imagine their ideal English teacher. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part discusses the teacher's personality, professional requirements, communication and interaction in the lesson, evaluation of pupils and the typology of teachers. It is also interested in the prestige, the causes of feminization of the teaching profession and the process of building up the authority. The final chapter analyses from different points of view whether an ideal English teacher really exists. The empirical part is based on a qualitative study. The pupils were asked to write an essay, called "How do you imagine the ideal teacher of a foreign language?". Their answers are analysed and compared with existing hypotheses. The results of the research also discover whether and how the pupils' ideas are different in relation to their age.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the claims of owners of land in the comprehensive land consolidation in terms of restrictions on property rights in the cadastral Kaplice and Zdar at Kaplice. Analysis of the new land organization in terms of restrictions on land ownership and to evaluate the impact of these limitations on the course of land consolidation. These are mainly focus on the state before land consolidation in a given area and conditions after the land consolidation. The result of this work is graphic and textual comparison of inputs and outputs of the land consolidation. Influence on its course and overall comparison of these two territories.

Remedies for copyright and neighbouring rights infringement in international context The aim of this thesis is to comprehensively summarise the current international state of remedies for copyright and neighbouring rights infringement. For that purpose the thesis outlines subject matter of copyright and neighbouring rights, international and European legislation, execution and infringement of such rights. With regard to intangible nature of subjects protected by copyright and neighbouring rights, it is not sufficient to prescribe measures only at national level; on the contrary it is necessary to prescribe legislation internationally, because execution and infringement of rights can occur at multiple locations simultaneously.
