Možnosti využití cihelného recyklátu v pojivových systémech s obsahem p-slínku / Possibilities of using recycled brick in binders systems with p-clinker content

Tušla, Václav January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the preparation binder systems based on Portland clinker and recycled brick. Recycled brick is considered a waste material from construction or production of brick products. This thesis uses finely grounded brick recycled and brick dust, which is produced during final processing of burnt bricks. By incorporating brick dust in alternative system based on Portland clinker could bring ecological and economic benefits. This diploma thesis deals with option using brick dust as pozzolan admixture to Portland clinker, with the aim to prepare and test Portland cement, which is defined in v ČSN EN 197-1. This thesis also deals with possibility preparation of alternative binders based on p-clinker, but those not defined by ČSN EN 197-1. Specifically these are ternary binders with fluid bed ash and binders based on hybrid cements containing sodium sulfate.

Možnosti využití cihelného obrusu v systémech na bázi portlandského cementu / Possibilities of utilization of brick-grind-dust in systems based on portland cement

Palovčík, Jakub January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with possibilities of using brick-grind-dust which is a secondary product from manufacturing of grinded bricks. A boom in this method of masonry is connected with an increase of production of these secondary materials. These secondary materials are partly returned to brick manufacturing and partly buried in a landfill site. Due to their composition and origin, these materials are potentially pozzolan active, making them interesting for applications in hydraulic binders. The aim of the work was to study the physical and chemical properties of several brick-grind-dust and brick sands. Subsequently, binders based on these materials and Portland cement were prepared. The properties of the binders were modified by means of adding a commercially available polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The development of mechanical properties of the prepared binders has been studied over time. Hydration of the selected binders was analyzed by isothermal calorimetry.

Vývoj nových průmyslových podlah s využitím druhotných surovin / Development of industrial floors with utilization of by-product

Radějová, Lucie Unknown Date (has links)
This work deals with the use of waste materials in the development of new industrial floors. The main task of this work is to choose a suitable waste materials, and design a new material using such materials, while achieving the required physico-mechanical properties. The aim of this work is also to verify the effects of process application, suitable microfiller and final coat and propose a suitable alternative industrial floors, which would not only be in terms of economic efficiency, but also in terms of ecological suitable replacement for commercial products.

Sledování vlivu složení betonu na odolnost proti abrazi / Monitoring the influence of concrete composition on abrasion resistance

Černá, Hana January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis focuses on the resistance of concrete to abrasion with regard to the raw materials used for their production. In the theoretical part of the thesis are described admixtures, different types of aggregate and aggregate composition which influence the resistance of concrete to abrasion. In the experimental part, 15 different C30 / 37, S4 concrete formulations were proposed. Different types of aggregates - fecal gravel (Žabčice), biotic granodiorite (Olbramovice) and amphibolite (Želešice) have always been used in the recipes. Fine ground limestone, micro-silica, high-temperature fly ash and finely ground slag were ingredients that were added to the proposed recipes. Consistency was determined by the method of cone seating and the density of fresh concrete. In the hardened state, concrete density, compressive strength, bending tensile strength, tensile strength, watertightness, concrete absorption, and abrasion resistance were determined using the Böhm method and wide wheel method. The test specimens were tested after 7, 28, and 90 days of maturation.
