Title: Development of Czech Floorball between years 2007 and 2018 Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to create a development plan of Czech floorball for the years 2020 to 2030. The partial goal is to analyze the re- course of this plan; the supporting goal is to evaluate the development plans from year 2008 to 2018. Methods: This thesis performs analyses of data from internal and external envi- ronment, material, financial, personal and intangible resources, using PESTLE and situation analysis. The analyses are applied on data col- lected from primary and secondary resources. Evaluation of the development plan for the reviewed period is per- formed using the method of weighted averages of fulfilled partial goals. Results: The offered development plan for the years 2020 to 2030 includes 134 individual goals. 49 partial goals were not modified; parameters for evaluation were suggested in 34 goals; 22 goals were modified or clarified; 29 goals were added. Overall, 63 % of the development plan was modified. According to overall weighted average, at 76 %, Development and youth is the most successfully fulfilled area. N. Riethof - Burnout syndrome in Health Care Professionals ABSTRACT Burnout syndrome is a state of total exhaustion related to work condi- tions and prolonged stress. While initial phases of burnout resemble stress symptoms, final phases of burnout are characterized by feelings of hopelessness, loss of meaning and desperation that have similar qual- ities as depression as well as existential vacuum described by Frankl in his logotherapy. In addition, the burnout syndrome involves stages in which people detach from their emotions and feelings as a defense mechanism against stress and have decreased ability to experience their own feelings and emotional states. Burnout usually begins with feelings of enthusiasm and idealized visualizations and it is in contrast with sub- sequent disillusionment, disappointment experienced later. After decades of burnout research, there is still a need for better def- inition of this condition including more precise diagnostic criteria and internationally recognized measurement tools, especially within health care system where the risks of unrecognized and untreated burnout are high. The dissertation thesis Last Paintings deals with the issue of the last works of the authors at the end of the work. This question represents a complexly unexplored topic in the field of Czech art history. Last paintings are often so different from the previous work. So they may in specific cases give rise to a discussion: Have we include them or better give them to brackets in the artist's work as an excess and not too much deal with? Rather the second alternative is happening. In a wide range of possible focus, the work focuses on last works of modern and contemporary art history. Because such a group or category of art within the Czech art history has not yet been considered, it focus on Czech authorship. The selected iconic world's last works are presented for comparison at the end in a quick overview. Given the topic of the departure of a man from this world, tis work outlines the cultural anthropological bases, their symbolism, it reflects the iconography of last paintings. It offers options for categories, which appear to be diversified, permeating, and beeing rather as auxiliary matter.
